Hyatt Vacation Club at Ka'anapali Beach

This location worked for us! Units are roomy, stocked with everything you need and the washer/dry was a huge plus. Clean and outstanding staff!

The beach was messy with logs and debris, never saw clean up. The property and staff were great - can’t wait to come again.

Room had a dirty rag on the dining table and the hallway floor was slippery and wet with puddles. The staff aren’t too eager to help unless they get a big tip. The only store and cafe close at 7pm. The timeshare people won’t leave you alone and they exude very scammy behavior.

The resort needs more food options, bar options and some type of sundry shopping.

Great room size. Clean and up to date. Amazing view. The Hyatt Vacation Club is better than the main hotel. Pools are better, rooms are bigger - I mean, you get a full kitchen. Which also saves money when you cook because restaurants are so expensive there. If we stay in Kaanapali again, we’ll stay here again.
