Es un edificio colonial muy bien conservado. El personal es muy amable. Tiene un SPA con un servicio excelente. La Sra. Verónica realiza unos masajes relajantes muy buenos. Excelente servicio en general!

Me encantó, el único "pero" es que ojalá pudieran tener un sistema para calentar el agua de la alberca ya que el calor no es suficiente para que se temple un poco y está helada, por lo cual nadie la usa.

Falta caldera a la alberca el agua es fría, al jacuzzi le falta climatización y potencia a los hidromasajes y deben mejorar el servicio de alimentos ya que se corta servicio a las 14:00 hrs. Asimismo amenidades de baño solo hay shampoo y jabón, falta acondicionador y cobertor de cama opcional en closet o vestidor.

En general el hotel está bien. El staff es muy amable, la comida del restaurante es buena. La alberca se veía un poco sucia. Los jardines y áreas comunes en muy buen estado. El wifi es bastante malo y las instalaciones de los baños tienen algunas fallas.

Beautiful, historic property. Well maintained, very clean. Close to everything. Employees from the reception to housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. English is spoken here. Food was five star! Serene and gorgeous grounds provided great place for relaxation and rejuvenation. Would definitely recommend!

Es un edificio muy bello. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle por lo que se escuchaba algo de ruido por el tráfico. El bano requiere de cierta remodelación y no estaba muy limpio. Las puertas son preciosas y, probablemente originales, con hendiduras que podrían ser entrada para mosquitos en su temporada. En general buena estancia.

Small room, beds were very uncomfortable one was so old yhe matter sank all rhe way down the other felt like a plastic hospital bed i had to put blankets on it to make it softer. You are paying for the feeling and looks of an old hacienda not for comfort or quietness.

Hotel Casa Colonial was amazing! Beautiful large rooms and very nice pool area. Staff was all super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a master suite for one night and the Presidential suite for 7 nights. Both rooms were large, beautiful and clean.

El internet es malisimo, digamos q no hay señal en el cuarto, pedi una hora mas para el check out y me la negaron y eso q el hotel lucia vacio. El aire acondicionado muy pequeño para el espacio y era un ruido q no se podia dirmir

The property was very nice, quiet and charming. It was also conveniently located to several attractions. The wi-fi was horrible to non-existent and the A/C was extremely loud and barely worked.

Friendly and efficient staff provided great service. I stayed in a large, spacious room with a comfortable bed, that had direct access to a large terrace, equipped with a table and chairs on one side of terrace and a sofa and large coffee table on the other. Although, it is time to replace the old worn sofa, the terrace provides a very comfortable place for reading or writing. The overall ambiance of this hotel is charming, peaceful, and serene. The breakfast at this hotel restaurant is outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located and a great find for the price. I will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive. They had recommendations for dining and transportation. The breakfast was amazing every day. We couldn’t go anywhere else because the food was that good and it was a great option to start our day.

El hotel está en pésimas condiciones le hace falta mantenimiento muebles desgastados no me quiero hacer el upgrade me cobraban $800 al final después de varios reclamos me lo hicieron pero muy a fuerzas además porque la habitación que me habían dado está muy pésimas condiciones terrible no volvería a ir este hotel

Our first room had a very noisy a/c, but they upgraded us up to a very lovely room—everything worked perfectly. The front desk staff were endlessly helpful. The restaurant was excellent consistently; only complaint was they weren’t open past 2PM, There was classical music coming from the kitchen—a sign of quality people, I think! The gardens are restful. It was an oasis in the middle of a very busy city.

Everyone at Casa Colonial was exceptionally friendly. I traveled with my service animal and they were most welcoming. It was enjoyable seeing couples cooling off in the pool. I particularly want to mention Marta, the cleaning person who is the personification of Mexican friendliness. The grounds are beautifully maintained and though in the heart of downtown Cuernavaca and on both Frida and Saturday nights our room was noise-free. All in all, an excellent choice.

Everyone at Casa Colonial was exceptionally friendly. I traveled with my service animal and they were most welcoming. It was enjoyable seeing couples cooling off in the pool. I particularly want to mention Marta, the cleaning person who is the personification of Mexican friendliness. The grounds are beautifully maintained and though in the heart of downtown Cuernavaca and on both Frida and Saturday nights our room was noise-free. All in all, an excellent choice.

La relación precio costo no lo vale. Al momento de nuestra llegada nos atendieron muy cortantes, no te hacen sentir bienvenidos. Ya después en el cambio de turno llegaron a la recepción otras personas más agradables. Todos los muebles de las habitación están viejos y descuidados. Nos rentaron una habitación con supuesta tina y en realidad no es una tina como tal, además estaba sucia, así como los canceles del baño. El internet en todo el Hotel es un reto, falla mucho. Lo más molesto es que dice que si cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero no es cierto. Hay un valet que se lleva tu auto y además tiene costo extra, no lo incluyen en la habitación. Definitavamente no se pueden vender como un hotel de 5 estrellas.

La relación precio costo no lo vale. Al momento de nuestra llegada nos atendieron muy cortantes, no te hacen sentir bienvenidos. Ya después en el cambio de turno llegaron a la recepción otras personas más agradables. Todos los muebles de las habitación están viejos y descuidados. Nos rentaron una habitación con supuesta tina y en realidad no es una tina como tal, además estaba sucia, así como los canceles del baño. El internet en todo el Hotel es un reto, falla mucho. Lo más molesto es que dice que si cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero no es cierto. Hay un valet que se lleva tu auto y además tiene costo extra, no lo incluyen en la habitación. Definitavamente no se pueden vender como un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Conveniently located close to the cathedral and across the street from Pullman bus company that can take you to Mexico City. Nice patio and swimming pool. My only complaint was the noise the air conditioning unit was making all night, the second night we moved to a bigger room and had a good night sleep! Breakfast was good and not expensive. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Cuernanvaca!

Un abradable hotel con un servicio atento. Un hotel en un lugar estratégico para llegar desde la central de autobuses y, una vez instalad@s, voverse a pie por la ciudad. El ambiente muy colonial tiene su encanto.

Beautiful property in a historic mansion with wonderful inner courtyard and pool. Definitely worth having breakfast here. Hot water with good pressure in the shower (which has not always been the case during our Mexic trip). Very close to main attractions (cathedral & Cortes palace)

We will come back for sure if opportunity occur. We didn’t have a bad moments . Great staffs !! Property is beautiful , quite , very clean and the breakfasts where Absolutly delicious with top class services.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive. They had recommendations for dining and transportation. The breakfast was amazing every day. We couldn’t go anywhere else because the food was that good and it was a great option to start our day.

Hotel lindo, cómodo y con mucha naturaleza. Las habitaciones son un poco viejas aunque supongo que también es el estilo. El personal es muy amable y la comida rica, está muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Cuenta con valet parking y recepción 24 horas

Our first room had a very noisy a/c, but they upgraded us up to a very lovely room—everything worked perfectly. The front desk staff were endlessly helpful. The restaurant was excellent consistently; only complaint was they weren’t open past 2PM, There was classical music coming from the kitchen—a sign of quality people, I think! The gardens are restful. It was an oasis in the middle of a very busy city.

Lugar muy bonito, muy limpio, personal muy amable; solo que no tenían servicio ni de alimentos ni bebidas en la tarde noche y en realidad hubiera tenido ganas de quedarme en el hotel por la tarde y cenar ahí.

Casa Colonial is a beautiful, restful, secure place with many charming features owing to its antiquity. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful; the room was spotless and well-appointed; the al fresco dining was delicious; the spa services were first-class; the Centro location was ideal ... and overall it was a great value. I highly recommend Casa Colonial - muchas gracias!

En la reseña no dicen que restaurante , bar y servicios cierran a las 16:00 , después de esa hora hay que salir si necesitas algo. Dicen que solo es para adultos y en nuestra estancia había una niña, no tengo nada en contra pero no es lo que ofrecen.

el hotel esta bien ubicado, la alverca y jardin estan muy bien cuidados, la habitación es amplia y muy comoda, con mucho caracter, me gusto que conservan las puertas originales le da un toque muy especisl. lo unico q no me gusto fue la comida en el restaurante, eso podria mejorar.

El Lugar es un viaje en el Tiempo la Iluminación del lugar es hermoso ! La alberca es de agua muy fresca, la ubicación está de mega Lujo. Lugar perfecto para descansar !

Casa colonial is a beautiful old well kept Hotel in the city center just minutes from the Zocalo. Across the street from the Pullman bus station. Lots of restaurants and shops and services within walking distance. And again walking distance to the city center where you can enjoy the activities going on in the square. We had the presidential suite for one night which included the sauna. The king size bed was comfortable. A lot of space in the room. The wood burning fireplace would be a perfect way to spend an evening on the chilly nights. The service from the staff was impeccable and everything was looked after to the finest detail. The breakfast the next morning and the restaurant was delicious. A nice selection of choices on their menu. We will certainly look to stay here again on our next visit to Cuernavaca. Thank you to the staff at the hotel for all of your help.
