Mitsui Garden Hotel Kanazawa

Very mediocre compared to other Mitsui Garden Hotels. Small rooms, unattractive and small public areas. The staff were unhelpful in recommending restaurants and transportation options. No way is this hotel a 4 start Two to three star woud be more appropriate.

The hotel and everything that you need and this beautiful hotel. I did take breakfast my last day and it has a lot of Japanese selections but western selections are minimal. Location was pretty good although I think you need to take bus or walk a lot in Kanazawa.. there was 711 and everything you need conveniently by. There was a bus stop near the hotel. The public bath was nice and refreshing even if it’s not hot spring it still felt very good. The bed was super comfortable probably so far the best bed I’ve had in Japan and I’ve been here a week so far.. the hotel uses luggage forwarding which is good and the staff were pretty helpful but as most English is a little limited, I would stay here again

徒歩圏内に金沢城、兼六園、近江市場、香林坊があって非常に便利。スタッフの対応も良かった。施設は新しく清潔感がある。部屋着で大浴場に行けるのもリラックスできて良い

Our stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Kanazawa was great. The property is beautiful and meticulously maintain. The location is close to all the "must see" sites. Best of all is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon! Thank you to the staff and management for making our stay in Kanazawa so pleasant and memorable!
