Good for pets

The bathroom door was too small and wouldn’t stay closed. The pool was dark green. Other than that it was motel 6, it was just ok

The pool was green, staff was rude, bums all over the place.

The room was nice enough. Small, but clean, comfortable. Fortunately I brought my own shampoo. the pool looked like a swamp no one came near it.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff isn’t very personable. The pool was closed…in the middle of the summer. The WiFi is absolutely horrible! And the walls and ceiling are thin. I can hear neighbor toilets flushing. Sounded like people upstairs were always moving furniture around the room.

Wifi didn’t work because we were given a room to far away from the office. Got a room for 3 but they only gave us two sets of towels so I had to go get more. No fridge or microwave. Other than that room was clean and quiet.

Parking good, heating is ok

The pool has algea and the room was not clean.

Got a room with a microwave and a fridge. The pool was open from 9-9. Staff was friendly. Room was a little dirty/dusty, but it's a motel. Great location. About 45 minutes away from sedona. Lots of parking and food options nearby.

Nicest clerk at check in, but boy oh boy... Yeah, it was cheap, but under the bed? Dirtier than DIRTY! Sticky yucky gross disgusting. I even made a video. Really needs gutting and redo...

Totally 5 stars. The staff was friendly and efficient. My room was immaculate! The mattress on the bed was firm, which my bad back appreciated. There were 2 pillows... one soft, one fluffy, which was perfect, I slept on the soft one and hugged the fluffy one like a body pillow. There was fantastic water pressure, and great hot water. I can't speak for heating, but the a/c worked just fine. I absolutely would stay here again.

The man working the front desk was not very good at his job and actually hurried us out before even giving us our room key so he could clock out. The room was incredibly disgusting, the towels were crusty like they had already been used, just maybe left to dry, and there was no soap for the shower (although i wouldn't recommended actually taking a shower, because it was caked with dirt like it had never been cleaned before.) Also, the bed was worse than just sleeping on actual metal springs; I think i will have neck pain for the next ten years. Not sure what I was expecting for a Motel 6, but I know I'm never coming back—I've learned my lesson 100%

Bed bugs need i say more...

When I arrived & in room, I noticed right away how dirty the a/c air filter was so I called front desk and asked them to replace & they came right away and put a new filter in. Then a little later I noticed how dirty the tub was and I called front desk again and Teresa came to room and took pictures and she came back later when I was eating dinner and cleaned the tub better than it was. Those are the only 2 good things the property remedied. The floor was filthy and I asked the hotel on 2 days to please wet mop floors, no one ever came to do that. The outside area around property was dirty. There was a broken fire alarm on outside wall up a bit from my room. The ice machine hardly worked I got maybe a 1/4 cup of ice. The coffee was terrible and watered down a lot. The people on duty didn’t care at all about my complaints about facilities and the problems. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There’s a railway behind hotel and at night you can here multiple trains running & blowing there train horns really loud. I couldn’t get more than 4 hours sleep per night. The welcome mat in front of doors are extremely old and falling apart. My door didn’t close completely and lots of noise came through. There were stains on walls and nobody in the office cared about any of it except Teresa who was only there 1 day out of 4. Every one else was totally incompetent. The housekeeping staff is terrible. I went to hotel 6 on friends recommendation and it totally sucked. Worst ever T

I stayed at the Motel 6 in Flagstaff and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I first checked in, the door to the room they assigned me didn’t even work, so they had to switch me to another room. Later that night, around 11 PM, someone WALKED into my room. It was incredibly scary and made me feel unsafe for the rest of the night. Since it was already late, we stayed, but I was paranoid the entire time. When I mentioned it at checkout, all I got was a quick “I’m sorry” with no effort to make it right. On top of the security issues, the room wasn’t clean. I saw a couple roaches, one of the towels was dirty, and one of the beds made me itchy, so I had to switch to the other one. I would not recommend staying here. Safety and cleanliness should be basic expectations, and this location failed on both.

Drug addicts, homeless and drunks walking all over the parking lot at midnight. Had to check in at a ridiculous kiosk with someone in India. The the key cards wouldn’t work and had to go to kiosk 5 times and get new cards. Spent 35 mins just trying to get in the room. Finally got in the room and the sheets were dirty and looked like mouse dropping or something on the sheet. Needless to say we didn’t stay. Trying to get refunded now. Do not stay here!!!

Check-in was pleasant. But the room was horrible. Heath is centrally controlled and only will come on if the outside temperature is under 65 degrees. The sheets are grey and there is this little thin “blanket” Did not take a shower, no shampoo or hair dryer, lukewarm water only. Everything in the room is old and decrepit. Only good thing was a new TV. Filthy in front of doors and all around the immediate vicinity. So listen to the one and two star reviews!

Room was dirty toilet had feces on and in toilet linin smelled like not changed room smelled we asked for refund but unable to get refund we left didn’t even stay there and paid for 2 nights

We had zero heat in our room the entire night and the temperature was in the 20’s. When we checked in another customer was complaining on the phone to the manager about their room being too hot. The manager gave us a space heater, but the light illuminated the room too much to sleep. We were also given an extra blanket, but it was inadequate. We had to sleep with our down jackets on. The managers’s only excuse was that she had over 100 rooms to manage and that our room had not been rented in a long time. I really want my $200 back. That is a LOT of money to pay for a room. We managed, but it was not nice facing a 14 hour drive the next day.

Desk Clerk was unfriendly. She never made eye contact. Bedspread had two large stains. Hair in the shower. No shampoo. Terrible bed. I can feel every spring in the mattress.

Ac didn’t work the whole night it was just heat the whole night and the room was very small for 2 queen beds.

The air conditioner doesn't work well in a few rooms and we always seem to get that room.

Adjacent to the location, a train track saw trains passing roughly every two hours. While I appreciate the sound of trains, I understand it may not be universally appreciated. Furthermore, the rooms emanated a potent floor cleaner scent, causing me discomfort and persisting despite efforts to ventilate even in 40-degree weather. The absence of breakfast, especially considering the price, added to my disappointment. Overall, would try a different motel next time I'm out here with my family.

I was in the non smoking room (I don’t smoke at all) but the room smelled like strong cigarettes.

The property was quite well situated with restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and upgraded, but the mattresses were absolutely awful. They had many lumps with a hump in the middle that spoke of very cheap quality and overused too much. It spoiled the entire stay.

Booked a room, for family weekend, the room was so hot we woke up drenched in sweat. Next door neighbors complained of it being hot in their rooms as well. Went up to staff to complain, she put us on a maintenance list. Went back up to ask if they had other rooms, she sent maintenance. He was nice told us it was snowing week before so they turned on heater. He gave us a fan that we had to use to cool our room down by leaving our door open which was in the parking lot adjacent to a major street near down town. Booked an extra room hoping that one was cooler, nope hot as hell in that one too. Front desk peoples customer service could use a reminder that without people checking into the hotel they wouldn’t have a job. Don’t waste your money here.

THERE IS NO AC!!! My room was 80 degrees and no way to cool it aside from leaving my door open. This is because the hotel does not offer ac when the outside air is below a certain temperature REGARDLESS OF ROOM TEMPERATURE. I literally had to sleep with the door open. Hotels.com would not refund me my money. I have a video of the staff saying there is no way to cool down my room. I was still not offered a refund.

When I got there the front desk wasn’t very friendly. Asked him if it was possible if I can check in coming from a four hour drive worked a graveyard shift just wanted to lay down and a hot shower. My room wasn’t ready and he didn’t an accommodate me to another clean room. Finally after a few tries he finally put me in a double bed room that was open from the beginning… front deck person didn’t give me the WiFi pass nor show d me any of the hospitality that the hotel offers…

We couldn’t check in untill 9 pm due to the lack of staff. However, girl did a good job and cleaned room very well. Room was fine for one night stay but we won’t stay in this motel again. No apology was provided for making us to wait for hours….

Staff was super accommodating, easily switched us to a room with a fridge and microwave when we requested it. Also brought us a fan when we let them know it was a little too warm in the room. Perfect affordable spot to stay if you have a dog! Will certainly stay again when we’re in the flagstaff area.

Check in was great at kiosk. I unusually enjoy staying here and at stay here a lot with no issues. However. My receipt stated check out was 1200 noon. I got a very angry call from the front desk telling me to leave (10:55am) the employee that called my room was very rude and disrespectful.

We enjoyed the stay for 3 days. The kiosk check-out was surprisingly easy. Conveniently located to good restaurants. Pet friendly was a big bonus. Very clean. Staff helpful with key card.

We checked in at 2am and were greeted by a kiosk with someone who isn’t even on property we were given a key room 242 went up tried it did not work went down. Got a new key returned did not work on the third time then I was told it was my fault the key wasn’t working got a third set just to find the room was already occupied and then the person came out screaming after I was at the door for 30 minutes, threatening to call the police on me and my child When I return to the kiosk, I was questioned by the staff that is not even there about whether or not it was someone I knew and then they needed to recheck my reservation to make sure I was actually staying there because they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied how disgusting and disappointing

The motel was fine, it was just the location that did not feel very safe

There's several dining options nearby ranging from Subway, McDonald's, to actually sit down restaurants as well as Dirty Birdies which is a great sports bar with good food. That said, it's still a motel 6. Very basic establishment.

Easy access to I-40 and historic downtown. Downside was noise from rail line (I am a light sleeper) and aircon was weak. Would stay again.

Passing through with family. Near freeway exit and convenience of restaurant within walking distance.

Not enough light outside. Very dark at night. Room doors look like they were broken into.

It’s a Motel 6, you know what you’re going to get: slivers if soap, weak coffee in the lobby, skimpy towels. But rooms have mini-fridges & microwaves, and the beds were comfy. It was the most expensive Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in.

The price was decent. The room size was suitable for our needs. The only reason I will not go back to this Motel specifically is because I believe getting two cups of coffee one for me and one for my husband bothered them to some sort. Before even finishing the first cup I was attempting to fill they jumped in front of me didn’t even say excuse me at first I thought oh they’re running low on coffee … they’ll be brewing more shortly… I didn’t want to seem rude or impatient over complementary coffee so I stepped back for a moment and waited patiently…. Then I asked if there was some more by chance …. I waited nearly 20 minutes as after I asked if there was more … I got the response of “one moment” & the lady accompanied with two other ladies walk right pass me with smirks on their fast and walk on. I already felt like a huge inconvenience and bother at that point sooooooo. I left …. Not once out of my 3 day stay did the room service stop by … no knock or even attempt to service my room. Let’s see how BUDGET INN is next….

I liked having two restaurants across Butler Ave. There was no pedestrian crossing anywhere nearby. The price at $44 on Hotels.com was too good to pass-up. I had around $10 of credit to apply. I wish that ESPN on channel 17 was available. I could have seen the Masters golf tournament from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
