UNSAFE, UNHYGIENIC, AND EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE HOST – DO NOT STAY HERE! ​Rating: 1/5 (Terrible) ​Our stay at Spitakia Cottages was a complete nightmare. ​Hostile & Demeaning Arrival: Right from the check-in, the host treated us with utter disrespect. Instead of a professional greeting, he pointed his index finger directly at me, demanding my passport, and then swung his finger toward my wife and 9-year-old daughter, aggressively ordering, "YOU, YOU, AND YOU, PASSPORTS!" as if we were criminals being interrogated at a police station. ​Aggressive Outburst & Threats: When I alerted him that a large centipede was crawling in our bed and had bitten me, he carelessly dismissed it, claiming it was "normal for a small village." When I strongly emphasized that having venomous pests in guest beds is NOT normal anywhere, he completely lost his temper. He began shouting aggressively at me right in front of my crying daughter. When I confronted him about scaring my child, he yelled, "It's my property, I can shout if I want!" Immediately after his outburst, he intimidatingly threatened us, stating that if there was any damage to his property, he would report us to the police. ​Hygiene Shock & Traumatized Child: The bed was infested with pests. My young daughter was so traumatized by both the centipede bite incident and the host's terrifying behavior that she refused to go anywhere near the bed for the rest of the night. ​Severe Safety Hazard: The property is genuinely dangerous. We booked a 2 night stay , our ferry arrived at 6am but the owner very kindly let us check in at 7.30am which was perfect as we have travelled from the uk. I had researched the properties and after seeing all the reviews i knew we were in for a treat. Our tiny cottsge had open fire, kitchen area, bathroom on ground floor , then up a ladder to the bedroom ( with curved ceiling) and on top was a roof terrace with table and chairs overlooking sea and surrounding mountains. Beautiful. The area is fantastic and so unspoilt , its like going back in time. We had 3 breakfasts at the hotel and all were wonderful with fresh fruit and locally produced fruit yoghurt. The owner was very helpful and informative and told us loads about the area. We will definetly be back.

Un villaggio molto bello con architettura unica. Anche la struttura di soggiorno ha bella architettura. Peccato che stanza era caldissima. Fuori era fresco di notte. Ma in camera era caldo. L'area condizionata non faceva nessun effetto di raffreddamento. Era una dei peggiori notte per qualità di sonno della mia vita.

Otel sahibi George ilk rezervasyon anından itibaren çok ilgiliydi. Otelin bulunduğu köyü çok beğendik. Sadece araba ile yanlış sokağa girdiğimiz için dar sokakta biraz zorlandık. George beyin verdiği talimatları doğru uygularsanız park ve otelin yerini bulmakta zorluk çekmezsiniz :) Herşey için teşekkürler. keyifli bir tatil oldu
