Rooms were terrible

Super big room excellent service

Ok hotel, but not value for the mony. To expensive compared to what you get.

Very basic but comfortable enough for one night. Convenient for train station. Local area doesn’t offer much but train straight into Mainz Hbf so fine for a stopover.

Overall, our stay was good, but there were a few things that could’ve been better, we arrived a few minutes early and they wouldn’t let us check in, had to wait at the lobby, then even though our room had two bathroom doors only one of them had handles and lock the other one had been removed and the door was basically locked (which is fine as you still have the other side to go in and out) but the one where there was a handle got locked and wouldn’t open, my son went in and couldn’t open it from the inside, went down to get the lady at the front desk and even she couldn’t (we tried different ways), she calls her manager and he okayed to break the door to be able to open it, so, we had to push it until the door broke at the lock and we stayed with a broken door and lock. Other than that, our stay was good.
