First of all, ALL exterior door locks have been REMOVED, deliberately. Management said " too many people get locked out) bathroom fan broken, bathroom bad odor, tv unusable, limited breakfast, no hot water for tea, only coffee urn to replace broken main machine. Few outlets in room, outlets on lamps mostly inoperable . WET dog pee on carpet in room. Detergent machine broken in laundry. ALL firedoors propped open next to signs requiring them to be closed. The staff was unfailingly nice and polite, but helpless and over whelmed. Property needs complete overhaul.

Restaurant and lounge advertised on site were no longer. When asked the front desk clerk what the hours were for Restaurant and lounge he laughed. Room door hard to open, questionable stain on sofa, so i didnt use it. General maintenance lacking, exit signs falling off wall, hallway carpeting could use a cleaning, security door never latched, etc. Bedding had tears. Vending machines completely empty. Etc.

The trash needs to be all the way picked up. Not just bagged and hanging around for a few hours. The ice machine was out of ice and when I asked, I was told where it was which was of no help. But other than that it was decent. The area doesn't seem unsafe, but its not ideal either

Shower pressure was awful and the slow drain wasn’t pleasant. We had a whirlpool tub room and the water pressure just stunk so it took forever to fill. Breakfast…don’t get me started. It was a busy morning as it was the last day at the fair, so you would expect lines, but with one low powered small microwave to cook the frozen breakfast sandwiches and one waffle maker, let’s just say we were happy that there was a Dunkin just down the road. The staff were very nice and helpful, no complaints there. The room seemed clean but outdated. The towels were fluffy but had strings hanging off them. The pool was closed down so that was a bummer. Didn’t hate our stay, but it could have been better.

One of the exterior doors does not work at all. The next exterior door is broken so it does not lock. At least it opens. The rooms need to be cleaned better. The couch in my room was filthy.

Should not be recommended. Property needs a lot of work. Very sketchy pulling into parking lot with people hanging out blasting music. Doors don’t need key card to open. Open to anyone. Not a very safe feeling hotel. Pizza delivers but nothing walkable.

Did not like no elevator, no eating accommodations room was not fully clean initially hard to reach front desk, no phone number directly to hotel on website, non working number on hotel card, front desk argued about number until realized it didn't work. Hotel lack repairs of building by owner who took over property. I do not recommend this hotel. Too pricey for what was offered

The amenities described on your website was incorrect. There was no pool nor bar/ lounge. The pool was covered and filled with trash and sludge. One of the exit doors was shattered/ It appeared the glass was getting ready to fall out. Only positive thing I can say is the room was cleaned. However there was something wrong with the door, very hard to open. The shower was stuck in between shower / bath and the water was slow to drain. By the end of my shower I was standing in about 6 inches of water. Overall a very disappointing stay.

No elevator outdoor pool, which would have been off-limits most of our stay no options for food or beverage after returning from the concert so we didn’t stay. We packed up our stuff and we had at home.

The room was not particularly clean, the fan/AC air coming in smelled moldy, the bathroom smelled of mold and the drain of the shower / tub was clogged. A couple of the pillowcases smelled as if they had not been washed after prior occupants of the room checked out.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The room had a strong bad odor from the start, and during our 3-day stay, no one came to clean or even collect the trash. When we called the front desk, they said rooms are cleaned every two days, but that never happened. The room was pet-friendly, which is fine, but the sofa was covered in dog hair and smelled terrible. Sitting on it made our clothes smell, and we had to change right away. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. The breakfast area also looked unappealing and was not well-maintained — the whole place felt dark and unwelcoming. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was filthy dirty. The whole room smelled of mold and there was mold growing up the head boards of both of the beds. There was animal toys and hair accessories left on the carpet from the prior stay. There was also about 20-25 people partying right out side my window on the sidewalk of the parking lot and at the entrance of the door I needed to use to enter the building. I felt very unsafe when walking in past them and having to ask them to slide over so I could walk up the stairs made me feel very uncomfortable. I also worried about my car being parked outside of my window because that's where they were hanging out and partying

I ended up finding out on their website that they do, in fact, offer continental breakfast. Room was dirty, both the bathroom and walls in the main room. And there is no maid service on the weekends, so all outdoor trash cans were overflowing onto the ground with trash. Which smelled terrible & brought flies. I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean, but the room was dated. There were what looked like water damage and stains to the ceiling in our room and our bathroom. We could tell there were some updates to the building but the updates should’ve more been based to the rooms instead of lobby. Some things were old looking and scabbed together, and there was no local information for nearby restaurants or other attractions. Bed was comfy but upon checking mattress it looked old and kind of dingy. May have been over charged as well- waiting to see if the pending amount goes thru.

Check in was slow and we were given a room that had not been cleaned. Then taken to another room that did not have a king bed (which is what we reserved). Finally moved to a King Suite which was laughable to call a suite as the bathroom in my camper is bigger. Everything is old and needs lots of updates. The breakfast was the bare minimum. Frozen breakfast sandwiches that took forever to warm in the antiquated microwave. Also, the was not a microwave in the room. We survived the one night we stayed but would never book here again.

This hotel was a little run down. Ceiling tiles are water stained and some are missing in the hallways. In the room we had the bathroom floor was dirty, we found 2 spiders in the shower, the outlet for the hairdryer didn’t work and every time we flushed the toilet I r washed our hands the water pipes made a squealing noise. Our main room the bedspread had yellow stains on both sides, the WiFi was terrible and the tv didn’t work very well.

Room smelled like an old library, AC unit didn't work until a few hours later even though the room temperature wasn't what we set it at. Hot tub semi worked, drain wasn't plugging even with the lever switched up to block it so had to keep refilling it. Faucet was dripping so when we got in the tub was already filled with like still water. Breakfast was ok. Waffle batter was either old or just wasn't good tasting but the microwavable sandwiches and OJ were good but they're store bought so kudos somewhat. All around was a mediocre stay at best but the redeeming quality was the bed being extremely comfortable and good smelling. Which is weird that the room smelled but the bed didn't.

Windows don’t open, smells weird, ac in our first room didn’t work but the guy at the front desk was a great dude and got us a new room. It had mostly the same issues but that was to be expected at this point but atleast the ac worked.

The rooms were dirty. First room we had the toliet made a screaming like noise when we flushed. The pull out bed in the couch was broken. The second room they put us in the door was falling off hinges, bedroom window had a huge crack with the glass splitting apart and was being pieced together with scotch tape. had to stop my 3 year old from touching it so he didnt cut his hand. The toilet was loose and moved when sat on. My fiance almost fell off at one point.

Check in was slow and we were given a room that had not been cleaned. Then taken to another room that did not have a king bed (which is what we reserved). Finally moved to a King Suite which was laughable to call a suite as the bathroom in my camper is bigger. Everything is old and needs lots of updates. The breakfast was the bare minimum. Frozen breakfast sandwiches that took forever to warm in the antiquated microwave. Also, the was not a microwave in the room. We survived the one night we stayed but would never book here again.

It stunk, literally. The moment we opened the door there was a heavy, foul musky smell. I went straight to the front desk to let the clerk know, but of course they're was a long line and it took about 20 minutes reach tell him. When I finally got to him I told him about the smell and asked for an air freshener. He said he would see if he could find one. After another 30 minutes I went back and told him again and he finally sent someone to freshen the room. It was okay for a while, but the smell came back. We went out to dinner that night and the smell was back. We were there 2 nights and each time we walked into the room that odor would hit just as strong. Also, the next day we didn't get any cleaning service done. I went to the desk around 2:00 p.m. to tell him and he said he would try to send someone over. No one showed up. I waited till about 3:15 and went back to tell him no one came and he told me all the housekeepers left for the day. He offered to give me a clean set of sheets so I could make my own bed. I do that at home and I don't get paid for it, I had to pay yet nothing got done. He at least gave me fresh towels and I brought back the towels I used prior. Unless that chain offers a free weekend to compensate me for such an uncomfortable stay anywhere one is available, I will never book another Quality Inn again. The only good thing was that the service clerk was very friendly and apologetic about the inconveniences.

Staff were extremely helpful, very nice, the room was just average. This place is old and could use an update. Breakfast was good. We did have one issue, when we got into the room I pulled back the covers and there were blood stains on the top cover. I immediately called down to the desk the employee apologized and within 20 minutes an employee brought up clean linen.

This owner cares ZERO about this place. It’s dilapidated and very old feeling. He had no night staff so when he checked us in he did not make eye contact, say hello or welcome us in any way. No instructions for wifi or breakfast. The check in guy was the worse I have seen in a while. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It also cost 200$. Save your money. Go elsewhere

Asked for Towels. Called twice and came to front office to wait until got them as no one brought them to the room after promising quick delivery. The main faucet in the bathroom did not work well. The key to the room did not work and I had to walk to the front desk a few times to get new keys that did not work either. When i was at the front desk, saw several other customers complaining about no hot water and also waiting for towels as well. Fortunately we only spent 1 night there. Everything else was just ok.

There was nothing special about this hotel but I don't have any complaints either. The rooms were clean, the staff were courteous and efficient and the area was very quiet due to its close proximity to a business park (at least on weekends those areas tend to be less busy).The only hot breakfast item was waffles, otherwise just fruit, yogurt and some pastries and muffins. The apple juice was also watered down too much, but that's a minor detail. We would stay again for an overnight or short visit.

We liked the convienent location of the property to the NYS Fair. The pool was freezing, and the concrete around it is falling apart. The hallways and facility is dated internally. The "buffet" is terrible. The food was purchased from the local aldis and the sandwich options were frozen and heat up yourself. The juice was all watered down, the bagels and bread were stale. There was no liquid creamer for coff. I was confused what I paid almost 300 for one night for.

I appreciated the proximity to the highway and area sites, the comfort of the bed, the complimentary breakfast and the very nice staff; however, this hotel does have some issues. While the beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size, it was rather cold. There was a heating/air conditioner inside the room but all it did was blast out cold air. It was so chilly in the room that my daughter did not want to get out of the covers in the morning! I spoke to the desk staff and they said they would have someone look at it but it still did not work. They let us switch rooms to the one across the hall, which was more comfortable but still the heating unit did not work. Also, the television was hard to operate with the remote and we couldn't even use the one in our second room. There was also a leak in the hallway with a bucket underneath it to catch the brownish-yellow drip; sorry, but that is not something a guest should see. I also think it was priced a little high, but that's Bidenomics for you! Next time I am in the area I will most likely stay elsewhere.

have stayed here before since it's close to my destination. It's average, nothing that screams I must stay here, but then again nothing that screams stay away either. Disappointing breakfast choices, starches, carbs and processed microwaveable choices - nothing fresh (including the fruit) other hotel nearby has a much better free breakfast if that's important to you. Pool was open but I didn't use it, brought my own bike so didn't use the gym this time but did stop by - look clean and had the basics.

We stayed at the hotel one night while in town for a concert. We picked this as it had a quick drive to downtown Syracuse and the highway is convenient to the property. Room was clean but needed a refresh/repairs. The curtains were ripped, the AC unit was not secured to the wall, there was an inch gap to the outdoors, the bathtub surround was mildew stained. Hotel offered hot continental breakfast, we went down at 8a to find they had run out of waffle mix and limited supply of other food options. We ended up eating at an IHOP instead.

For $500 CAN a night this hotel was extremely disapointing. There were barely any staff in sight, when you go to check in there is only one person working so the check in process is very lengthy. They also have no maid service on the weekends so your room will not be cleaned and only service during the week but you have to request it. The " breakfast" included was only a waffle maker and some bagels so not really a true breakfast. The room itself was not terrible but very old and could use some renovations for sure. Lastly, their website advertised that you could cancel/edit your reservation beforehand but this was not the case when I called to do so very far in advance.

The room was also set to 77 degrees and we could not change it; my friend and I had to sleep without covers. I also have what looks to be a bedbug bite on my hand. Would not recommend as it was dirty, poorly maintained and possibly bedbug infested.
