Beautiful ethnic design and innovative layout of the rooms and private and semi private villas with individual pools. Great for families. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Food was good, delicious breakfast buffet. Above ground pool was beautiful and had a lovely view but not great for swimming, only accessible by steps. Beach was beautiful but annoying to be constantly approached by street sellers. We walked to the nearby hill with stunning views of both the ocean and the Madalika racetrack. Very annoying listening to the sounds from the race track. Hills and beach beside the racetrack was shockingly littered with plastics and general garbage.

Un magnifique hôtel à hauteur de toutes espérances. Une chambre immense, propre et confortable. Un restaurant excellent. Une plage, une piscine, des activités... au top ! Seul bémol c'est la localisation, l'hôtel est excentré et si l'on ne loue pas de véhicule c'est plus compliqué d'explorer les environs. Mais sinon je recommande !!!

If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time.

Nice rooms and great service. The property is quite far out of town so you need to take a car at IDR50k each way to get into Kuta. The main down side was the pool layout, you could not have any sunbeds by the pool as pool was raised up on all sides. Bit of a strange design which made it hard to just relax by the pool which was a shame.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una villa sasak (n 504), semplicemente fantastica. Dotata di ogni comfort, ben climatizzata e ben posizionata rispetto a spiaggia e servizi della struttura. Personale attento, disponibile e molto gentile. Abbiamo cenato e pranzato in un paio di occasioni durante il ns soggiorno. Alternativa comoda a prezzi accettabili quando non si ha voglia di raggiungere Kuta. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio laundry (ottimo) e noleggio scooter (prezzi in linea con mercato). Torneremo e consigliamo

房間無比噁心。 首先，門扣壞掉，本來不以為意，然後想沖澡，發現廁所地板全是沙子，花了一些時間沖洗，等到要使用吹風機，又發現吹風機壞掉，拿起話筒要反應給櫃檯人員，發現電話上滿是鼻屎，入住當天，一肚子火。 隔天早餐，要了一杯咖啡，喝到一半，發現嘴巴有東西吐出來，是蒼蠅！ 這是什麼噁心又令人發火的經驗。 整個過程中都有反應完全沒有得到一個讓我能接受的道歉，爛爆了！

The area was quite and peaceful, rooms were well maintained and spacious however found lack in cleanliness when it came to mosquito and insects in the common pool and private pool. Spotted a number of lizards at the lobby and dining restaurant, really unexpected at a 4 star resort. A few fused lights and broken tile in Private pool. Had found ants in the sugar pouches provided in room to make tea.

We love this property it’s our third time here but it doesn’t seem as good as it used to be. Both our sinks were clogged and the stoppers were dirty. The restaurant has gotten super pricey and the service charge is twice other hotels. Breakfast was good but very limited in choice and quantity. For the price we hope for better.

My stay at Novotel was last minute, due to travel issues between Jakarta and Bali. I wish I would have spent my entire time at Novotel. The beach was amazing and staff incredible. The room was clean and modern, while the property was classic and well maintained. Check my Insta story @emderrevin for a sneak peak of what to expect. I will return for a much longer stay.

The worst chain hotel I ever stayed! We booked this hotel at first because we thought it was a safe choice, as it is part of the Novotel hotel chain. Turns out that this was the worst experience we could’ve imagine. The room smelled like mold, the room really could use a renovation, and the breakfast food was not good. The hotel is very old and I am surprised it is still on business. Please do not stay there! Waste of money.

上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。

Hôtel très agréable, donnant accès à une belle plage (mais pas terrible pour se baigner, entre les algues, la marrée souvent basse, et les petits insectes qui vous piquent dans l'eau). Le village de Kuta est accessible en vélo ou mobylette, environ 10 minutes. La plage de Kuta pour surfer est accessible à pied, un joli spot, mais bien pollué par les ordures malheureusement. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée, très agréable moment de vacances.

Personale attento, disponibile e molto gentile. Abbiamo cenato e pranzato in un paio di occasioni durante il ns soggiorno. Alternativa comoda a prezzi accettabili quando non si ha voglia di raggiungere Kuta. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio laundry (ottimo) e noleggio scooter (prezzi in linea con mercato). Our group had a great time staying at Novotel. Thanks Mr Khalil of reservation for all the assistance with room requests, transportation arrangement with Mr Sidik (he is the best to bring us around) and special Birthday celebration dinner arrangement. The teams from reception, the bar, restaurants, chef, house keeping are always giving their best services. BIG Thank you everyone for our group awesome holiday.

Checkin without explanation of the facilities. Poor breakfast food quality. Housekeeping not properly organized. Asked for preparing the day bed during checkin, in evening still not done. We checked in with 2 adults and 2 kids. Found 2 shower towels in the room only. Kids of other guests using the pool in normal clothes and washed off their make up from kids club face painting in the pool, needed to remind the pool staff the proper pool rules. Second day our room was not made up, asked reception to make up, 3 hours later still not made up. We used this hotel on our way back from north lombok 2 days prior our return flight. At the end we used the Pullman facilities and restaurant next door instead as we felt of much better quality and service.

Absolutely amazing stay at the resort! Would highly recommend for families, staff can’t do enough to ensure you have a lovely time. They always go above and beyond. Also so accommodating with young kids and are so helpful. They also helped organise so many trips for us. Roby front of house, Richmand, Khalil, Aziz all so lovely and genuinely kind hearted people!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!

Le village de Kuta est accessible en vélo ou mobylette, environ 10 minutes. La plage de Kuta pour surfer est accessible à pied, un joli spot, mais bien pollué par les ordures malheureusement. Beautiful ethnic design and innovative layout of the rooms and private and semi private villas with individual pools. Great for families. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Food was good, delicious breakfast buffet. Above ground pool was beautiful and had a lovely view but not great for swimming, only accessible by steps. Beach was beautiful but annoying to be constantly approached by street sellers. We walked to the nearby hill with stunning views of both the ocean and the Madalika racetrack. Very annoying listening to the sounds from the race track. Hills and beach beside the racetrack was shockingly littered with plastics and general garbage.

If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time.

Très bel hôtel à la décoration raffinée sur une belle plage ( mais pas la plus belle du coin). Nous devions y passer 3 nuits et la 1ère journée a été trés agréable mais malheureusement nous avons du annuler notre dernière nuit car une compétition de motos avait lieu sur le circuit juste derrière l'hôtel et les bruits de motos envahissaient l'hôtel et la plage. Cette zone de Lombok se développe malheureusement de façon anarchique et c'est bien dommage car, en dehors des compétitions, le calme dans l'hôtel est absolu et nous avions passé une très belle journée à profiter de la plage

Nice rooms and great service. The property is quite far out of town so you need to take a car at IDR50k each way to get into Kuta. The main down side was the pool layout, you could not have any sunbeds by the pool as pool was raised up on all sides. Bit of a strange design which made it hard to just relax by the pool which was a shame.

We love this property it’s our third time here but it doesn’t seem as good as it used to be. Both our sinks were clogged and the stoppers were dirty. The restaurant has gotten super pricey and the service charge is twice other hotels. Breakfast was good but very limited in choice and quantity. For the price we hope for better.
