Staff was very supportive. But the room was not having any ameneties like AC, hotwater etc. When enquired they told its the issue with Expedia. The room was not clean. Felt very uncomfortable. Will never opt for this facility again.

room was neglected and there was a very obvious lack of cleaning bed sheets were awfull cobwebs and mosquitoes everywhere

No wifi, no hot water and windows could not be closed properly.

Nice hotel to sleep before a flight

Not clean rooms, no AC and even if you try to update to AC rooms, there is a lot of hassle, as the hotel staff only provides you for the services you've booked online, if you wish to upgrade to a better room, you cannot. No tv, no wifi, no intercom, no lifts and no bellboy, so you need to pick up your luggage and walk through stairs on your own, if you get a room on a higher floor, it is not going to be convenient. Concierge staff are unreliable, whatever they tell you regarding checkout time, services in room, do not trust them, rather double check with internet as well. No cloth hanging hooks provided in room, just a long rail in room and restroom each. I'd rather recommend everyone the hotel golden terminal at nedumbassery, which is just 1.2 km ahead of jippus galaxy hotel.
