Adresse à recommander pour la localisation, à 3 minutes à pied du centre historique et 2 minutes d'un parking public gratuit pour l'amabilité du personnel qui donne de très bons conseils pour les lieux à visiter et les restaurants testés et variés pour l'aménagement qui allie confort et décoration soignée un bémol, l'absence d'ascenseur, mais compensé par l'aide pour porter les bagages.

We enjoyed our overnight stay in this older, but quite charming hotel. We had not noticed that the hotel doesn't have an elevator and didn't know how we could get our luggage up three flights of stairs, but the wonderfully friendly and helpful desk clerk came to our rescue. His extra service was deeply appreciated.

Muy amable la persona de recepción, nos informó del parking gratuito al lado del hotel, nos recomendó sitios que visitar , restaurantes, habla muy bien español.La habitación con todo lo necesario ,baño reformado.

Pretty, well-kept hotel in a historic building. The staff is very nice and friendly. Albi city center with sightseeing and restaurants is within an easy walking distance. Street parking was easily available.

The manager was very welcoming and gave us a choice of rooms. He explained the parking (free in the nearby square). Provided a map of things to see in Albi and recommended a restaurant. Breakfast was very good with pleasant service. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Albi.

Very good, and good value. Central location but with free parking very nearby. Friendly, and the breakfast was exceptional for this class of hotel. Very good value.

Despite saying otherwise on their page, there is no parking, and parking on the street is very difficult during business hours. Hotel is cozy, but there was also no curtain on the window, which is just weird. Despite these things, still a good place, as we eventually were able to park in the lot without a time limit, and made a makeshift curtain using the blanket.

Séjour d'une nuitée en famille. Arrivés très en retard, le patron nous a attendu. Excellente découverte que ce petit hôtel à 2 pas du centre historique d'Albi. Chambre spacieuse, bien aménagée avec sdb moderne ET fonctionnelle. Silence passé 21h; Mention particulière pour le petit-déjeuner et ses produits locaux! Etablissement très propre. Parking gratuit à 150m.

Rarement vu services et prestations aussi parfaits. Chambre magnifique, propreté irréprochable, serviettes de toilette qui sentent bon ! Excellente literie, petit déjeuner complet avec des produits frais et locaux, parking très proche et gratuit, etc...En prime, un accueil très agréable et un accompagnement jusque dans la chambre, un directeur très sympathique, bref, une équipe de vrais professionnels. On ressent fortement l'expérience et la connaissance des relations humaines... Pour ma part, c'est un coup de coeur, cet hôtel mérite largement plus que 2 étoiles.

Comfortable, clean hotel with very reasonable breakfast option. We had a terrace room. Only drawback is there are no hand towels. Less than 10 minute walking distance to major sites such as Saint Cecile Church and the Toulouse Lautrec museum housed in the Berbie Castle built in the 12th century.

This is the best place to stay in Albi. We were in 2 different rooms, as we extended our stay. Each was lovely and spotlessly clean. Both had refrigerators plus extremely comfortable king-sized beds. One had a lovely terrace. The other was huge with an extra bed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh-squeezed orange juice. There is a cozy ambiance in the public spaces that invites guests to linger. The hotel is family-run with hosts who deliver personal attention that goes beyond making dinner reservations and calling taxis. ( if you do need a taxi, Cab-me offers personal attention also) At the hotel Stephane assisted with locating medical attention, a pharmacy and take -out meals. He made phone calls for us when French was needed. He switched us to a more convenient room. He even moved our car for us. Staff offered breakfast trays, extra towels and whatever we needed to assist with our sudden lack of mobility. We felt supported during a very stressful time. Thank you, Stephane and staff. We returned to the US and are recovering well but plan to return to France in the future to continue our interrupted trip - beginning at Hotel Les Pastileurs!

Chris at reception went above and beyond. Gave us useful recommendations for dinner and parking and things to see The conservatory area was a nice place to relax. The room was clean. The breakfast was the only downside, over priced for what it was.

The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi.

This is the best place to stay in Albi. We were in 2 different rooms, as we extended our stay. Each was lovely and spotlessly clean. Both had refrigerators plus extremely comfortable king-sized beds. One had a lovely terrace. The other was huge with an extra bed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh-squeezed orange juice. There is a cozy ambiance in the public spaces that invites guests to linger. The hotel is family-run with hosts who deliver personal attention that goes beyond making dinner reservations and calling taxis. ( if you do need a taxi, Cab-me offers personal attention also) At the hotel Stephane assisted with locating medical attention, a pharmacy and take -out meals. He made phone calls for us when French was needed. He switched us to a more convenient room. He even moved our car for us. We enjoyed our overnight stay in this older, but quite charming hotel. We had not noticed that the hotel doesn't have an elevator and didn't know how we could get our luggage up three flights of stairs, but the wonderfully friendly and helpful desk clerk came to our rescue. His extra service was deeply appreciated.

The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi.

The manager was very welcoming and gave us a choice of rooms. He explained the parking (free in the nearby square). Provided a map of things to see in Albi and recommended a restaurant. Breakfast was very good with pleasant service. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Albi.

Comfortable, clean hotel with very reasonable breakfast option. We had a terrace room. Only drawback is there are no hand towels. Less than 10 minute walking distance to major sites such as Saint Cecile Church and the Toulouse Lautrec museum housed in the Berbie Castle built in the 12th century.

Chambre spacieuse, bien aménagée avec sdb moderne ET fonctionnelle. Silence passé 21h; Mention particulière pour le petit-déjeuner et ses produits locaux! Etablissement très propre. Parking gratuit à 150m.

The staff of this little hotel go out of their way to help their guests enjoy Albi as well as their stay at the hotel. The decor is whimsical and charmingly quirky, our room was small but convenient, comfortable and clean and had an Audrey Hepburn theme in the wall decorations! Breakfast was lovely (our croissants the best we've had at stays in three star hotels in France!), complete with diy fresh squeezed orange juice, home baked pastries, excellent baguette and jams, good coffee, cheese, sliced ham, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. There is a pleasant little lounge area where we had a glass of wine. The building itself doesn't have an elevator and parking seemed to be "complicated" but both were irrelevant to us. It is located a short walk to the historic centre in a quiet side street of Albi. Les Pasteliers is what a small, homey, hospitable "boutique" hotel should be. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Desde que llegas hadta que te vas, te trata muy bien. Rl recepcionista habla español y te aconseja sitios para cenar y tambien sitios para visitar, yo tenia un itinerario hecho y me aconsejo otro pueblo y todo un acierto. El chico joven que me enseño la habitacion, muy simpatico atento e incluso me dijo donde aparcar gratis. Sin duda todo un aciertoo. Por cierto caminando al centro son como mucho 10 minutos.
