This was a secret find! A treasure of a place tucked up in the hills near the Black Forest. Historical charm, excellent room and breakfast. Wellness center exceeded my expectations. Lovely staff and easy parking. Across the street is a nice park and the town square and access to the ruins are walkable.

La vue est magnifique. La chambre est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le parking est en contre bas de l’hôtel et il faut gravir la pente pour aller à la chambre. Langues parlées : Allemand, difficilement Anglais et le drapeau français en devanture sert uniquement de décoration Très déçu du staff, je voyage pour le travail. J’ai du partir avec de l’avance de l’hôtel. J’ai effectué 1 nuit sur les 3 réservées, l’hôtel a la réception m’a indiqué que je pouvais être remboursé si hôtel.com donnait son accord (Manager + employé). J’ai contacté hotel.com, ils m’ont indiqué que c’était à l’hôtel de valider, j’ai donc insister auprès de l’a réception qui m’a indiqué faire le nécessaire. J’ai donc quitté l’hôtel en toute tranquillité. Puis une fois parti, j’ai contacté hôtel.com pour savoir où en était le remboursement et après 3 prises de contact en direct avec l’hôtel, l’hôtel a refusé le remboursement. J’ai donc perdu 400€ à cause de l’hôtel qui a remis m’a chambre disponible le soir même de mon départ.
