Pros: great location for us, next to a grocery store, adequate parking. Rooms were spacious-for a studio, kitchens were well stocked overall, beds were comfortable, front desk staff was accommodating when we needed something, hot breakfasts were great each morning-lots of variety, pool was nicely maintained, laundry available for use. Cons: no basketball court as pictured (my teenager was bummed)-they said they took it out, sleeper sofas are awful-bring an air mattress as we had to go buy one, cleaning staff doesnt speak English and doesnt always come when supposed to, if you end up on the back side you can hear the train moreso (but we didn't in the initial front side room we had), they allow dogs so we had a barky one next door for part of our stay.

Great stay, loved that there was dark drapes in the rooms (adjustable). The apartment was clean except for the kitchen appliances, our room wasn’t cleaned out during the day while we were out even though we asked for it to be done. The pool was also dirty and cold. Love how stop & shop was at walking distance and opened till 11pm. It was very quiet, friendly staff. Overall it was a good stay .

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious. We liked the roomed amenities. The TV being high-tech was unique and appreciated. Breakfast was good, There were enough food options for one picky eater and one vegan. The major thing we did not like was the pool did not live up to expectations of what was posted online. The picture on the website of the pool is misleading. We were unaware of how small the pool was. The atmosphere was cramped and loud even with just one family present. Other than this, our stay was good, would book again.

It was a good stay over for me. The reception was warm and the staff accommodating. The property has a homely feel. The structure, surroundings and overall appearance resembles our homes There is a complementary breakfast from 6-9a.m. I would have loved until 10 a.m. but I made it there just in time. It's a basic breakfast but with some good options for healthy eaters. The breakfast champion was of course Darren the resident costumed Black Panther overseeing all things. My disappointment was with the pool not being sorted and available during our stay. It was also raining continuously so my family could not enjoy the outdoor seating and BBQ station. But I imagine these are fun activities. Car parking is extensive. The lot is part of the property and quite clean. Nearby is a Stop & Shop with good options, walking distance.

They advertise things they don’t have. Like the bar but it wasn’t open on Sunday, ice cream freezer that had no ice cream just hot pockets, and a hot cocoa bar with no cocoa I had dirty hand towels in the room . Only I had no option so I had to stay there

The stay was marred by the fact that we paid for a hotel with a pool and the pool was closed. We were told that it was due to a failed inspection. We had three 13yr old boys with us and no pool. The basketball court was also off-limits due to uneven pavement. How did this hotel get a 9/10 rating???? I want a refund.

This hotel does not live up to the Marriot brand. I come to this area a lot and have stayed in a few different hotels and I decided to give this one a try. I will never stay here again. The room was given a soft cleaning because it was not very clean. Thick dirt rail along bathroom baseboards, stains in the shower, huge water stains on the ceiling and fridge outer appearance was disgusting. Then so many broken things that they neglected to fix. Draw handle falling off, table missing tiles, peeling wallpaper, dent in the wall and a cracked shower floor. I also think the mirror was cracked and covered up with red tape. We also found a dirty sock in our room that wasn't ours that shows the lack of cleanliness. I was very disappointed and wish I didn't take the non-refundable rate. I wouldve switched hotels. Luckily it was just two nights. Also you can hear yhe train passing by. I didn't realize it was so close. STAY ELSEWHERE.

We were disappointed that the cleanliness of our kitchen was not clean at all. Fingerprints and dust all along kitchen cabinets and inside. We only used refrigerator. Common areas were nice and breakfasts were good. Coffee weak. Also would of liked housekeeping everyday. We were there 3 nights and not once did we have the room cleaned or trash removed. We asked for clean towels everyday. Dirty towels remained in our room.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I booked it because it had a great rating. The room smelled like pee (Because they allow animals) the couch looked like a cat scratching post. The bathroom was dirty. The bed VERY uncomfortable! I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend and his parents that came up from Maryland for my brother, mom, and dads repass. I asked for tape because I was doing a picture board for my family and I used the tape they wanted to bill my room for tape. I was taken back because they had no consideration that I was in mourning and asked me to pay for the tape. I Should of charged them for my horrible stay. Very upset!

The room was not cleaned from the previous guests. There were used towels on the bathroom floor, garbage in all cans, the soaps were used, and the beds were a mess. Called to talk to the front desk and their initial resolution was to send up some towels and toilet paper while being adamant that the room was cleaned. After showing pictures and arguing with the supervisor, they finally offered another room. During this time I chatted Hotels.com customer service, they were no help either, and said the hotel was taking care of it (with the offer of staying in the room and getting new towels.)

Didn’t know an active rail line runs directly behind the inn. Very loud and shook the bed several times during a pretty restless night. On a positive note, the kitchenette was awesome and there’s a great grocery store a quick walk away.

Stay was okay. Nothing special. The rooms are a bit dilapidated and the bathroom we stayed in was moldy, old shower head and ripped up curtains. There were no bed sheets for the sofa bed (sofa bed was really bad condition) Staff was nice and breakfast was good too

Called maintenance because room had cold air blowing instead of heat in late October. Took him a while to make it warmer but the next day the cold air was back. Other hotels do the same thing and pretend they aren't aware of it. Why do they do this? Then the bathroom door doesn't stay closed? Why? I don't mean it just doesn't lock, I mean you can't close the door all the way! How gross! Lol I was at the sane hotel 10-12 years ago before the renovations when the rooms were so much larger and contained full kitchens, with a full size oven & dishwasher. Now the room is tiny with half sized DW and no oven at all! Just the micro. So this was a big disappointment. Plus I made the reservation 5 months in advance to make sure I got the room I wanted and when I get there they tell me they don't have my room available anymore because it's an extended stay hotel so they let people extend their stay. So they wanted me to take a lesser room because they had that one open. They also wanted to give me a regular room when I reserved an accessible one. Do you think I would reserve an accessible one if I didn't really need that? Not to mention they changed the name on my reservation when I gave my ID. I asked the gentleman to put it back to the original name and he pretended to in front of me but didn't really do so because our name shows on the TV. Ha Ha Ha. So unless you really need a hotel in this location, there's no other reason to pick this hotel. But it's convenient walk for grocery

Nice hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay. The shower floor and tile need to be replaced. Suggest an upper facing front room. Back rooms you will hear the freight train go by a few times a night.

TERRIBLE garbage smell in hallway. Very long hallway and the smell was constant even there is now garbage room. We were using second Exit stairs to go downstairs, walk and then use main exit to go in and out. It was shame because the building is new and clean. Second problem was climate control AC. Too noisy even on 74-75 F. On Fan mode is not possible to sleep it was noisy too and hermetic closed windows have their plus and minuses. But overall clean and nice

When we arrived for our 5 night stay, we were told the room would be cleaned after the 3rd night but this did not happen, the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and there was no lotion available and no soap bar at the sink for washing hands/face (when we asked at the front desk, we were told that's not something the hotel provides). The afternoon after the 3rd night we returned to find the room had not been cleaned and had to ask for fresh towels, coffee supplies, etc. The afternoon after the 4th night when the room STILL had not been cleaned and refreshed, we were told the room would be cleaned after the FIFTH night, which would be after we departed. My husband let the front desk know how unhappy we were and asked that someone be sent immediately to take care of the room, and this was finally done. The breakfast buffet was ample and fresh. We were not greeted as Marriott Bonvoy members.

This is a very, very nice hotel and I called originally as we are gold platinum Bonvoy members, and every place we stay as a Bonvoy , we always get a late check out. The staff was very very nice except for the woman this morning demanding we leave saying that we did not have late check out! I tried to talk to her kindly and she had a hideois nasty expression on her face. She told my daughter and my mother that they couldn’t go get breakfast and had to vacate the room a nod shut our keys down. She should not be in this business. I asked her if she was going to say thank you for our stay as I was walking out and she just stared at me. This is someone who should not be in The service industry, but everyone else was very very nice and the room is extremely comfortable although the heat wasn’t working but it was very clean !!! Just get rid of the nasty morning associate who has a huge chip on her shoulder . She brought one star down as a result of her attitude .

At check-in, I was told that the room category that I had booked was not available and that because I booked online through Hotels.com, there was no redress. I protested, told the desk agent I was a BonVoy Member, to which he responded “not for this stay, you booked through someone else.” I asked him if he would pay 15% more for any purchase such as a hotel room. A room fitting the reservation category was found to be available. There was no need for the pushback. Otherwise, an excellent facility to which I will certainly return.

Didn’t know an active rail line runs directly behind the inn. Very loud and shook the bed several times during a pretty restless night. On a positive note, the kitchenette was awesome and there’s a great grocery store a quick walk away.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious. We liked the roomed amenities. The TV being high-tech was unique and appreciated. Breakfast was good, There were enough food options for one picky eater and one vegan. The major thing we did not like was the pool did not live up to expectations of what was posted online. The picture on the website of the pool is misleading. We were unaware of how small the pool was. The atmosphere was cramped and loud even with just one family present. Other than this, our stay was good, would book again.

They advertise things they don’t have. Like the bar but it wasn’t open on Sunday, ice cream freezer that had no ice cream just hot pockets, and a hot cocoa bar with no cocoa I had dirty hand towels in the room . Only I had no option so I had to stay there

What happened to breakfast, it was terrible. Starting to show age, after renovation just couple years ago. Dont use cloth sofas, they are gross. Chairs in dining pretty disgusting as well.

Beautiful one bedroom suite. Very quiet property. Didn’t try the breakfast or the nightly wine bar so I can’t comment on that. There is a full-size kitchen and stove and a grocery store next-door. Property is extremely well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.!!
