House was great. Upgraded to 6 bedroom when we got there but it was across the street from water park. Nice having own pool. DID not like we had to pay 40 dollars a day to heat hot tub. Don't like hidden fees. Unhappy with attitude of a few lifeguards. Back doors that open to pool have an alarm if not shut within 10 seconds and all day you hear neighbors alarms going off.

Nice clean houses. If you want to use the community "resort, pool, restaurant", I would recommend staying on the WEST side (not the EAST side properties). Resort area managed by another 3rd party, and requires it's own check-in and must buy food & drinks from them. Resort pool was supposed to be warm, but it was ice cold in Dec. There is a BBQ grill at the house but no gas tank ($30 extra charge). Pool and Jacuzzi are ice cold in Dec ($50 per day heating charge). Extra charges for housekeeping. Horrible alarm in the patio door, which you can't leave open, and must push a button to go in & out. Dull knives in the kitchen. Dead microwave in the kitchen. Living room sofas slide all over when you sit. Laundry and Dishwasher supplies only for two loads. Get SunPass for crazy toll roads. Resort pool was advertised as hot/warm, but it wasn't. Private pool was ice cold in Dec. We paid $50/day to heat it up, and it didn't work for the first two days, and then when it worked it was too hot to use. Front desk refunded the heating money, and shut it down, and my kids were not able to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi. Friendly staff, good service. Easy checkout instructions.

This resort is amazing. My family had a wonderful experience. The staff presented excellent customer service. Every amenity we needed was at our finger tips down to the pots, pan, and dishes. We enjoyed cooking home cooked meals in the huge kitchen and eating dinner out on our personal patio, then taking a dip in our own heated pool. Just fabulous! Oh, and the double laundry rooms were the icing on the cake. We were able to wash clothes everyday and not worry about packing dirty clothes. We can’t wait to go back. This place is worth every penny!

We were all in real vacation mode when we stayed at encore resort. We wish the water park was open longer so we don’t miss it after visiting theme parks and we also wish theres more than 7am shuttle since our kids were really struggling with early mornings on vacation days for free theme park transportation. Also make sure you reserve the night before!

Great experience at Encore Reunion. We were upgraded to a larger home and the kids were ecstatic to have a pool to call their own. Beds were comfy and the AC was true on both floors. The only negatives were that the amazing house was woefully under equipped with amenities. No propane for the grill (unless purchased). A large kitchen with very few cooking items or utensils. No salt/pepper or even regular coffee packs for the maker (only decaf?!) . It honestly didn't feel like they wanted you to cook in order to maybe attend their restaurants?? Hmmm...LOL The waterpark was tremendous though. It was like a resort within itself. Never overcrowded and really clean. We didn't experience any of the restaurants since one was closed the day we were going to visit. It's a very short trip to Disney and Kissimmee offers up everything you need for groceries, souvenirs and restaurants. All in all, it was a great experience and we'd certainly return.

Not like it used to be few years ago. Showers dirty, towels and sheets had stains, pool and hot tub dirty and the property had trash everywhere and water park was definitely showing the age and lifeguards sitting reading book at kiddie area it was not at all how it used to be I used to love this place it has definitely changed for the worse unfortunately

Our stay at Encore Resort on Dec 23 2024 until January 7th 2025 was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the first home they assigned us was unacceptable, so we had to request a different one. The second home was slightly better but still far from what we expected. The house they offered as the "only option available" was filthy despite their promise to clean it. The carpets were extremely dirty, with trash scattered throughout the house, including under the beds. Shockingly, we found packages and even a cigar under one of the beds! An underwear from a past guests was found in the washer! The towels provided were dirty on the very first day, forcing us to wash them ourselves. The same went for the bed sheets—they smelled bad, had hair on them, and were so wrinkled it was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned. The kitchen was also filthy, with dirty floors, grimy cabinets, and even the limited kitchen gadgets provided were in terrible condition. This house was supposed to accommodate around 20 people, yet there weren’t nearly enough kitchen supplies. What little was provided was outdated and unusable. The worst part of our stay was the overall dirtiness. The entire house was so dirty that we were uncomfortable walking barefoot, especially on the carpets in the bedrooms. Encore Resort’s lack of cleanliness and attention to detail made our stay unpleasant and stressful. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place.

The house was totally unacceptable for the amount charged.. the smell, dust, dirty floors, dirty stairs, poor bathroom conditions were unacceptable. So sad that owners take no pride in how the property is taken care of. I will not stay in this facility because of dirty house. I was grossed out but because hurrican Milton gave us no choice to stay we were greatful to find a place, but we know why it was available....no one wants to stay in a dirty place... i paid $1004 bucks for 3 nights...owners should take better care of this house.

We rented this house for many reasons. One was because it had a private outdoor pool with hot tub. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted the hot tub and pool heated. Isn’t that the point of a hot tub? That was an extra $60 for every day of our stay. I paid for a late checkout for 1:00… $250 and we were locked out of our house at 10:00 am. The inside of our home was filthy. None of us would dare walk around without shoes on. There was also a huge clump of black hair in my parents bathroom on the floor like someone cleaned off their brush and left it there. The fuse box kept tripping the fuse that controlled the front door outside light as well as the hallway light so you couldn’t see the keypad to get in and couldn’t see once you finally could get in. You have a garage which is lovely but they do not give you the code to the keypad or a remote so you have to try and get in the dark front door and get in to open the garage from the inside. The blinds were broken at the patio doors and spots on the ceiling in the bathroom that were questionable. We complained upon checkout and were told the manager would be in later and the girl at the counter would tell her. We did get a credit for the late checkout but nothing else because we waited until the end of our 5 day stay to bring it all up. When in Disney, you are busy and didn’t have time to say anything because it was too late by the time we got back each day. Front desk said it is Expedia’s fault for not posting upcharges

First staff was very friendly. The water park was fun. The house was pretty but quite dirty. Caked on stains on chair legs. Carpet stains. We found cockroaches live and dead. Our overall stay was lovely. The pool in the yard was clean and our favorite part. Cleanliness and safety was of high concern. The minion room and Elsa room made for children was not for children. The bed in minion room was a broken bunk bed. My son had a huge bruise from one of the posts. Ordering food from the resort was not easy. We had issues connecting to wifi. I spent a lot of time cleaning messes that weren’t ours.

Terrible property. Supposed to be a luxury community, which the homes are, but very ghetto. Parties going on to 5am despite having a 10pm noise ordinance in place. Security can't do anything about it. Maybe if you rent a home closer to the main office you will have a better experience. The livingroom tv was broken and from reading reviews this is a common occurrence. They send someone out to tell you it needs to be replaced but it won't be replaced during your stay. There was trash left in the kitchen which told me the property was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The pool was dirty, there was a broken closet door, and walls were dirty. The shuttle only picks up for parks at one time so if you are expecting multiple shuttles you will be disappointed. Probably best to rent a vehicle. There is a restaurant on property but they don't serve breakfast. Overall, this was a terrible experience and the front desk did nothing to make things better. They did not even offer to move us to a different hime even after experiencing the noise from multiple parties during our entire stay. It was horrific not good for kids. The water park was the only pleasant experience.

Cockroaches! We were hopefull at first, this place looks amazing when you first arive. However after several days we noticed how poorly maintained these units are, and how many critters were staying with us. The last 2 nights of our 5 night stay was spent sleeping through the beeps of a dieing smoke alarm. Yes we called the front desk many times and no they will not pickup past first shift (any time you get back from the parks). The real breaking point was the cockroache that fell into my kids cereal the last morning we were here. The staff (when you get ahold of them) are nice and are willing to work with us but honestly at the rates we paid sleepless nights and infestation should not be in the cards. Also there are centipedes everywhere, your towels, the pantry, sofas, the ceilings. Just find somewhere else the 90 degree private pool is not worth it.

Definite step up vacation, beautiful area, well maintained. House is big and everyone has their own room. Play area upstairs was great for kids to have separate place to play video games or kids movie night. The fos ball table was neat activity and the giant bean bag chairs were loved.

The home we stayed in was beautiful! It was a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, and included an arcade and movie room. Everything was perfect for our family of 7. We stayed on the West Side and within walking distance of the clubhouse located near the water park. It would be nice if the home included separate towels for the pool in the backyard. Overall, this home superseded my expectations.

The house itself was new and very nice. Having laundry and a full kitchen was great. However the amenities of the resort were not what I was expecting. The water park was only open until 6pm and there were no other pool options available so there was no swimming once we got done with parks or dinner. Our unit was a few minutes drive from the actual resort hub and right next to the interstate and the noise from the traffic from the main highway was enough to keep us awake every night. It was so set apart that it didn’t feel like it was actually part of the resort and it was pretty inconvenient because traffic can be very terrible in the area. Overall we were pretty disappointed in the actual resort experience, but the house was nice. Your drive to the parks will be 30 min to 1 hour everyday due to traffic, so just plan for that.

This property specifically was pretty basic, nothing “exclusive” or “luxury” stood out. It was roomy and clean and yes the resort in general had good amenities, but this home in particular did not stand out in any particular way. The internet was down 3 out of the 7 days we were there. We were welcomed to a stove with no door whatsoever-which was very quickly replaced by the resort so we did appreciate that. But still kind of shocking, making it feel as if no one checked the place out before having customers stay. The grill was a complete waste of money-we cooked hotdogs and burgers for over an hour until we had to resort to completing the cooking on the stove. There were literally zero blankets or throw blankets in this home. Only the bedspreads and sheets, not an extra piece of linen anywhere to be found, which included pool towels- we had to buy those at WalMart. Also very bare bones on necessities- no salt, no pepper, 1 trashbag… I think you get the picture. If you have kids that will enjoy the pool, don’t expect anything like a raft or even a simple pool noodle, you’ll have to buy anything like that yourself. I “may” consider staying with Encore just for the amenities for kids at the water park, but hopefully all of their homes aren’t as bland as this one. Very much like a hotel experience, not like a home experience at all.

I spent the first two days letting customer service know the hot tub had a #2 in it I took pictures and sent it to them. I didn’t have the hot tube until the 3rd of my stay which was unfair. They said it was a 3rd partying they was working with and they didn’t respond and this was for my birthday. The day of check out I requested 11am and they confirmed it but as I’m packing to leave around 10ish I have a man putting in the code to the house and coming in without knocking so you can imagine how scared I was!! It was 3 females in the house so I yelled and correct the person. Go back to packing and another person is trying to get in and putting the code into the house saying they didn’t know I had late checkout. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS, I expected more

The resort was nice but upon entering the house we stayed in there was broken furniture and dirty sheets on the bed. A faulty light switch also tripped the breaker so we were unable to use lighting and amenities in certain areas of the house including no WiFi. They didn’t come out until the next day. Also had a hard time being compensated. Had to call multiple times long after my stay.

Have you ever stayed in a complete disgusting house that you needed to post…yea thats us! Not only did the couch has “sus” stains, but one of the rooms had cheese in the door jam, and Jeff and my bedroom had literally dog poop stains both covering the closet and next to my side of the bed. We stayed there for one night unfortunately because we got in so late and didn’t notice the grossness that we moved into. After 4 calls to maintenance with a pool that didn’t work even with a fee, we moved out after the front desk threatened to call security in me when I had to deal with them for the 4th time on issues. We have 2 boys that have played lacrosse for days and all we wanted was a habitable house. 7402 Marker needs a complete gut job. DO NOT STAY AT THE ENCORE REUNION! Zero customer service and so disgusting. Will never stay there again!!! Also we’ve moved to a really nice resort and will NEVER be back.

We love the area and gated community and always felt safe and this was our 2nd visit. The house was a disaster. Cleanliness in and around pool was dirty. Pool filter was not working, Inside air hockey game was not safe, broken garburator, broken dishwasher, dining chair missing, issues with front desk management office phones not working. Double deposit on my credit card and they said my bank had to fix. The resort finally fixed the issue. I dealt with Erin and he was good to deal with. I spent half of my vacation waiting for workers to fix all the issues. This is a quick snap but there was more and it was all tracked in Expedia emails as Expedia always was dealing directly with the resort. Thank you Expedia. If someone wants to talk to me I can give a formal update. DI

The house was very large. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Unfortunately our house was not close to the pool or water park. You have to cross over a busy road not ideal for walking. So we would just drive over. The bar at the pool had a good selection of drinks. Pricey but expected. They were a bit understaffed and the lines were always long. They have a Starbucks on site. And there is a Walmart super close so we’re just ordered groceries and had them dropped off at the house. Conveniently close to theme parks. The only issue we had was with our hot tub and pool. It kept draining and they would have to come add water. Otherwise we would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing!!! We stayed here from March 16-21. We usually stay at The Grove but needed extra space this year. We will definitely be coming to Encore from now on. The house was huge and everyone had enough space. They fully stocked the essentials and we had more than enough linen. Their water park was AWESOME and the kids loved it. We could order meals from the house and have it delivered which helped prevent us from long lines at IHOP. I liked how secure the resort was as they required a QRS code for entering. Thank you guys for a memorable spring break we loved it.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Encore. Our unit was a 5 bedroom on the west side of the resort. The water park/main building was a couple minute walk from our place and the kids liked that they could walk there on their own. We did experience some issues with our unit. The door handle literally fell off when we tried opening the front door after checking in, so that wasn’t a great start. The cleanliness was not what we are used to..old fruit loops mushed into the carpet, hair in the bathroom.. Our spa didn’t work and the pool lights didn’t work for the first half of the stay. Our range fan didn’t work. The clothes dryer wasn't in good condition. Nothing major, but enough inconveniences to take away from the vacation experience for sure. We enjoyed the water park and pool, it was lots of fun and we often had it all to ourselves. Finn’s restaurant was extremely disappointing. They notified us when we were seated that half of the menu was unavailable and when we ordered from our very limited options, half of the food came hot and the other half came cold. The staff was mediocre. From my observations, I did not see staff treat the guests like they were valued. Checking in and out, the restaurant, and the pool staff all seemed disinterested in their jobs and their guests. We would consider going back because we loved the ample space, and we now know what not to expect from staff..but it’s a gamble due to the units being privately owned.

Our home we were placed in was beautiful! The kids loved our pool at the house and had a blast at the water park! The bedrooms were spacious ! Finns the restaurant deleivered delicious food to our house - we even had multiple times! The hot tub felt great and we had heated for the 2 day minimum! We loved our stay and all had a blast !

The property isn’t what’s advertised here. Theres all kinds of hidden fees like you having to pay ($60 per day) to heat the hot tub and pool, the rooms being cold, no trash bags in the rooms, the tvs wifi not working, the swimming slides not being wide enough for play, etc. The shuttle is available but what they don’t tell you is that unless your going to Disney, everywhere else is pickup at 7:45 am this is the only depart time and pickup is at 6:45 which again if you planned on being at the park late, don’t bother. Refrigerators were broke and it was just an overall bad experience. Even the restaurant which they only have one, runs out of ingredients and meat too so if you plan on eating there, go early in the morning because you’re going to be out of luck later on.

Scam tv’s didnt work during the whole stay an put a work order in the first day an the day we left they try to complete the work order ask to speak with a manager never did kept calling then some lady says she is a supervisor an she arugued with me telling me i didnt put a work order in theater room didnt work charged me for using the white towels like what do you expect if you use white towels im confused charged to heat the pool an wasnt heated the list goes on an on water park food was terrible an the pops tasted like sugar water

The property grounds and homes are beautiful. My family enjoyed the private pool, water park, and bicycling; the amenities were great. Some of the staff has much to be desired but didn’t ruin it for all. Drinks by the pool were awesome. Unfortunately, the restaurant by the pool wasn’t serving so we ate at Finn two days food was 3.5/5. Overall great vacation!

We booked a 5bed 5 bath house at arrival we were told we were upgraded to the 6 bed 6 bath house. Surprised but definitely not mad. We got to the house and it 1000% met our expectations!! It was beautiful!! The pool was clean & water looked clear. The staff was super helpful when we had questions. The things I feel like people should know, The beds are like rocks! They’re so hard in all rooms, if you are use to comfy and soft you will be upset. Also I hate they use white linens. White towels and bedding. It’s definitely not ideal when you have children. The continental breakfast- was ok. I just wish they had more options. They only serve white bread for toast. No bagels no wheat bread. The danishes are not made fresh, straight from a freezer to microwave to table. The eggs are dehydrated eggs you can tell cause they were watery. They did have cereal but only 2 kinds. We had the breakfast one day and the rest of the time we made our own. The food is edible it’s just if you’re picky make your own. Lastly, I 100% get it’s a safety thing. I am happy that’s in place. The back doors have alarm. And if you don’t press the button the alarm will go off. When your not use to pressing a button to go outside it’s annoying! Also being woke up at 4am by the alarm is not cool. Invest is safety gates and get rid of the alarms! You only have 10secs to get outside & close the door before it goes off. When you have kids you know that isn’t happening. Overall I would stay here again!

It was very clean. I loved that every room had its own bathroom it was 9 women and it was great. The only 2 complaints I have is the mattresses in every room except the bedroom downstairs you can feel the springs not to comfortable. The tvs need to be upgraded it was almost impossible to connect to Netflix etc… specially in the living room. We had to move to the master bedroom to watch a movie on Netflix. The pool was amazing enough parking for 5 cars. Overall it was a great weekend at the water park. Also breakfast was included.

House needs to be clean for real, carpet was awful full of all kinds of stuff, sheets with stains and even blood, the staff said was gonna take care and never did. Arcade had like 4 games the rest were machines to spent more credits the kinds of you never win anything. Bath at master even had a roach. Very disappointed I won't pay for this again
