Check in was super easy, kind staff members who greeted me in a friendly manner. My room was on the first floor and was easy to get to, clean, tidy, and had lovely amenities. 2 pairs of slippers, and plenty of towels. The kitchenette was such a nice extra and made eating whilst in my trip alot cheaper. Not too bad an area either, felt pretty safe and easy to get to station, only 10 mins walk. Great stay! Front desk was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. Only downside was no lift and ten minute walk to the train station (only an issue for us) but can be fabulous for others! Would highly recommend.

We only stayed one night, passing through London. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. We needed help with the washer/dryer in the kitchen and he was able to answer our question. They have a large clothes rack folded up in the closet and we used that to finish drying the clothes. The dryer setting options are either really long drying times or a short one (1 hour) that gets hot. TIP: you have to wait ten minutes after turning off the power to open the door. Once the cycle is done, be sure to turn off the power on the unit. We would stay here again. The beds/pillows are comfortable. The towels are thick. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a quiet room.

Met by a bubbly Brazilian (not sure we got her name). The room was very tidy and comfy and the bathroom very spacious. The kitchen was fully fitted, although we didn’t need to use it. Only coffee left in the room, so recommend tea bags as well!

This was a great find for the price we paid. It is definitely outside of the city but maybe a 10 minute walk to underground and we never felt unsafe. The room itself was small but clean. Our bathroom was also small but did the job. It came with a kitchen area that we didn’t even take advantage of but definitely nice to have if you wanted to have stuff in the fridge. It had a well functioning air unit. We were on the 1st floor but the stairs were not bad to get luggage up and down.

This was a really great place to stay: it is close to Finsbury Park station, it is clean, well-built with a good size bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and the reception/check in was easy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This place had the most comfortable bed of our entire 2.5 week trip. We had everything we needed, and anything we forgot, the staff provided gladly. They were friendly and recommended some local restaurants. The tube station is about a 9 minute walk, so we were able to get around with no issue. My only problem was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the towels were super soft! They even gave us slippers to wear in the room! Great place.

It was adequate. No lift so be prepared to manage a suitcase up a flight or two of stairs. Washer/dryer combo was handy. Reception messaged via WhatsApp to check my arrival time. Very friendly and offered to mind the bags until check in time.

Really lovely property with kitchen, very clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Easy check in and friendly staff. Only thing to note hotel is on a very busy road and although there is triple glazing some road noise can be heard. Would definitely stay again.

Pictures do not show réalité ! Place and rooms are gloomy ! For the Price it is a shame...no window in my room, towel holder all rusty, shower not cleaned. Girl at réception was nice and helpful though. But the place is a joke for that Price !

The bed and bedding was very comfortable and clean but there was a foul smell coming from the drains in the bathroom which meant the bathroom door was left open for ventilation (spreading it into the main room) and a noisy fan had to be on at all times. I did not feel particularly safe staying on my own due to being on the ground floor at back of the building with an unlocked external door right next to the room. It was however clean and had iron, hairdryer etc. Unfortunately no teabags or milk supplied, but there was a couple of bottles of water.

Our bathroom was basically unusable with the toilet completely tucked into a spot between the sink and walls. I expected a smaller bathroom but you couldn’t even use the amenities as intended. Also, the fridge did not work in our kitchenette. We complained and asked to move rooms but they said that all the rooms were booked. We honestly were so busy with our trip to fight them more on this but we also did not feel as if anyone else was even staying there. Otherwise, the neighborhood is in a convenient spot and generally the bedroom was fine.

Had to wait 10 mins in the pouring rain as nobody was answering the door on check in, the double bed is the smallest double I have ever seen, the duvet only just covered it so it was impossible with 2 people in the bed for us both to have cover! Feet hanging out the end and who I was with is only 5ft! The room was very hot and the heating was broke so we couldn’t turn it down, we were also at the front of the building and the road noise was horrendous, very over priced for that room!!

The property was not as described. The booking photo's showed a bright room with a good view. Our room had one window looking at a brick wall <1m away. The room was therefore very dark. It was clean, but that's where the positives end. Disappointing and false advertising in my view.

Perfect location for a concert at Emirates stadium. Small apartment but clean and perfect for one night. Double glazing kept out the road noise. Not black out curtains so quite light in the morning. Good price for the postcode. 10 mins walk from nearest tube.

I stayed in London two nights for business. The hotel is located in a down-scale neighborhood a bit north east of Islington. You have to be buzzed into the hotel and it was rare to see a person at the front desk. The overall decor is dated but the room was clean and comfortable - though I was in a room that had a brick wall when I looked out the window. No breakfast was offered that I could see though the rooms have a kitchen and there is a Tesco nearby.

Really lovely property with kitchen, very clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Easy check in and friendly staff. Only thing to note hotel is on a very busy road and although there is triple glazing some road noise can be heard. Would definitely stay again.

Very happy overall.. A doormat would be such a good addition as it seemed a great shame to walk in with wet/ dirty shoes on the CLEAN tiled flooring. Lack of natural daylight in my room did not worry me, but may be significant for some. Everyone so very helpful & welcoming.

Great stay! Front desk was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. Only downside was no lift and ten minute walk to the train station (only an issue for us) but can be fabulous for others! Would highly recommend.

We only stayed one night, passing through London. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. We needed help with the washer/dryer in the kitchen and he was able to answer our question. They have a large clothes rack folded up in the closet and we used that to finish drying the clothes. The dryer setting options are either really long drying times or a short one (1 hour) that gets hot. TIP: you have to wait ten minutes after turning off the power to open the door. Once the cycle is done, be sure to turn off the power on the unit. We would stay here again. The beds/pillows are comfortable. The towels are thick. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a quiet room.

I came around 1:30 am and I couldn’t get into my room.using the card I couldn’t unlock the door of my room to get in.I called the girl ( staff member) who lives in during the night time to help.She picked up the phone and totally ignored me.she hanged up straightaway. I kept ringing and texting her but no reply at all. This is utterly disgraceful and appalling gesture from someone who is supposed to be working night shift and helping customers in case of any issues happening inside the hotel.I paid £85 to stay awake in the corridor instead of sleeping inside my room.There is not even a single chair…..I’m suffering with lower back pain sciatica sitting on the floor. I’ve got to wait for receptionist until 8 or 9 am.It is disgusting moment for me being treated like this from the woman who supposed to help me.I’m running out of words and mentally destroyed

You have to be buzzed into the hotel and it was rare to see a person at the front desk. This was a great find for the price we paid. It is definitely outside of the city but maybe a 10 minute walk to underground and we never felt unsafe. The room itself was small but clean. Our bathroom was also small but did the job. It came with a kitchen area that we didn’t even take advantage of but definitely nice to have if you wanted to have stuff in the fridge. It had a well functioning air unit. We were on the 1st floor but the stairs were not bad to get luggage up and down.

The bed and bedding was very comfortable and clean but there was a foul smell coming from the drains in the bathroom which meant the bathroom door was left open for ventilation (spreading it into the main room) and a noisy fan had to be on at all times. I did not feel particularly safe staying on my own due to being on the ground floor at back of the building with an unlocked external door right next to the room. It was however clean and had iron, hairdryer etc. Unfortunately no teabags or milk supplied, but there was a couple of bottles of water.

Met by a bubbly Brazilian (not sure we got her name). The room was very tidy and comfy and the bathroom very spacious. The kitchen was fully fitted, although we didn’t need to use it. Only coffee left in the room, so recommend tea bags as well!

Messaged in advance asking for a room high up with a view, told yes it was possible to get there on the day to find we were ground floor with not even a window, reception were no help at all saying the hotel was fully booked which I didn’t believe. Then to my amazement witnessed people with disabilities being checked in for upstairs. Also when we called ahead to say we were slightly early was it ok to check in we were advised yes. Upon arrival we were charged early check in fee and if we were made aware we would t have taken this option Very disappointed with customer services

The images were nothing like the room I was given. Essentially a 9ft room that was grubby, that had a small kitchen area, a tiny shower wc room. It’s not really an apartment tbh. The one whole room had no windows. Really noisy hallway all day, and at night. Not great internet. Would avoid. The photo of the hallway on the website makes one feel you’ll get some luxury but no.
