Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Montreal Airport

I always enjoy returning to the Fairfield Inn and Suites because the hotel and rooms are spotless, there is rapid response to requests and the staff are helpful and welcoming. The included buffet breakfast and 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport is most appreciated. An addition for me was the evening restaurant which is convenient. For those without a car, bus terminal and train station are a 6 minute walk from the hotel.

Clean the restaurant was great.The pool was freezing did not enjoy it.

Our room was beautiful, immaculately clean and comfortable. The breakfast (included) was unusually good for a hotel breakfast. I especially loved the great selection of toppings (nuts, raisins, dried fruit etc) to add to your hit oatmeal or cereal. The "build your own breakfast sandwich" was also a nice idea. I highly recommend this hotel.

As airport hotels go this is top-tier. Despite being in a less than ideal environment (train line and highway behind hotel, airport in front) rooms were extremely quiet. With the subtle white noise from the modern HVAC unit you could hear absolutely nothing outside our room. Pool at this hotel was small and a bit cold but overall we would not hesitate to stay here again. Solid complimentary breakfast was included with our stay.

Great place, very good staff, bountiful free breakfast. Only downside was the $25.00 parking fee.

Really nice property. Unfortunately no restaurants around. Parking your rental is $25/night which was a surprise to me. Otherwise great place, shuttles available to the airport.

Excellent shuttle service from airport to hotel and to Dorval rail station the next morning. Love the in room Nespresso! Very good breakfast with gluten free bread (on request). Comfy bed and quiet room. Disliked that one has to download the Marriott app in order to view the things such as room service menu…not good for seniors!

Rooms were spacious, gym was adequate, and included breakfast was delicious.

The bed was comfortable, but it required more attention to cleanliness to meet expected standards.

I liked how close it was to the airport. Suite was great size for a family. Lack of housekeeping was an issue, we were there for 3 nights and 4 days and room wasnt cleaned or replenished at all. Had to call down a few times for clean towels and toilet paper. Parking was annoying, had to have your key on you and you had to get out of the car at the gate to scan your card...no one could reach the machine.

Room cleaning every other day is very basic, didn’t vacuum or replenish

Location to airport is great, shuttle to and from is easy but unfortunately they need to check and clean under beds, something I always check when I stay at any hotel. I found a pill and a couple of coins, so obviously they didn’t check or they would have made themselves an extra $1.25. Not impressed

The room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean except for the base of the toilet bowl which was dirty. Parking is in another building, presently in construction. If you are caring bags that are heavy, drop them in the lobby of the hotel first, before you park.

Hôtel confortable pour deux, mais nous étions 4 avec un lit et un canapé convertible, mais nos deux enfants sont grands et nous avons dû mettre le matelas du canapé par terre car sinon ils sentaient trop les ressorts du sommier. Si c’était à refaire je prendrais deux chambres car en revanche les lits sont de très bonne literie

The front desk lady gave us a room right beside the ice machine and directly above two giant vent fans. When I requested a room change, she said *we are sold out" which was obviously a lie since I was then given another room right away by the supervisor (who was much nicer and more honest). Somehow both rooms air conditioning make a very loud noise, worse than the airplanes. If you want a good night of sleep, avoid this hotel

Room was clean but very noisy as we were right above the HVAC/air conditioning units which regularly cut in and out every five minutes or so. I asked to be moved but hotel was full. Night supervisor said he would move us to an adjacent hotel but when we got there, we were told they were also full. Tried another property but again it was full. This was a holiday weekend, so we weren’t surprised. Ended up back in the same room. Was told that the day manager would be in touch in the morning. When we checked out, the manager offered to credit us the cost of the parking ($25). Was disappointed but we had booked through Expedia, so again not surprised. Said she would give us 1,000 Marriott points for the inconvenience. This is a beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay there again, but not in that room. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly and is very clean with very comfortable beds, so overall it was a good experience, other than the noise issue.

Logement très agréable et propre . Seul inconvénient le matelas du canapé lit demande a être changer car on sent tous les ressorts , impossible de dormir dessus . Notre petit enfant obliger de dormir sur le canapé . Les autres lits très bien.

Nice hotel and hot breakfast was very good. The beds in our room were sagging in the middle and uncomfortable.

Chose the hotel as an overnight stopover to complete an onward journey. Room spacious, clean and quiet

Our stay was very upsetting. Upon arrival, the first shuttle didn't take us as we had 6 people, and instead took others who arrived after us, promising another shuttle in 8 minutes. The next shuttle was the same driver 20 minutes later… Check-in was smooth and the staff helped with dinner plans. During dinner, the hotel checked another group into my parents room, despite already checking us in. That group complained and when we returned, "security" called and confronted my elderly parents, accusing them of fraud. They then came to our room since we made the reservation. One "security guard" dressed in sweats, which felt off and very uncomfortable. Especially distressing being with our young child. They escorted us to front desk where we found out my fathers first name was used as last name and we were checked in wrong. The keys were deactivated and were told new ones couldn’t be issued right away, leaving us anxious all night. The next morning, the morning staff had no idea of our ordeal, and the keys were not ready. Meanwhile the phone in our room rang but only silence. Moments later, there was a knock on the door and it opened. It was the manager letting himself in, claiming we called for service which we hadn't. At this point we felt violated and unsafe. We were eventually given free Marriott points, but compensation doesn’t fix the confusion and lack of professionalism we experienced. We would not recommend this hotel, in hopes others would not have to deal with this.

We had a late night arrival in Montreal and need a place for the night. The shuttle was great, check in was efficient, and we were offered snacks for our daughter who was hungry before bed. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast in the morning was excellent. We will definitely stay again when flying through Montreal!

Attendu 60 minutes pour l'autobus qui devait être la à toute les 1/2 heure. Arrivé à l'hotel, après avoir attendu plus de 20 minutes pour l'enregistrement, l'agent nos informe que notre chambre à deux lits avait été donné à quelqu'un d'autre, par erreur.. Réussi à nous trouver une chambre (1 lit) pour la nuit. Il nous informe que nous serons dédonmager monétairement pour cette inconvénient. Le lendemain, le manager nous indique qu'il n'est pas au courant de cette entente, malgré le fait que l'agent de nuit nous avait dit qu'il avait fait une note dans notre dossier, et nous reviendrais la dessus. Evidament, rien ne c'est produit.

Service pourri! La chambre était sensé avoir un lit King et un divan-lit double Mais le lit du divan était simple… On a demander de changer de chambre les employés ont refusé disant que l’hôtel était plein et pourtant on pouvait encore réservé en ligne donc évidement que ce n’était pas plein! Un gros 0 pour le service… pour un Marriott ça fait pitié! Vous devriez faire un ménage dans le personnel ça n’a pas de classe!

staff was great

I usually stay at Fairfield and enjoy it, but this time, two unusual incidents occurred: 1) After housekeeping serviced my room, the door was left slightly open, leaving my room accessible for about 12 hours. Fortunately, I only had clothes inside. 2) The night before my departure, I received an unexpected wake-up call at 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Thankfully, I had no tournament the next morning. I still love this hotel as I plan to stay with them in the future but I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else as well

All staff (front desk, restaurant, breakfast) were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Food was excellent. Great shuttle service. THANK YOU!

C'est sure que le secteur ou est situe l'hotel n'est pas le plus fantastique, mais si votre preocupation est d'etre pres de l'aeroport c'est l'endroit parfait, et la navette est toujours a l'heure malgre le traffic. La bouffe du resto est tres bonne pour ce genre d'endroit, les drinks sont supers. La serveuse est tres aimable et de bons conseils.

Very close to the Dorval train station unfortunately you can’t walk there however the hotel has a shuttle.

Lovely hotel and perfect for PE Trudeau airport. Shuttle very convenient. Staff on reception very friendly and the room was lovely. Dinner in the restaurant was ok, not great, and no coffee in the lobby on the day we checked in but there was on check out… plus only 2 pods of coffee on the room and had to pay for more - did not experience this at any other hotel across Canada.

Clean hotel and convenient location. Good choice of breakfast included options and fantastic morning service. Evening menu choices are horrible, and their food is terrible (especially their burnt hard fries). Also didn't like the fact I had to pay $25 for parking per night.

This is a decent quality though basic airport hotel. Clean with decent breakfast and decent restaurant for dinner, though with limited menu.

Hotel localizado ao lado da estação de trem Dorval e oferece transfer gratuito para o aeroporto. Descemos as 05h15 para pegar o transporte e eles haviam montado uma mesinha com café, leite, chá, frutas e bolo na recepção. Quarto grande, limpo, com carpete e cortina. No quarto havia cafeteira. Banheiro grande e limpo. Recomendo para quem vai pegar voo cedo no aeroporto internacional de Montreal.
