Fantastic location on the beach .... near Exelsior Hotel nice rooms good bfast only handicap is there is no public area or cafe or hang out terrace outdoors .... Friendly and helpful staff !

Excellent location with bus stops nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a room with a balcony which was at the side of the hotel, but still had a view of the sea. Good choice of food for breakfast- hot and cold. Rented bikes for a day from the hotel at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again and would advise anyone going to Venice to stay on the Lido and stay here. Best of both worlds!

Was a great place to wind down from a crazy busy few days in Venice. Hotel is in great shape, clean and the free buffet breakfast offered both hot and cold options. My only suggestion, not a complaint, is to stay on higher floors if facing the street. We were on 2nd floor and could hear the loud traffic, even though windows were closed.

Die Unterkunft ist dicht am Strand. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Was nicht so schön war, dass ein Vorhang Schimmelflecken hatte und das man teilweise die Klimaanlage nicht selber steuern kann sondern bei der Rezeption nachfragen muss.

3rd time staying here. Last time was 7 years ago. Hotel has gone downhill since then. Rooms in need of an update, chair at table extremely dangerous, luckily we noticed before sitting on it, very unstable. Breakfast buffet wasn’t as tasty as before, also felt we were getting watched all the time when we were going for food. Husband said coffee wasn’t great. I had tea but teapot was a nightmare to pour. Shower is tiny. Don’t get me wrong staff were all very pleasant but we felt that the hotel wasn’t as good as it used to be sadly. We won’t be back.

Sehr nettee und hilfsbereite Rezeption, dort gibts es auch immer heißen Tee. Die Srandardzimmer zur Straße hin sind durch Verkehrslärm ziemlich laut. Große und nette Zimmer. Reichhaltiges, sehr gutes Frühstück mit allen Kaffeespezialitäten. Generell ist der April keine gute Reisezeit für den Lido. Die Insel ist leer, und der gesamte Strand ist eine einzige Baustelle für die Saisonvorbereitung.

Everything was perfect. Large room and, bathroom with a spacious shower. My only suggestion would be to add a dresser with drawers (or equivalent space) to put away clothes for clients who are staying more than a night or two and like to unpack.

Relatively recent building, large room and modern amenities, a/c, excellent windows so quiet despite a rainstorm On the beach! Walk out onto the beach for swim or run, full of shells! Excellent breakfast, every member of staff courteous!

When in Venice Lido is the better choice compared to the city. Tranquil but still well connected via e.g., Vaporettos. Hotel Petit Palais proved to be a good choice for staying a couple of nights before leaving on a cruise. The service of the front desk was exceptionally good. La chambre vue sur mer que nous avons eu au premier étage était propre. Le problème est qu’il n’y a pas d’isolation phonique. Nous entendions les voitures passer alors que la route est de l’autre côté. De la chambre on avait l’impression que la route passait devant la chambre. De plus il y a une salle de sport dans l’immeuble à côté et on entendait très bien la musique. Le pire fut que notre vie sur mer était horrible car des travaux d’entretien des cabines étaient en cour des 7h30 du matin! Un matin nous avons eu le droit au camion benne, tractopelle et karcher ! C’était assourdissant même les fenêtres fermées ! De plus les volets roulants ne fonctionnent pas. Nous avons mal dormis a cause du vacarme incessant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas extraordinaire.
