I picked Woodspring Suites because we were attending a concert nearby at the Credit 1 Amphitheatre. Location wise to the venue, it was excellent, but unfortunately that's really all the hotel has going for it besides the front desk staff who were wonderful throughout our kind of disastrous stay. We were first given a room that we couldn't enter, key worked, but but the door was jammed. Had to make 2 trips to front desk, before it was decided to be given a different room. Finally got into that room. We are getting ready for the evening, and I hear the key card swipe from the outside and our door starts opening. Our room was also give to another traveler! Explained we were given this room, so those poor girls had to go to the front office, and be given another room. Leave for the evening, come back(late) get to our room, our key won't work! Had to go down to the lobby and call their on-call line. Turns out our key got shut off because of the earlier mix up with the rooms!! Had to have our keys turned on again. It was a mess! I do have to say, the customer service attendant was amazing through all of this and apologized many times about our disastrous night. The room was pretty run down. Chair was scratched up horrible. Kitchen was missing a drawer front. Bed was basically a matress(which did turn out comfortable) on a frame. Unfortunately for us, there was too much that went wrong for me to want to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not great dirty no staff up front got to call and wait. No towels cause washer is broken not sure how they wash sheets and stuff I stayed about 30 mins and had to go to a different hotel

For a no smoking room, it smelled horrible of stale cigarette smoke! Bathroom door stuck to the floor and hard to close. There are zero amenities, not even a hand towel in the bathroom. No ice machine anywhere in the hotel. When checking in my price went up an additional $10 from the price I booked for and they would not honor it. Not a pleasant experience!
