Windsor California Copacabana

Great location! Lovely and helpful staff. Comfortable bedding. I was there celebrating my birthday and even though I didn't mention it, they surprised me with a delicious cake on my birthday. Another great amenity is their "small guest room" you can use for up to 30 minutes to freshen up, shower, etc upon arrival before checking in and after checking out. In my case I arrived at 9 AM and, understandably, my room wasn't ready. But I was able to shower and change clothes after my red-eye flight. I was also able to shower on my last day before departing to the airport at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Great room!

First, it is my first time to give a bad review to a hotel. We got a room which is ok but so noisy with a machine on the ceiling. I complain to reception to change room but never got it . They just don t care. You stay or you go away. I booked a tour one day with hotel which operated by Gray linecompany. The tour included a lunch and we got that lunch at 6:00pm!!! Half of people in that tour left by their own bu Uber. Everyone freaked out and tired. No organisation . Tour guide gave no hint of where to go or where to meet. Please watch out when you see tour by Grayline company. Don t book with them. Last day check out, at reception i gave back my room card and the guy said everything is good. half an hour later i realized that they did not return my security deposit i came back to see the person took care of my check out and you know what. He said we did not return your deposit because you did not check out yet!!! Can you beleive it? isaid you are the one did check out for me and now you say i did not do it. Terrible service . If you don t want trouble don t come to this hotel.

Lovely staff on check in. Efficient, more brisk on check out. Pool area, need signs to ask guests not to move the sub loungers which are understandably put away if there is bad weather. We were told off unnecessarily for moving a chair.
