Many reviews report strong smoke or musty odors in rooms and corridors, stained carpets, and dusty or dirty areas; linens and towels sometimes smell. Housekeeping is inconsistent, and wear and tear is evident throughout.

Rooms are basic and older; some are spacious, but bathrooms often lack shower curtains or have aging tubs and fixtures. Beds can be firm and Wi‑Fi reliability varies, with occasional outages or slow speeds.

Staff are frequently described as kind, responsive, and accommodating, with quick problem solving. A few guests noted lapses or delays, but overall interactions are positive.

Well connected by bus and roughly a 10–15 minute walk to Sanchong MRT/airport line; convenience stores and local eateries are nearby. Good if you rely on buses, less ideal if you prefer the metro.

Breakfast is included and mainly Taiwanese style; several guests enjoyed it, while others found it basic with limited Western options or not very good. 24-hour coffee is available.
