Big room, Big beds, delicious excellent food (we had all inclusive). Nice staff always ready to assist. Good cleaning /romservice. Nice facilities, 2 big pools, plenty of space and sun-beds. Recommended hotel!

An extremely well-managed and designed property. We really enjoyed the food / entertainment / room and overall facilities. Staff were great! A couple of areas to consider for an even better guest experience is: 1) Internet not always stong in our room - so needed to do conference calls in reception area 2) Reduce the Padel booking to 30 minute slots as folks may not want to use them for a full hour in the heat.

Stort sett bra. Gode senger som er uvanlig på Granca, det er faktisk ikke en selvfølge. -Gym er ok-, kunne med fordel hatt et knebøy stativ med stang istedenfor smith. Da får man gjort alt. -Badstuen er mild og blir ikke ordentlig varm, stusselig.

Good resort, nice area close Mogan , services in the hotel are good , medium standard , no luxury, staff professional and friendly. Room was comfortable and large, breakfast and dinner was ok for the selection , quality is middle , standard quality for a 4 stars resort. Swimming pool area was quiet and comfortable. It’s a big resort , 4 stars classified, but with standard services . A particularly mentioned is for the Spa, I was 2 times for a very good massage , I suggest to try because the therapist was excellent

El resort está muy bien en líneas generales. Mucha tranquilidad, la piscina de niños una gozada para ellos y climatizada. Muchas opciones donde comer en el hotel y la comida buena. Lo único a mejorar es la limpieza en zonas comunes y mucho bicho...hormigas en la habitación y los bichitos de la humedad y cucarachas en zonas comunes. Nos indicaron que habían fumigado recientemente y por eso habían tantas pero...eso la verdad no me gustó nada. Por lo demás repetiría.

Mal estaso de la piscina y limpieza tanto en zonas comunes como en el buffet. A pesar de tener bastante personal, se notaba un poco de dejadez. En cuanto a la variedad en los bares piscina era un poco escueta, sobre todo para los niños.

Fint hotell, bra rum, pooler och barnklubb. Extra plus för sköna sängar och otroliga middagen på Larder! Väldigt mysigt med live musik vid middagen. Det stora minuset var flera kackerlackor på rummet… gjorde att vi tyvärr inte kunde slappna av som vi önskade!

Stort fint rum tyvärr smutsigt på toaletten. Poolen området. Bästa servicen fick vi av. Killen som tog våra väskor när vi åkte hem. Poolmaten var inte bra på lugna sidan. Tog tid innan maten kom. Frukosten var under all kritik. Fanns inga tallrikar, smutsigt överallt och barn som tog på all mat och maten var ljummen.

Very nice, big Hotel with lovely rooms. Very clean, too! Simply elegant. Thank you for the reception changing our room for the Quiet one when the road Work suddenly started by the local community at 22.00 at Night. The balcon furniture and the big drying rack were great! Most of the staff was very friendly. The Spa Person a bit too serious - felt unpolite. I was a bit surprised that this level Hotel still uses a small plastic bottles for shampoo and conditioner. That is not very environment friendly. Over all very positive Hotel if you do not mind a lot of people in the breakfast room etc. Everything worked well despite the crowds. Nice to be able to park the rent a car so easily, too! Muchas Gracias especially the portier Pablo for Extremely friendly Service when we had to change the room in the middle of the Night.

Air conditioning could max go down to 22 C but ended up just below 24 C so not easy to get sleep. On another stay they rolled TV for football match but they did not want to do it on this occasion- WC qualifying. Not impressed by the food. Otherwise friendly staff and great facilities.

Positiv: relativ grosse Zimmer mit bequemen Doppelbett, 2 Poolebenen mit und ohne Animation und Musik, ein schattiger Sportplatz auf der Hotelrückseite, gute Lage zum Ortzentrum und zur Autobahn. Negativ: sehr unbequemes Sofa-Bett bei 3-fach Belegung. Man spürte das Bettgestell durch. Die Zimmerreinigung hat keine fixen Zeiten, sodass auch mal am späten Nachmittag noch gereinigt wird und man im Gang warten muss und nicht planen kann. Der allgemeinen abgenutzte und Wartungsbedürftige Hotelzustand. Zum Beispiel defekte Duschen am Pool, defekte Pissoirs in der Allgemeinzone, stark gerissenes Mauerwerk in einem Treppenhaus - dass sogar die Tür am Boden festklemmt, verwitterte Holzgeländer auf den Balkonen. Ein absolutes gesundheitlich gefährliches No-Go beim Frühstück, auf das ich aber hier nicht näher eingehen möchte, mit anschliessender Entschuldigungs-Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer. Trotz Verbot, werden Pooliegen stundenlang mit Handtüchern "reserviert" Ich könnte die Liste leider noch weiter fortsetzen. Für mich persönlich hat das Hotel keine 5 Sterne verdient, was im allgemeinen dem höchsten Hotelstandart entspricht.

Tried to reserve a quiet room in advance - in the tranquility zone. They couldn’t do. Allocation on arrival and yes ended up with a room above the kiddies pool and all that goes with it.

Overall, good hotel but definitely not a 5 star hotel it’s 4 stars. The bed is comfy, and the room is spacious. However, the amenities in the room are poor. Tania sample of shower gel was poor quality no mini bar in the room. One small bottle of water is offered for the guest one time for the total stay. We asked for a small bottle of water and they said it’s not included and you have to buy it which is ridiculous for a $400 per night hotel. We also took the half boards which includes every dinner, but also the dinner doesn’t include any soft drink or water even. So I think they should include this since the hotel rates are not cheap.

Oppholdet på dette hotellet var helt perfekt for to voksne uten barn. Stort og flott rom, deilig bad og stor terrasse. Ikke noe å si på frokosten. Det var mange fine soner og barneavdelingen vedr basseng og en stillere sone med basseng var godt adskilt. Kun en ting vi har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke var mulig å dempe lyset på badet. Det hadde en glassvegg mot soverom og fullt opplyst når man benyttet badet om natta.
Oppholdet på dette hotellet var helt perfekt for to voksne uten barn. Stort og flott rom, deilig bad og stor terrasse. Ikke noe å si på frokosten. Very nice, big Hotel with lovely rooms. Very clean, too! Simply elegant. Thank you for the reception changing our room for the Quiet one when the road Work suddenly started by the local community at 22.00 at Night. The balcon furniture and the big drying rack were great! Most of the staff was very friendly. The Spa Person a bit too serious - felt unpolite. I was a bit surprised that this level Hotel still uses a small plastic bottles for shampoo and conditioner. That is not very environment friendly. Over all very positive Hotel if you do not mind a lot of people in the breakfast room etc. Everything worked well despite the crowds. Nice to be able to park the rent a car so easily, too! Muchas Gracias especially the portier Pablo for Extremely friendly Service when we had to change the room in the middle of the Night.

Been coming here for 10 years and it is normally excellent. This time some areas seemed a little tired and the food wasn't quite as good as in the past. Still excellent compared to other hotels, but it seems like the standards have dropped. For example, range of food and lighting that was flickering or on its way out. Some excellent theme nights last year, but not this time. The other thing is you need to sort out reception wait times. This is not something I experience to the same extent elsewhere. Perhaps look into the range of the most common queries and try to tackle some of these another way.

Staff at the property were very friendly and were always keen to help. Room maintained well and kept very clean. We had a minor maintenance issue in our room and the team were there to fix it in under 15 mins and checked back in later to make sure there were no issues. Best kids pool of any hotel we have visited. Pools generally clean and enjoyable to be in. We would happily return for a future holiday.

I can’t thank the hotel staff enough for the amazing stay we recently had. The professionalism and kindness from all the staff was number one. Castiano you will be missed!! The hotel was wonderful and although big there was a calmness about it tranquility around. The rooms were lovely we stayed on the superior and there was great space and comfort and a large balcony overlooking the pool. Location was excellent with a fifteen minute walk down to Playa de Morgan where you can eat and shop and admire Little Italy. There is a supermarket just 3 min walk from the hotel which is convenient. Hotel food was outstanding and I’ve never had a buffet with such excellence. The variety was lovely and the food was just delicious. Breakfast was excellent too. If you want a rest and just want to chill with a few walks local this is for you Thank you Raddisson Blu Mr and Mrs Nicolas

A stylish, modern, low rise hotel on the edge of Puerto de Mogan – probably the nicest place on Gran Canaria. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are large, well equipped and comfortable. Each room has a large balcony with two sun loungers and a table with two chairs. There are two large pools. The lower level one is family friendly and the upper level one is quiet. A small bar at the upper pool serves drinks and snacks (Pool Lounge) and there is a bar with a restaurant near the lower pool (Il Taglio). The large restaurant (The Larder) – partly outside, partly inside, serves a very comprehensive breakfast buffet. Everything from sparkling wine, juices, cereals, breads, cold plates, cooked breakfasts, made to order omelettes and hot drinks. The service is excellent even at busy times. Food and drinks were regularly replenished. Overall a relaxing place for breakfast. The Larder also offers a buffet dinner and there is a waiter service restaurant (Filini). The hotel also has a Spa, a gym and a Kid’s Club (including a small toddlers’ playground) and a range of sports facilities for those looking for an active holiday. Mogan is a small fairly quiet village. Harbour is pleasant with reasonable selection of restaurants. Hotel is good, large pools, staff friendly & service generally good. Would happily go back if main aim was quiet relaxing pool based break.

A very good choice of accommodation in the cozy village of Mogan. Just a 10 minute walk down to the harbor where there are a lot of nice restaurants. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms nice with comfortable beds. The reception staff were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book this hotel again!

A really attractive and modern hotel - perhaps a bit too modern, as even the instructions for using the room safe had to be accessed via the TV and a QR code. Our room cleaning wasn't perfect and it took a couple of days to get shower gel replenished. We went half board and were disappointed and surprised that absolutely no drinks were included at dinner - we paid 8 euros for a bottle of fizzy water and two tiny bottles of Coca Cola (200ml). Meanwhile at breakfast, tea/coffee, fruit juices and even prosecco were part of the buffet. Having said that, both breakfast and dinner were superb, with a huge choice of food. The evening buffet had a theme that changed nightly. The hotel complex is huge, certainly the biggest I've stayed in anyway. Some great facilities (gym is the best I've seen at a hotel and even has a Smith machine) although unfortunately the spa was out of action. Puerto de Mogán is only a pleasant stroll away and is a tranquil alternative to the busier resort towns like Playa del Ingles and Puerto Rico.

Hotellet hade allt man behövde. Sängarna är väldigt bäkväma. Bäddsoffan till barnen kunde varit bättre. Vi hade frukost och middag inkluderat. Bägge hade ett stort utbud av mat och inget saknades. Vi fick säga till ngn att det behövdes tvål/ schampoo/ kaffe men det löstes snabbt.

The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was due to the breakfast service - we stayed bed and breakfast as there are loads of restaurants to chose from in P de Mogan - but I dont expect to come down to breakfast in a 5 Start hotel to be met with no plates and no cutlery even if the hotel is busy - this happened on 8 out of our 10 days and we tried going earlier and later for breakfast it made no difference - come on Radisson you can do better than this!

This hotel and its staff is so wonderful this was my 5th stay and I’ll be going back next year. It’s attached to a small town so not for people who like to get out and about to see and do things. However, if you want to relax / sunbathe in peace and quiet, in luxurious surroundings with great food it’s fab.
