Excellent hotel. Breakfast was brilliant. Facilties, reception staff were very efficient. My family enjoyed the 7 night stay. Would definately visit again

Overall a very pleasant stay check in time was supposed to be 15.00 hrs but it room was not available until 16.00hrs but that was not a big problem, staff were polite and helpful, food all inclusive was good,pools were nice and clean rooms were a decent size and decor was nice and the showers were great and the beds were very comfortable. We have just come home from 14 nights at this hotel, we were half board and had 2 children with us, 7 & 10. We all loved this holiday. Food was great, lots of choice, restaurant got busy but we were there in summer so didn’t expect it to be quiet. Sunbeds got busy but always managed to get some, but again, was to be expected. No inflatables in pool was disappointing but didn’t spoil it. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel falls significantly short of the average standard I have come to expect from the Radisson Blu brand. Had I paid a discounted rate, it might have been forgivable, but visiting during the high season at a premium price naturally came with high expectations. First and foremost, I find it unbelievable that I was the victim of theft while staying at a 5-star hotel. In decades of travel across hundreds of hotels, this has never happened to me before. Cleaning staff were actively moving about the hallway when I stepped out briefly for breakfast, and it appears the door may not have latched fully shut. My wallet was inside the safe, though it had also been left unlocked. When I returned, all the cash had been taken directly from the wallet. Because there are no CCTV cameras in the hallways, all the front desk could verify was the keycard access log, making it impossible to identify the culprit. While the loss was around a few hundred euros—not an astronomical sum—it was deeply unsettling. I strongly urge future guests at this hotel to exercise extreme caution. Even without the theft incident, this property barely warrants 3 stars. Housekeeping was purely basic, and I found it very frustrating that sauna access is tied exclusively to an expensive paid spa package. The hotel is also showing obvious signs of aging throughout. The food was not particularly diverse for a resort hotel, though the rotating dinner themes and occasional seafood offerings were the sole positive high
