Pro- "in woods" feel Con-no discloser about indoor pool being closed in need of repairs...alot of parents make hotel reservations based on year round pool acess , naturally. So its a bit of a bummer

The room is just what we needed while we were there visiting family , pool Was a lil cold but the exercise room was nice and clean, fresh cookies when we checked in, and the morning breakfast was awesome!

Everything stood out to me. The staff was very nice, the room I was in was very clean, the amenities were great (I used the exercise room). I will definitely book again if I’m in that area!

The elevator was out the two days we were there. My husband and I both had difficulty using the stairs as we were on the second floor, and we are both senior citizens.

We had called to see if we could get an early check in and were told yes. Or rooms were in fact not even ready until 2 hours after normal check in. Then when we were already in the room, there was no shower curtain, pillow cases or towels. House keeping called to tell us to leave the rooms so they could finish. We had 3 rooms in total and this happened to all of us. One of the main reasons we booked the hotel was for the indoor pool which was closed for maintenance and we were not made aware of this before hand. My card was charged multiple times for incidentals because the front desk worker kept saying it was declined. Luckily I checked my bank account before trying again. One charge I supposed to be voided. We were in town for a funeral and this was not the stay we expected and added to our stress.

Room was is poor condition. It smelled like mold & the window had leaked. We got a towel that was dirty. The pool was out of order, which was a huge disappointment to our kids. The bathtub was so slick all of my children slipped & fell.

The room was clean, so housekeeping does a great job. However, there's rust and black rings all around the tub and tile that can't be wiped off. The room smelled awful. My allergies were out of control.

I know its summer but the room was very humid the carpet always felt wet. When we walk into the room it was not a pleasant smell. Worried about mold. We put down the air but that did not help. Also the pool always looked like it had a film floating on top so we did not go in. The Staff was very pleasant though.

The room was okay. Definitely clean. The door handle and lock was falling off of the door, and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing which is why i cut my stay short. 4 hours of sensual screaming was more than enough. Need to work on the facility repairs and getting some sound proofing for privacy.

My hotel room always had a damp feeling, probably due to the humidity in the area, hard to control, but not the most comfortable. The rooms looked like they were renevated a few years back, but the furniture is now showing wear and tear. My AC unit was extremely noisy, made it difficult to sleep well.

The stay wasn’t too terrible. The paint on the walls wasn’t in the great condition. Bathroom tiles around toilet looked like it was leaking. Shower head was very short. Bed wasn’t really comfortable.

Great service. I was able to understand everyone. Most hotels I have stayed at in the past , there is a language barrier a lot of the time. I was very happy that everyone spoke clear English. I will stay here in the future, if I’m ever in this area again. Thank you.

Front desk clerks not friendly. Did not acknowledge me when I arrived. Key card did not work. Required 4 trips to the front desk to resolve. television did not function properly, it would not stay on or change channels. Front desk said they would be up to check and never came. Bathtub slow to drain. Chair at the desk did not have back support function, in disrepair.

Didn’t like: hard to locate if not from the area. Place some identification/sign indicating where to locate area from freeway. Repair R replace lights/lighting leading into the area & manicure the area leading to the driveway. It’s a jungle & unnerving driving thru that.

TV doesn’t work, has message to call office. Well phone system doesn’t work. Go to desk and guy come upstairs and unplugs Direct Tv box to reboot. TV work for maybe 1/2 hour. Then same message. Ac worked well, breakfast was OK. but nothing special.
