A 10 mn à pieds du pur centre ville et des commerces, à 200m du bord de plage ; bonne situation. Parking aisé. Appartement vieillissant ; attention la taxe d'hébergement est revue à la hausse (6€ vs 3.25€ annoncés pour 2 personnes !!!).

Catastrophique, du jamais vu!!! Hotel et spa vetuste ,l'hébergement dans un état d'insalubrité et de dégradation, ces honteux . Au niveau du spa " a payer en supplément " une technique bien rodé (" avez vous un bonnet de bien et un slip de bain pour Mr ") évidemment non c'est précisé nul part qu'ils faut un telle équipement, alors ont vous invite a vous rendre a la boutique tu juste le couloir suivant pour y dépenser un somme importante ou vu des prix pratiqué pour pouvoir avoir acces au spa ...tout simplement du VOL ... le spa en lui est vétuste ,l'eau n'ai pas chaude ma femme frileuse certes na pas peux se baigner de plus une odeur nauséabonde envahi l'espace sauna hammam Catastrophique

We managed to check into our apartment early as it was ready which was great, because the ferry arrived early. The 2 bed apartment was perfect - kitchen, fridge, balcony, good bathroom, and the staff at the main hotel reception were friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool or leisure facilities because Roscoff itself is such an beautiful adventure. Also, one has to pay extra to use the pools. I wish we could have stayed longer. Also recommend the Crepe place beside the hotel with a terrace and view of the sea - lovely sardine rilettes, local seaweed and cider.

Déçus. Séjour 1 nuit en famille. ATTENTION : entre l'Hôtel et la Résidence. Nous étions sur la Résidence (pas très explicite dans le descriptif sauf dans le titre). Donc à 2 minutes à pied d'une belle plage (bout de la rue à côté de l'hôtel) avec crêperie/ bar, terrain beach volley, piscines mer surveillées, belle vue, ... Le spa se trouve à côté de l'hôtel. La Résidence se trouve à 5/7 minutes à pied du centre/port de Roscoff par des petits chemins piétonniers. La résidence est propres ainsi que l'appartement. Calme (appart.903). Appart bien fait, plutôt propre avec terrasse (table, chaines ...). Refait il y a peu de temps. Grande salle de bain (appart handicapé). Bien équipé (le canapé demanderai à être changé (assises). Bonne literie. Notre Déception : Il n'est écrit nulle part sur le descriptif de l'offre qu'il faut payer en plus, les entrées au Spa pour les adultes (nous étions 4). Comptez 22€/pers/jour. Un petit arrangement a pu se faire. Merci mais nous avons dû quand même payer 2 entrées. Nous détestons ce type d'imprévus. Un autre commentaire de 2020 (oui oui 2020) signalait déjà ce manque d'information !!! Donc ATTENTION. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute 👍. (Mais on remarque un manque de personnel flagrant : l'accueil n'est pas très propre, poussière, toiles d'araignées, ... et n'allez pas aux toilettes). En résumé, bâtiments à rafraîchir pour l'hôtel et investissement pour le personnel. Top pour le Spa et la situation.

Personnel incompétent : j ai appelé avant de réserver pour savoir si l accès à la piscine était bien compris dans le tarif, on m a dit que oui et sur place il faut payer un supplément. Chambre non entrevue : nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude dans le logement de notre arrivée jusqu'au lendemain soir (nous restions 2 jours) je signale ce problème à l accueil, on me dit que des techniciens vont passer mais ils ne peuvent pas me dire quand, pas d excuse pour la gêne occasionnée, pas de proposition de solution de relogement ni de dédommagement, j ai du moi même faire le suivi pour m assurer d avoir de l eau chaude. Au moment du départ et donc du paiement, je demande une réduction tarifaire, on m indique que seulement 10% peut être appliqué car sinon ils "perdent de l argent" : la blague du jour Description incomplète : il n est pas indiqué sur le site de réservation que la résidence"les jardins" se trouve dans des bâtiments avec vue sur autre bâtiment d un côté et parking de l autre et à 10 minutes à pieds de l accueil dans l hôtel principale avec spa, peu pratique surtout quand n arrive pas à joindre l accueil par téléphone. Vraiment très déçue par ce séjour.

Quiet yet quite close to town. In the kitchen there was no fire extinguisher, no washing up liquid or tea towels. It would have been good to have a small freezer. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Parking was convenient.

The apartment was great with 2 good sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and good WIFI. The balcony was big enough for a table, 4 chairs and a sunbed and was mot overlooked. Check in is at the main hotel which is a 2 minutes walk. The staff are all helpful. Just be aware that if you wish to use the pool and spa it is 19 euros per adult and 13 euros per child each time you use it. Would strongly recommend the creperie next to the hot.

Got given the incorrect key when checking in so walked into an apartment with people already in it. We then had to circle round and check in again. The new room we were given was a huge downgrade with no sea view. There was no mention that the spa required tight fitting shorts before arriving so was unable to go in unless you buy new speedos for £40. The main apartment light was flickering and held up by a wooden spoon. Looked like a cheap motel from American horror documentaries and did not feel safe at all. Such a shame as the village was really lovely with great night life on the sea front just let down by the hotel

Check-in was good but everything went downhill after that. Rusting door frame caused a sinking feeling in what to expect inside the accommodation 😞😞😞, and are expectations were proven to be correct.. The condition was not what one would expect from from a Valdys resort. Cracked and dirty wall tiles in kitchen, bathroom area showing signs of flooding and water ingress to the ceiling tiles which were misshapen and irregular in fitting, cobwebs, hairballs and dust in various areas throughout accommodation, damp musty smell throughout- in general,sub standard and a huge disappointment.

We were some way from the main hotel, in an apartment overlooking the car park. The whole place was shabby and in need of updating. The shower did not work properly, mould around the bath and on the grout on the tiles. The extractor fan didn’t work.. the mattresses were lumpy, and on one bed the base was coming away. Two handles were broken on the kitchen cupboards. There was no instruction for use of anything or safety issues. Would not recommend. We did ask on arrival if we could transfer to the main hotel if there was a vacancy. Nothing happens.

The Jardins and Terraces are separate from the main resort building located down the road. The photos and information are unclear as the views and facilities provided are of the valdys resort hotel at the end of the road. The check-in process is not clear, there is no check-in for Jardins and Terraces, you have to go to the Valdys resort to check in and get keys (same for checkout) none of this is explained. The appartments were spacious but very basic, a kitchen area is provided but no cleaning products etc. The cold water was hot also, so not very good for drinking or brushing teeth. The apartments need some updating and repairs. The beds were very firm but the pillows were comfortable. Overall the apartments were OK for one night and you do get a lot of space but don't expect too much luxury or attractiveness.

Clearly we were the first guests of the season in this apartment? And clearly maintenance hadn’t done their job. Too many things broken or wrong but most importantly the hotel did nothing to rectify any of it, particularly the broken roller shutter in front of the patio doors that meant we had half the natural daylight as it wouldn’t open. We reported it they did nothing. Really disappointing.

Hébergement vieillissant. Nous avons eu un magnifique week-end ensoleillé, malheureusement le volet de l’hébergement était cassé en position fermée. Nous étions 4, il fallait se partager les couverts. La communication sur l’aspect au SPA a été mauvaise, nous n’en avons donc pas profité. L’emplacement par contre est idéal.

Nous étions 4, il fallait se partager les couverts. La communication sur l’aspect au SPA a été mauvaise, nous n’en avons donc pas profité. L’emplacement par contre est idéal.

Un hotel qui n'en est pas un. La résidence est trés calme, récente , L'appartement que nous avons eu bénéficiait d'une belle terrasse au calme avec pelouse (rez de jardin) equipée d'une table de 4 chaises et d'une chaise longue. La cuisine était très bien équipée : micro onde, frigo, lave vaisselle, vaisselle pour 4, 1 canapé lit, un coin salon salle à manger, 1 chambre avec 2 lits et un grand placard, une salle d'eau et des toilettes séparées. Il faisait un peu frais et nous n'avons pas compris comment démarrer les radiateurs, heureusement les couettes nous ont tenu au chaud toute la nuit.

We managed to check into our apartment early as it was ready which was great, because the ferry arrived early. The 2 bed apartment was perfect - kitchen, fridge, balcony, good bathroom, and the staff at the main hotel reception were friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool or leisure facilities because Roscoff itself is such an beautiful adventure. Also, one has to pay extra to use the pools. I wish we could have stayed longer. Also recommend the Crepe place beside the hotel with a terrace and view of the sea - lovely sardine rilettes, local seaweed and cider.

We were some way from the main hotel, in an apartment overlooking the car park. The whole place was shabby and in need of updating. The shower did not work properly, mould around the bath and on the grout on the tiles. The extractor fan didn’t work.. the mattresses were lumpy, and on one bed the base was coming away. Two handles were broken on the kitchen cupboards. There was no instruction for use of anything or safety issues. Would not recommend. We did ask on arrival if we could transfer to the main hotel if there was a vacancy. Nothing happens.

The apartment was great with 2 good sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and good WIFI. The balcony was big enough for a table, 4 chairs and a sunbed and was mot overlooked. Check in is at the main hotel which is a 2 minutes walk. The staff are all helpful. Just be aware that if you wish to use the pool and spa it is 19 euros per adult and 13 euros per child each time you use it. Would strongly recommend the creperie next to the hot.

Got given the incorrect key when checking in so walked into an apartment with people already in it. We then had to circle round and check in again. The new room we were given was a huge downgrade with no sea view. There was no mention that the spa required tight fitting shorts before arriving so was unable to go in unless you buy new speedos for £40. The main apartment light was flickering and held up by a wooden spoon. Looked like a cheap motel from American horror documentaries and did not feel safe at all. Such a shame as the village was really lovely with great night life on the sea front just let down by the hotel

The Jardins and Terraces are separate from the main resort building located down the road. The photos and information are unclear as the views and facilities provided are of the valdys resort hotel at the end of the road. The check-in process is not clear, there is no check-in for Jardins and Terraces, you have to go to the Valdys resort to check in and get keys (same for checkout) none of this is explained. The appartments were spacious but very basic, a kitchen area is provided but no cleaning products etc. The cold water was hot also, so not very good for drinking or brushing teeth. The apartments need some updating and repairs. The beds were very firm but the pillows were comfortable. Overall the apartments were OK for one night and you do get a lot of space but don't expect too much luxury or attractiveness.

Clearly we were the first guests of the season in this apartment? And clearly maintenance hadn’t done their job. Too many things broken or wrong but most importantly the hotel did nothing to rectify any of it, particularly the broken roller shutter in front of the patio doors that meant we had half the natural daylight as it wouldn’t open. We reported it they did nothing. Really disappointing.

Took over one half hour driving around looking for the apartment after checking in at the main office. Reason: never changed on the English map or told us there was a new name for the apartments. Also, a laundry cart dented our rental car. Two more - no soap in the shower and only 1 and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people staying 2 nights.

Personnel incompétent : j ai appelé avant de réserver pour savoir si l accès à la piscine était bien compris dans le tarif, on m a dit que oui et sur place il faut payer un supplément. Chambre non entrevue : nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude dans le logement de notre arrivée jusqu'au lendemain soir (nous restions 2 jours) je signale ce problème à l accueil, on me dit que des techniciens vont passer mais ils ne peuvent pas me dire quand, pas d excuse pour la gêne occasionnée, pas de proposition de solution de relogement ni de dédommagement, j ai du moi même faire le suivi pour m assurer d avoir de l eau chaude. Au moment du départ et donc du paiement, je demande une réduction tarifaire, on m indique que seulement 10% peut être appliqué car sinon ils "perdent de l argent" : la blague du jour Description incomplète : il n est pas indiqué sur le site de réservation que la résidence"les jardins" se trouve dans des bâtiments avec vue sur autre bâtiment d un côté et parking de l autre et à 10 minutes à pieds de l accueil dans l hôtel principale avec spa, peu pratique surtout quand n arrive pas à joindre l accueil par téléphone. A 10 mn à pieds du pur centre ville et des commerces, à 200m du bord de plage ; bonne situation. Parking aisé. Appartement vieillissant ; attention la taxe d'hébergement est revue à la hausse (6€ vs 3.25€ annoncés pour 2 personnes !!!).

Quiet yet quite close to town. In the kitchen there was no fire extinguisher, no washing up liquid or tea towels. It would have been good to have a small freezer. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Parking was convenient.

Logement correct bien situé très proche de la thalasso et du centre de roscoff. Logement très calme (le mien comporté un balcon) parking gratuit. Logement très grand, literie assez bonne. Le linge de lit et toilette est inclus et le ménage aussi. La possibilité de payer en cheques vacances Par contre je regrette qu'il n'y ai pas un petit coin salon avec un canapé à la place de 2 chaises pas très confortables, le coin cuisine est un peu sombre et la table pour manger à 2 est trop petite mais rien de bien grave.

Overall we liked the apartment and balcony very much. It’s well appointed and equipped. We would very happily stay again. But we feel it’s important that the rusting external apartment frames are redecorated , clad or replaced as they give an unjust poor first impression to guests. Please arrange for a glass and bottle bin to save valued guests trying to find bottle bins in the town . Happy Customers.

Nous étions en résidence donc en studio à 200 mètres de l'hôtel/Thalasso : il (numéro 910) est spacieux, bien équipée, avec une terrasse exposée Sud, une literie confortable, très lumineux et calme. Cela permet d'être indépendant pour la restauration et de déjeuner au soleil en terrasse ! :) Nous avons testé le restairant de la Thalasso : vraiment pas terrible... l'entrée était ok (crevette thaï pas vraiment Thaî) et le plat ne nous a pas plu (hamburger d'éffiloché de canard - même les pomme de terre frite étaient insipides) donc bien contents de pouvoir faire nos repas et aussi de manger en ville (je recommande la crèperie Capioch du centre de Roscoff) Le personner de la Thalasso est très souriant et agréable, à l'écoute.

Cela permet d'être indépendant pour la restauration et de déjeuner au soleil en terrasse ! :) Nous avons testé le restairant de la Thalasso : vraiment pas terrible... l'entrée était ok (crevette thaï pas vraiment Thaî) et le plat ne nous a pas plu (hamburger d'éffiloché de canard - même les pomme de terre frite étaient insipides) donc bien contents de pouvoir faire nos repas et aussi de manger en ville (je recommande la crèperie Capioch du centre de Roscoff) Le personner de la Thalasso est très souriant et agréable, à l'écoute.

Got given the incorrect key when checking in so walked into an apartment with people already in it. We then had to circle round and check in again. The new room we were given was a huge downgrade with no sea view. There was no mention that the spa required tight fitting shorts before arriving so was unable to go in unless you buy new speedos for £40. The main apartment light was flickering and held up by a wooden spoon. Looked like a cheap motel from American horror documentaries and did not feel safe at all. Such a shame as the village was really lovely with great night life on the sea front just let down by the hotel
