A basic but clean room, good option for the airport would use again. Only concern was an exposed mains power socket was missing the cover, could be dangerous for a child, unsure why this hasn't been picked up before

The property itself was very comfortable, modern, well-maintained and just fine. The instructions for finding the shuttle to get there were TERRIBLE. It took me 2.5 hours to get there because the people at the airport sent me to the wrong terminal. I waited for the B&B bus only to be told it was the wrong one. Then I got back to the right terminal (exactly where I started) and had to wait another 45 minutes. Go to Terminal 2 Shuttle area and go up a bunch of stairs to an area where lots of buses and shuttles come. Theres a sign with bar codes for lots of hotels to book shuttles but you dont need one for this hotel. They come every 45 minutes without a special reservation. Once on the shuttle everything was fine, but really wondered if it would ever ever come. Dont be distracted by the signs that send you to shuttles at Terminal 3. Thats wrong. The instructions from the property should be more thorough.

Staff don’t smile and not very helpful. No much food to choose from. Not properly maintained air conditioning caused us to changed room across the 2nd room originally rented when i was told that we can’t get adjacent room as all were already occupied.
