Perfect location on the edge of the old town overlooking the bullring. Just 5 minutes from restaurants and stalls on the waterfront and 15 minutes into the town centre. Room is basic, no kettle and only small sachets of shower gel. Very clean though and staff were very friendly. Fabulous breakfast for the price. Pool is only for dipping - not big enough to swim.

Schönes Hotel gut gelegen. Das Zentrum und der Strand sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist zwar nicht gross aber nach einem Ausflugstag ganz praktisch.

The staff were so friendly and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Underground parking was available at 15 euros per day.Also breakfast at 7 euros was fine. Nice location.

Beautifully clean, absolutely spotless, extremely welcoming hotel in perfect location to the old town and the beach. Wonderful views and great roof terrace. Perfectly maintained. Would have liked a kettle (with tea and coffee) in the room and the beds a little too firm for us. Overall would come back and stay again and great value for money.

The staff, the location, the cleanliness, a gem! Reception responded very promptly to my questions via Hitels.com prior to my stay. Check-in was a breeze, the room & beds very clean and comfortable. Easy walks to beach, and to old town part of Malaga safe friendly clean comfy near Bull Ring - we didn’t go see the bull fight but we could hear the music from the rooftop pool

We stayed for 2 nights in Room 607. The room was spacious with a small balcony (with a partial harbour view). The furniture was university “dorm like” and very old and weathered. Our bathroom door was badly water damaged and didn’t close too well. There was a good size closet with hanging options and a couple of drawers. The in-room safe was very small but it was ample for our valuables - could not fit a DSLR camera or iPad. The floors were sticky as if there was residual soap still left on. The AC and electric items only stay on if the card key is in the room plus it also had a physical key. There was no double bed but rather two twins put together - tricky for a couple, it kept separating. The shower was good and with strong pressure but the towels were very thin and old - could do with upgrading. The fridge was super small barely fitted our bottles of water and wine. We liked the good size desk in the room - we organized our travel maps and other necessities. The hotel has a funky ramp like entrance which was difficult pulling our luggage. We would not stay here again.

We wanted a centrally located place within walking distance of the city center, marina, and beach. During our stay, hotel prices were quite steep, so we decided to book Eliseos, which had received good reviews. The pros: The rooftop pool was a great retreat. Comfortable beds. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent location for exploring the city on foot. The cons: The Wi-Fi connection in the room was almost non-existent. Poor room location: one window faced a concrete wall and the other a passageway, resulting in very limited natural daylight (we had booked a standard double room). Unfriendly reception: when entering the hotel, you pass directly by the front desk, but the staff rarely looked up or greeted us. Upon check-out, we received a simple “OK” — no “thank you for your stay,” “have a nice trip,” or “welcome back”. Because of these issues, I would probably not consider staying at Eliseos again.

Great location, good rooftop area with pool, closes at 9 and it would have been nice to sit up there after the pool closed. Rooms spacious and clean, we had two windows that both looked out into internal courtyards so lacked natural light. Breakfast was only €8 so was ok for the price. Overall a great hotel as a base to explore

Mycket bra för tre stjärnor. Litet minus för instabilt internet vilket störde när jag skulle jobba. Helt och rent! Hårda något obekväma sängar utan mjuk bäddmadrass. Helt ok badrum med bra dusch och fräscht överlag. Pool stängd var lite synd men ok mitten av mars. Bra läge för det mesta utan att vara mitt i smeten.

Very convenient hotel, staff lovely, standard twin room had no views just a window onto a courtyard. Worth paying extra for a room with a balcony. Had to complain about noisy guests at 2 am, they said they would check the following night and the rest of the stay was peaceful.

Had 4 days here and was very impressed. Basic and a little dated but perfectly functional and clean. Service with a smile throughout. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Wifi was fine and found the bed comfortable. Great location as well. Would fully recommend and come back again. I was here for Málaga marathon and my stay here made for a lovely weekend.

Good hotel, good value for money. We had hoped to contact the hotel to make some requests/get information before our stay but they didn’t answer the phone number when we called or reply to our emails and messages through the Hotels.com platform. One of our rooms had a window in the bathroom that faced into the hall of the hotel, it had a blur screen but this was not good quality and you could see into the bathroom from the hall. (See photo below of this window). Air conditioning worked well, beds were comfortable and it was in an excellent location.

Staff was exceptional in finding a room for us in the blackout, because we had already checked out in preparation for a train ride to Madrid. Without power, they couldn't check their computers, but one of them remembered a vacant room that wasn't reserved for the coming days. We had to spend 2 extra days in Malaga until we could rebook travel to Madrid. Without the wonderful staff at the Eliseos, we would not have had a place to stay during the emergency. Gracias s todo!

Great hotel that is well maintained and in a perfect location for the marina and shops and beach. Breakfast is a bargain and sets you up for the day exploring or relaxing at the beach. Beach and pool towels are provided for a refundable deposit of €10 each so no need to pack any. For sure would stay again.

This was a great basic hotel. The room was clean, although our view was to the back of the building across, so we kept our drapes closed and we couldn't use the balcony. The location is excellent, close to the beach and an easy walk to the old city centre. The staff was super helpful and polite.

Wonderful place to stay, in the perfect location between the beaches and city. Very safe and well lit walk back to hotel from city, even at night. The airport bus (route A - €4 each way) dropped us off 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel and we went to the same bus stop to return to the airport at the end of our stay. Staff were friendly and paid great attention to detail, room was scrupulously clean and we loved the option of a balcony and small pool. Pool towels were available to rent at reception. Breakfast was decent value and tasty. Left luggage was no problem on our final day. We will definitely be back!

Great location, a few minutes walk to Pompidou Centre and walkable to all major attractions in Malaga. Small room but I find it perfect for a solo traveler. Clean and quiet. Breakfast (not included) for 7 euros could be probably a little better if compared with other hotels, but not a major issue.
