Well, a typical Tabist hotel, kind of run down. Everything felt and smelt old, the faucet in the bathroom was also running. I don´t really have any good things to say about the place. It wasn´t horrible either, just old and run down. I also had problems communicating with the staff. Although I speak Japanese (N4 level) we couldn´t communicate over such a simple thing as breakfast. Might be due to a local dialect or some other reason, but it was a bit annoying.

Staff don’t speak English bathroom only on the first floor we were staying at the 4th and no dinner and no breakfast available. Good for a step only one night before Kyoto.

新見は、田舎ですがホテルの前には川が流れていてノビノビ寛ぐには、最高の場所です。ホテルの人も対応が良く、部屋も掃除が行き届いており心地良く過ごせます。また新見に立ち寄る事が有れば、このホテルを利用したいと思います。
