We did have food nor got into hot tub.

The room I stayed in , the door was previously kicked in/ damaged. They fixed themselves, I could see through the hallway. Rm 307. Was not happy about that . There was a fan vent in bathroom, dirty . No switch to turn on. Not too happy

Horrible stay my mothers in a walker with a messed up foot she just had surgery on and she had to crawl up stairs because the elevator was done and they wouldn’t accommodate us then proceeded to laugh and embarrass my mother because she had to crawl up the stairs literally laughed in her face our room had stains on the walls couch and beds and one of the tvs didn’t work also this was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a hotel

Stained bed linen. Hair in towels and bedsheets.

Breakfast was not very good. Service was mediocre. Pool was closed without any notice.
