Loved the 9pm too 11pm adult only swim time to relax and enjoy the robust keys in the hot tub. Staff were helpful and even carried my huge suitcase upgrading for me without my asking. I would definitely book a stay here again.

There are 2 floors and they do not have an elevator. I was not aware of this and my sister and I had to struggle getting suitcases up the stairs. They did not have a first floor room available.

We really likes having a room with 3 beds since we are a family of 6. However, when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the pool was closed. We got to our room and when my husband sat on the edge of the bed, the headboard fell off the wall. Then my 6 year old found 4 empty beer cans under the bed!

The staff at the property were friendly enough and it looks like a nice place from the outside including a nice little swing. However, when we got to our room the air conditioning had not been on and it was extremely musty and damp. The room did not seem to fully “dry” out the full four days that we were there. Someone had stuck an air freshener on the air conditioner because of the smell. The room was mainly clean when we got there but when I pulled the shower curtain all of the way there were two used washcloths hanging on the shower rod like they had been hung up there and nobody checked the top. The bed was very soft which was very uncomfortable for me as I have a bad back. Breakfast was to end at 9:30 on Friday but when we got there a little after 9 there were no eggs or sausage and nobody ever came to put any out. The second day there were eggs but they were cold and very bland. Could definitely use some updating and attention to details.

This place was horrible. It said nonsmoking yet my room smelled like smoke and grease. There were holes in the walls, the carpet was filthy, there were stains on the ceiling and there were holes in the furniture. Staff didn’t really care and just blamed the owner.

Very clean & quiet. Everyone very friendly. Check in was fine. Nice large room for FIVE guys. Good breakfast. Had a pool but we didn't use it, others staying did. Definitely would stay here again.

Pillows on bed were terrible. Appeared to have clean pillow cases, but every pillow had stains covered up by the pillow cases. The pillows were just wore out and not comfortable. Decided to buy a new pillow to use from the Dollar General next door. The jetted tub in the room which was also the shower was awkward to get in and out of to say the least. Had a shower curtain on two sides.

Beds were very old...worn and saggy. The bathroom garbage can had someones blood test strip and bandaid in it. The ice bucket had a qtip in it. The nathroom floor was mopped but the corners had dirt build-up. The rooms were larger than expected and quiet.

Online photos look outdated, but there have been some updates. Our room was clean. Very friendly and informative desk attendant. We had 3 queen beds which was great for our family of 5. This was by far the best indoor hotel pool we've ever seen aside from water parks. It was huge and had a big hot tub as well. Not much in the town of Kalkaska, but we drove to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Conveniently located next to a grocery store and near some restaurants. Took off a star because our mattress sagged, there was food left in our fridge, and we had to biy some drano for our bath tub. Otherwise, no complaints!

The slamming of doors started about 5am, we were placed right next to the exit door too, very limited breakfast, I wouldn't even consider it "hot" just a bunch of grab and go basically, lady worked hard to keep things stocked though, and lastly our shower was very strange, in the jetted tub, in the middle of the room! No privacy but a curtain that was only the bottom half, we wanted a king bed and this was our only option, didn't even want the tub, bed was hard and not comfortable, room was too expensive for having nothing in the area, Traverse City is 40 minutes away

The check in was great and the worker was very friendly! I didn’t check out the amenities as I was anxious to settle in. The room and bathroom seemed quite clean. The room I had was equipped with a door to an adjoining room (I was not using that feature). Being a female traveling alone I wanted to be sure the door was secured but found that it was very loose and could easily be pushed in from the other side. It appears by the deformity in the door latch that may have happened before. As I attempted to settle in to sleep between 9:30-10 pm, the man in the adjoining room could be talking so loudly that I thought he was in the room with me. Then he turned his tv on quite loudly for several hours. I am somewhat hearing impaired so I know it was loud. Moral of the story is that the walls are paper thin. Nothing against the gentleman in the next room. The breakfast the next morning looked amazing and had many hot and cold choices.

The room was large with two queen beds. The beds both creaked a bunch when you moved. It seemed very clean. The breakfast was the best we had had on our whole trip, while staying at five different places. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, among other items. The pool and hot tub looked amazing, but the sign reads that you can’t have any food or drinks in the pool room. That was very disappointing!!

Property was very dated. The walls in the room were so thin that I could hear everything the people in the surrounding rooms were doing. Breakfast was pretty gross but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The heater was so loud that I could barely sleep as well. Not the best experience but it was just for one night so it could have been worse. At least it was clean.

The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. I liked that I could connect Netflix, Max,etc to the TV. The breakfast was also good. We reserved the room with a jetted tub. I was disappointed that it looked very old and outdated. We didn't use it. The bathroom setup was weird too. The tub was just a few feet from the bed surrounded by a curtain. The only door was a pocket door for the toilet and ours was broken. I would stay again but not get this specific room.

The rooms were average rooms and clean. This is all we needed since we spent our days out sight-seeing. The only down point was the internet connection was bad. We had a few things we needed to send emails for and we were not able to do this from the privacy of our room. We had to go down to the cafe area to connect to the internet and even then it didn't stay connected all the time. We did comment to the front desk 3 days in a row about the internet. Luckily we were not visiting for business.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was very good. Check out staff was great. The only complaint is that you should have whoever is on staff at night checking people in carry a phone with them so people can call and just get an idea when they will be returning.

The place is old and needs updates. However it was mostly clean and comfortable. We had a Jacuzzi room, it didn't work. The mini fridge quit working the last night. Asked the front desk for a room credit. They said they would talk to manager and call us back. No credit, no call.

While going from Grand Rapids, MI to Cheboygan MI, I wanted a hotel north of Cadillac. I decided on Kalkaska, MI. When arriving in Kalkaska, I went to Hotels.com to see what is available for a one night stay. Four hotels were available with similar rates. I first drove past the "All Seasons Resort" as it is on the south side ok town where I read on the marquee that the pool is open. I drove north to see what the other 3 hotels (and locations) looked like. I made a reservation on-line via my phone and turned around and drove 1.4 ,mils back to the "All Seasons Resort." It is located next to a shopping center that includes a "Family Fare" market, "Farm and Fleet" along with other businesses. Only problems/issues: The biscuits were a little hard at the "included/free" breakfast. I could not find the volume on the "Roku" remote for TV. Hot tub was hot, WiFi was good. Check-in was great. Breakfast had V-8 juice. Last note: I would like all hotels to simulate “All Seasons Resort.”

This is not a high end hotel, but you’re not going to pay high end prices. I was told the pool was freezing. Breakfast was not awesome but again, what do you expect from a continental breakfast at a 2-star hotel? It was certainly good enough and worth the cost. 30 minutes from TVC airport. Rooms are spacious enough too. Note, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor.

Everything we were looking for! A clean easy to get to place that was close enough to traverse City but significantly less money on memorial Day weekend. We were able to get to our business conference easily and there were enough options in town for us to eat at that we felt taken care of. If I get to put any small grape it would only be that the breakfast provided isn't something to write home about, but it certainly added value to what you're paying.
