Quality Hotel & Conference Centre

I would rate the design of the single queen bed room above all other general hotel rooms. It's different than most hotels I've stayed at in that they have a separate toilet room from the shower room and they changed the usual 2nd bed for a couch, which makes the room more spacious. There are many other minor touches that really add up to make the entire stay very pleasurable, such as the size and multitude of mirrors in the entryway and shower room, the full size ironing board, microwave, mini fridge, large windows, nighlight in the toilet room, etc. The is in addition to the pool, hot tub, gym, game room (foosball, pool table, etc), a DIY laundry center, and an included full breakfast buffet. All of the staff are courteous and eager to help out. Overall, a great place to stay and I plan to keep returning whenever I stay in Edmundston.

The gym was really good. I loved the decor. The room was super clean and the amenities were great. The hot tub and the pool were clean. The breakfast was so good as there was such a variety

I choose this hotel because it has convenient available EV charging stations. This visit the chargers were blocked by a large piece of construction equipment. Inconsiderate.

Awesome place to stay. Clean. Great location. Attached to casino. Pool and hot tub were great for kids.

Staff and building were excellent. Construction affected parking near the building and we were forced to park next door at the casino.

I liked the decorating, the cleanliness, the organization of the room (separate toilet area). The pool area was nice but the hot tub was not hot and there was foam on the surface. Needs servicing more frequently? Pool was clean and a good size. The breakfast was sub par eggs were good but there were no GF products for me

There was not any parking, we had to park in near by Casino. It was over priced for no reason. It is under construction, but it was not listed or mentioned in the expedia. There was no assistance from any staff of the hotel during stay.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Friendly staff and very easy check-in. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. I would definitely stay here again

Incredibly clean and well organized !

Showed up after a long drive with three children. Had a swim and a bite to eat, which was fine. At 10.30 the kida were exhausted, and went to pull out sofabed - to find out there were still dirty sheets on it with crumbs of food from a previous guest. No housekeeping staff was working at that time but front desk staff provided clean sheets. No manager present in morning, and when we told the morning front desk staff she was clearly unconcerned and uninterested. Asked her to have manager call me to address, but got no call. Will not return.

Both beds in our room were dirty. Had to ask for new sheets and renake the beds ourselves

Our room was very clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, and the location was great. The hotel was near the Trans-Canada highway for easy access to continue our New Brunswick adventure and also close to the city of Edmundston for us to explore. This hotel was an excellent choice for the start of our New Brunswick trip.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing! Great staff all around. The room was very clean, perfect size and had style. Our kids loved their seperate room with their own beds. The pool was a good size and there were plenty of towels available. They even had a game room! I would recommend this hotel to anyone but especially families!

The room was excellent except the heat was hard to manage & the shower floor was very slippery.

Spacious room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Good sized TV. Very clean and fresh looking. Only issue was somewhat intrusive highway noise. A room at the back would have been perfect.

Perfect place and staff. Mattress a bit on the soft side so if you are used to maximum support you will not like those.

It’s hard to sleep with a noisy air conditioner in the room. Everything else was nice.

The room was updated and clean. The front desk clerk was also very nice. Great location from the highway to be on route.

Beautiful hotel. Well designed rooms, spacious modern clean. Heated floors in bathroom. Absolutely perfect. Highway facing a little noisy but did not bother us. Luxurious seperate water closet with sliding door. Wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was just okay.

From Check in to check out, the service was excellent and the overall conditions met our expectations.

If the staff had not been dismissive, talked over me or to each other in another language, the booking under a different name could have been sorted without stressing out 2 tired travelers. Very unprofessional about resolving a difficulty. Never coming back here.

Upon our late check-in 10:30 pm we discovered the smoke detector chirping in our room (every 38 seconds) assuming no night maintenance staff would be present we tried to sleep through it. The following morning I contacted front desk and was assured by the apologetic staff member that it would be taken care of right away. We left for the day to go snowmobiling. Returning late, tired and very much looking forward to relaxing we discovered that the smoke detector was still chirping. We attempted to remove the battery but it still continued. Upon checkout the following morning I expressed my displeasure about the situation to the staff member at the front desk, she was apologetic but said that I would have to speak to the director about the issue when they return Monday. ( I was understanding of this, and polite about it as I am very much aware it was not her fault, nor would she have even known about the issue) I waited until Monday, made several calls to the hotel without answer. Tuesday I managed to reach someone, my name and number was taken down by another sincere and apologetic staff member and was assured that I would be contacted by the director. Since making contact two business days have passed without a call back. It saddens me to leave a bad review as a business owner myself. I realize they can be damaging and hard to recover from, reputation is very important. I feel I have given them an adequate opportunity to contact me and make things right.

This is our new spot to stop on the way down East. Has a Casino next door which has great food options

This is a clean new hotel that is close to the town. The room are spacious and cozy. The staff is friendly and efficient. Attached to Casino by pedway. Would definitely stay again.

Easily accessible from the TransCanada Highway but that also means it’s a bit noisy

Rooms were clean and new. Next door Casino restaurant was very good. Casino connects to hotel through a pedway

We always stop here and love our rooms. That being said, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. If you just want toast or a bagelor cereal its fine, but as for anything else...not so much!! They would do well to have someone who knows how doing an omelette bar or something.
