Nice and clean- comprable to other sleep inns. Entrance and exit from parking lot is challenging because it is right off a freeway exit. No late checkout unless you pay almost half a night stay.

Super centrico para el evento que tenia. Lo unico malo fue el estacionamiento, la mayoria de los espacios estaban ocupados por patrullas y fue dificil encontrar un lugar disponible.

Only comment from my side is that service of shuttle from airport to Hotel was offer when made booking, however when I called the hotel to coordinate, they said that service is not available. Will be good to update page and remove that. Thanks

Nos gustó solo que la alarma contra incendios nos despertó a las 8 y no era incendio real (gracias a dios ) y volvió a sonar otra vez a las 10, esto nos desconcertó. Los estacionamientos estaban casi todos apartados con conos y nos mandaron a estacionarnos al estacionamiento para empleados

En la información decía que había transporte del aeropuerto al hotel pero no hay, y la primer salida de transportación al aeropuerto es a las 7 am, si tienes un vuelo antes tómalo en cuenta, está aceptable pero no limpio.

Es un hotel bueno para un par de noches pero sin nada excepcional. La limpieza no es la mejor (especialmente en el baño) pero tampoco es terrible, . La entrada al hotel es MUY extraña al estar sobre una vía rápida pero tienes como que rodear para entrar. Algo que me parece muy inconveniente es el elevador, el cual es 1 solo y no es muy espacioso, por lo cual, si van más de 3 personas con maletas se vuelve un reto, sin mencionar el tener que recorrer todos los pisos en donde se pida y hacia donde vayan los huéspedes, no muy conveniente si debes salir rápido en horas con mucho movimiento de personas.

A las habitaciones les hace falta mucho mantenimiento. La puerta estaba inchada, se abria con dificultad. El cuarto olía a humedad/drenaje. No servía el foco del lavabo. El control remoto no funcionaba. El aire acondicionado prendia, pero no podia cambiarle la temperatura. Las toallas de baño con bordes deshilachados. El dia de salida me di cuenta que la sábana estaba manchada. Bajamos a las 9am al desayuno buffet y estaba incompleto no habia fruta. Jugos de cajita y comida desabrida. Una señora de limpieza muy amablemente me llevó "aroma" pues no contaba con cloro para echar en el drenaje maloliente (increíble). Y me cambió el control remoto de otra habitación. El personal fue atento, sin embargo a las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento.

Property is new but it is extremely run down. Carpets are nasty and room walls look the same. Room we got had a very nasty smell like sewer and hotel itself smelled extremely humid. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

This place was so dirty , I’m so grossed out. I stayed because I was going to a concert nearby and read the reviews. It genuinely needs a deep clean. It could truly elevate the experience. The sheets had stains , the walls had stains, and there was all kind of hair in weird places.

It was a just okay stay… certain light switches didn’t work, toilet flush was loose, dim lighting, scratches on the walls, stained pillows, small room and the doors wouldn’t close right unless we pushed them in well. Breakfast is free but it was not entirely self serve which was a bummer and I lost my desire to want to have breakfast there. I’m glad it was a one night stay only because it wasn’t my favorite hotel to stay at. It’s something you would stay in if you need to for a night. Staff was super friendly which was a plus but the hotel itself is just outdated and needs more maintenance.

I’ve been to this hotel before and I can say that this is the worst stay I have had here, to begin I called the place and asked for early check-in. They said yes to come in at a certain time after I show up early because they accommodated me to getting an early room if I came at the time they told me. I show up and they tell me no there’s no rooms available. You have to wait till check in, I told them you guys told me to come early. They said oh I don’t know who you spoke with sorry. I waited in the lobby for a bit and got back in line to check in at regular check in time for them to tell me oh sorry you’re gonna have to wait longer cause we have no available rooms. Keep in mind I reserved my room about two months ago, so how is it not ready? After they checked me in, I went to my room and my toilet is clogged. There is no phone in the room so I can’t even call Maintenance to fix my toilet. I go downstairs and ask the workers and they didn’t do anything about it. they said they would send someone but nobody came until the next day. I had to use other family members bath room that were in the same hotel.

Our hot water was not working at all. The day of my checkout I was woken up by several knocks at 8am on my door. When I answered I was told if I needed anything before checking out. What?! I've never experienced this and it was pretty annoying that they kept knocking.

My reservation was to check-in between 3pm-12am and pay in person. There was an event nearby. Hotel was at capacity and tried calling me at 1:20pm from an unregistered number. I missed the call and they gave our room to someone else. No voice message was left. No prior notification or request to pay ahead of time. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional

No fue buena experiencia. - Dificultad para encontrar estacionamiento - La habitación tenía cafetera pero no había los suplementos. Los pedí muchas veces a recepción y nunca me los llevaron. - La taza (nomás había una) para el café estaba sucia, con residuos de leche en polvo. - Todos los ruidos se oyen. El material del edificio ha de ser ligero porque hasta con un portazo se cimbra todo. No creo volverlo a reservar.

I would recommend this place for convenience, its right off the freeway, a mall is right across the street and various eating options near by, parking and security included. The beds could use more cushion, they are a little on the extreme firm side but the rooms are nice/clean and staff is friendly. Also includes breakfast with good hot/cold options.

Saturday breakfast had buses come in preventing guests from receiving advertised free breakfast. Room and beds are quite small. The bed moves around in the room from just leaning on the wall.

This was a great hotel easy to check in, easy to park and it is in a fairly good area with plenty of good options. The best part was the breakfast, it was delicious, and they had great food options from fruit, chilaquiles and sweet bread. All in all, this was a great place to stay.

Las habitaciones estaban descentes pero si fallaban algunos dispositivos, como la secadora de pelo los switches de pagar y prender las luces no estaba funcionando algunos y la TV no tenía tantos canales de servicio, el servicio de comedor bueno solo el detalle que no me gustó es que no te dan la opción de servirte como tal tu propio desayuno y es más tardío sería bueno que tú pudieras elegir tu plato, más variedad y servirte a tu consideración, personal muy amable y la atención de igual manera muy buena.

Las habitaciones estaban descentes pero si fallaban algunos dispositivos, como la secadora de pelo los switches de pagar y prender las luces no estaba funcionando algunos y la TV no tenía tantos canales de servicio, el servicio de comedor bueno solo el detalle que no me gustó es que no te dan la opción de servirte como tal tu propio desayuno y es más tardío sería bueno que tú pudieras elegir tu plato, más variedad y servirte a tu consideración, personal muy amable y la atención de igual manera muy buena.

The breakfast wasn’t good. It got me sick. There were parts of the room broken like the door to the bathroom kept on getting stuck. The bathroom also had mold. I was also disappointed that the TV only has cable for how the pricey the room is. I was hoping there was Netflix or other options available.

It was a just okay stay… certain light switches didn’t work, toilet flush was loose, dim lighting, scratches on the walls, stained pillows, small room and the doors wouldn’t close right unless we pushed them in well. Breakfast is free but it was not entirely self serve which was a bummer and I lost my desire to want to have breakfast there. I’m glad it was a one night stay only because it wasn’t my favorite hotel to stay at. It’s something you would stay in if you need to for a night. Staff was super friendly which was a plus but the hotel itself is just outdated and needs more maintenance.

The ice maker never has any ice, the elevator in the fifth floor the door was not working to go to down to the lobby or any other floor you will need to take the stairs to the fourth floor to use the elevator other than that everything was fine

The room was ok but their was no towels at all I had to go ask shampoo smell bad and their was a little The toilet was all wet I wanna think is water not pee I went downstairs for the soda machine I ask the guy in the front desk if he can help he just told me use a $50 bill or card and I told him I don’t have a card but I have the $50 pesos bill and he saw me struggling bc it wouldn’t take it and he ignore me so customer service not good I stay before here and I really like it everyone was nice the room was different from the one that I stay this time that’s why I came back now I don’t know if I would come back

Love the breakfast. Would be nice if they asked reason for travel. Many people stay there because it’s close to an area that has many concerts. They come back drunk, loud and making so much noise. I usually use the hotel to unwind and have some quiet rest. Maybe have a designated floor for those of us that want some peace and quiet.
