Our rooms were large and clean and good value for money. We ate in the Café des Artistes and the food was excellent. The restaurant leads out to a pretty terrace with drinking area overlooking the lakes. There is underground parking but also a public car park across the road. This is a great hotel, close to Versailles and Paris, but without the hustle and bustle.

Very peaceful place! Nice walks around the ponds and in the woods behind the hotel. Close enough to Versailles to take advantage of the sights, if you wish. Far enough away to be very quiet. Our room was really beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor terrace is a great place for breakfast or a coffee. The bar was a nice spot for a glass of champagne. And we had a fabulous meal at Le Corot, the starred restaurant in the hotel. Go here if you want peace and quiet in a sophisticated environment. Don't go if you want the energy of Paris proper.

Une ou deux déceptions quand même ; toutes les chambres de la catégorie "prestige" ne donnent pas sur les étangs (il me semblait que c'était le cas avant). La ventilation de la chambre n'est pas discrète, en tout cas si on a le sommeil léger. Le rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner est limite. 25 € c'est devenu courant dans cette gamme d'hôtel et ça peut être totalement justifié, mais pas dans ce cas. On sent tout de même un manque de staff à certains postes comme le bar/salon de thé et côté jardins d’hiver, souvent vide et un manque d’expérience peut-être de certains jeunes employés outre le fait qu’ils ne parlent pas tous français. Nous avons regretté le manque de gâteaux & pâtisseries à l’unité au-delà de l’offre teatime.
