Clean, quiet and affordable. About a half hour outside of Portland which was where we intended to stay until I saw the ridiculous parking fees being charged. This hotel was cheaper, free parking and quite nice. A half hour drive to Portland was a good trade off.

The pool is super nice as well as the staff they’re super professional. They have a little thing where you can get snacks down in the lobby. The bar wasn’t open on a few of the days other than that though it was pretty good.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is nice and modern and the room was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I liked that there was a mini fridge. The bed was comfy and I liked the couch in the room too. The indoor pool was a nice amenity. My husband tried the breakfast and he thought it was just ok. Also, there’s free parking, which is great.

It’s trendy and appeals to meticulous travelers with beautiful under lighting throughout the room, making it easy and convenient to get work done. It was nice, but I did find a toenail clipping under the table and one of the men staying in a room near me screamed at a group of teenagers while I was there, staff came up to address it. Beyond that the property was clean, facilities were nice, thermostat was working. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Overall I had a fantastic experience at the AC! The room was gorgeous and thoroughly cleaned, I would definitely come again and recommend to friends and family. All of the staff except for one were great! When I arrived to check in I waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes, there was a sign up on the counter saying they would be back shortly and for immediate assistance call the number listed. I called 5 times and no one answered so I proceeded to bang on the associates door for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes a man came out and I told him I had been waiting there for a long time. He said “sorry I didn’t hear the phone” and that was it. No compensation or sincerity. Outside of him, all other staff were attentive. I would advise if you are arriving at night to give them a call prior to ensure someone is waiting on your arrival promptly.

Other than the uncomfortable bed and couch, it wasn’t too bad! The bed was very firm making it too hard for side sleeping. My back hurt pretty bad after trying to sleep on it. The shower was nice but no tub in our room. I was told that only rooms with queen beds also had tubs.

We chose this hotel for the remainder of our stay after our first night in a sub-par hotel in Beaverton. The difference was immense in all aspects for not a lot more in price. AC appears to take cleanliness seriously and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was superb at a reasonable price. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Beaverton.

It is incredible. When I checked in, the hotel said there is no room when I already received a confirmation email from Expedia. The receptionist tried to find us a room but took half an hour before she found one at a lower grade hotel, Aloft. Nothing compared to AC Hotel.

Wonderful location. We were disappointed that we couldn't order breakfast when we got here, that it had to be done ahead of time.

We chose this hotel for the remainder of our stay after our first night in a sub-par hotel in Beaverton. The difference was immense in all aspects for not a lot more in price. AC appears to take cleanliness seriously and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was superb at a reasonable price. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Beaverton.

Facility and room was nice, big rooms, we paid extra for breakfast and it was awful. Dried sausage patty, dry eggs. They are supposed to have good crossiants, but while cooked on the outside the insides were raw, bad start to the day!

The pool is super nice as well as the staff they’re super professional. They have a little thing where you can get snacks down in the lobby. The bar wasn’t open on a few of the days other than that though it was pretty good.

AC Marriott was an enjoyable stay. Great check-in amenities breakfast gym and easy ride to mall and other restaurant's. Highly recomend.

Great hotel and price! Easy parking, quick check in, clean newer hotel, inside pool (was on the chilly side), really loved the gym, great breakfast buffet! Would def stay here again!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is nice and modern and the room was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I liked that there was a mini fridge. The bed was comfy and I liked the couch in the room too. The indoor pool was a nice amenity. My husband tried the breakfast and he thought it was just ok. Also, there’s free parking, which is great.

This time I was very frustrated with the way the staff handled a situation. The people above us were extremely noisy… Stomping around the room… Sounded like kids running back-and-forth… Doors, slamming, etc. etc. I called down to the front desk to complain and ask them to ask the people above us to be quiet. I’m not sure if they called or not, but it did not stop. I then went downstairs to ask them to call again and the man at the front desk said he would not. He said that was all he could do was to call twice. He offered to move us into a different room, but we had already been there and this was our second night. I told him I would go knock on the door and he said I would be escorted out of the hotel if I did so. I asked why he could not ask them to be quiet because it was almost 9 PM. He said they have a right to make noise until a quiet hours at 10 PM. I said that’s unacceptable. I also complained that our room did not receive or have a cleaned coffee station or freshwaters. He told me that was only a courtesy that you get when you first come to the hotel. I was surprised by his candor and attitude. This is very disappointing. I’ve stayed at many Marriott’s and this is the first time something like this has happened. I’m actually thinking about staying somewhere else next time I visit Portland,.
