The hotel is beautiful and luxurious with wonderful views from our Theme Room. The two swimming pools are magnificent. We were very happy with our room (actually two rooms, a bedroom and a separate lounge room). The staff are amazing, including reception, valets, security, the restaurant staff and the bar manager. Breakfast was delicious for local and western tastes. We had a few dinner meals and drinks in the bar area as we enjoyed the service and ambience there. A special thanks to the bar manager, Ton, who looked after us magnificently. He took our food and beverage orders always with a friendly smile and treated us as his special guests. His English is excellent and his help to us was amazing. We stayed for four very enjoyable nights at the hotel, and will love to stay again.

Exdellent family hotel, centrally located, but almost hidden from sight. Beautiful open lobby nicely decorated with a real feel of S.E. Asia. Excellent staff, very good breakfast buffet with a variety of eastern and western dishes. Excellent egg station, with a talented omlette chef! Wish the elevators were a little faster. They can take a few minutes at busy times. My wife and really enjoy the Bayview and will stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt denke ich am zentralsten Ort in Pattaya. Es hat ein super Preis / Leistung Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Vielleicht leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Gesamteindruck ist aber wirklich sehr gut. Danke für die sehr freundliche Bedienung!

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Much weared old hotel. More like 3 stars. Lot of little ants in the room which was quite disscusting. Noisy aircon which was not working properly. Good breakfast. Pool area has limited amount of sun beds to bade in sun since pool area is between buildings. Same reason pool water is freezing. Surrounding area is good.

This hotel is getting very tired, haven’t stayed here in a few years and it seem to have deteriorated pretty bad. Fit and finish in the rooms are poor. Lobby, swim pools and restaurant are in good condition. Beds are rock hard, so keep that in mind.

I had a room with sea view higher up in the building. The room had some problems with the air condition and the staff was very helpful. When the problems remained, I got a new room with same standard and all was great. The parking lot is large and essential if you come with a car. I had a great stay and will absolutely come back! I’ve been using the BAYVIEW at beach road for almost 3 years every time I visit Pattaya, the location is very convenient located in the hart of all the action, close to everything , mall , walking street , night life . On the top of it all always you get a person that treat you like you the only gust in that hotel , I had a gentleman named Thanawat is a great guy at your service with his personal phone number ( call me anytime if you need any assistance) it doesn’t get better than that .

The hotel was in a great location, very convenient and close to everything – the beach, the market, and more. The room was clean, but there were a few issues that stood out. When we asked for an additional towel, we were told they didn’t have any clean ones available, which was disappointing considering there were two of us. The staff, especially at reception, were not very approachable, and unlike other places where staff greet you and offer assistance, here it felt more distant. The breakfast was good, staff at the breakfast kitchen were very friendly and helpful Overall, the place was fine, but the service could definitely be improved.

The Bayview Hotel is centrally located in the best part of the beach area close to restaurants, bars, shops, malls, and attractions. It's steps away from the ocean and one can easily pick up a towel in the pool area and use a short private walkway to get to the beach. This has an enclosed section for safe swimming. The hotel is four-star, but the breakfast is five-star. It offers a selection of ethnic foods (Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Thai) plus a complete Western-style selection that includes cold and hot plates. The egg/omelette stand is particularly outstanding. I got an ocean-view room, which although nice, did not give a full panoramic view. That actually is not important, as one spends most of the time outside. A balcony was very convenient to partake in some of the places' offerings. The hotel is a solid four-star, but not overly luxurious. I checked other hotels near the beach and the Bay View gave the best price performance. The service was great and I would definitely come here again. I recommend the Bayview whole-heartedly.

Property was great. Location is perfect to walk to bars and shopping. Very easy to get taxi. Location to beach is also very nice, with it being right across street. Two Starbucks locations were very close, which I enjoy.

Location, location, location! Across the street from the beach, around the corner from Central Fedtival Mall, next to all transportation and walkable to night bazaar and walking street amongst other things. The two pools and huge lobby are a great plus. Highly recommended property for the price point.

The room was icey cold too extreme for me apart from that the stay was very pleasant until i went to the restaurant at 7.30pm it was unatteneed so ii tought it was close so i went else where the front desk apologise for it seeming being closed .. but very nice stay thank you

We’ve enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was very good, with variety of food to suit international guests. Food tasted good, and totally enjoyed it specially the pastries and the soup that was available only during the weekend. Wished the soup was served everyday. Staff very courteous and helpful and special mention to all Ammy who was very helpful in arranging taxis and recommending places to visit. I definitely recommend this hotel.
