Our stay at the Royal Wing & Spa Resort was nothing short of fabulous. From the very beginning, the staff went out of their way to ensure every detail of our experience was perfect. The resort itself is immaculate; calm, clean, and soothing, with a gorgeous pool that invites relaxation at every hour of the day. One of the highlights was the therapeutic massage at the spa. It’s was deeply restorative and delivered with incredible skill. It was exactly the kind of care and attention we needed to feel completely renewed. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Thibault Sellier and the entire team, whose attentive service made us feel truly special. A very warm thank you also to Tasinee and the staff at Caprice restaurant and the pool, who went above and beyond to ensure that every meal and every poolside moment was an unforgettable delight. This is not just a resort, it’s a sanctuary of elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Every detail was flawless, every interaction sincere. We left feeling cared for, refreshed, and already planning our return.

This entire group of hotels is fantastic beyond words. The Royal Wing's elegance, and sophistication, was something i had never experienced before. From the moment i arrived, i knew they were all there to make stay next level. The amenities, the suite, the food, the grounds......were simply the best i've ever had in my life time. Can't recommend them any higher. When going to Pattaya. They ARE the place to stay.

Excellent staff and service all around

Complex is dated a bit. Ceiling are low in the units, a tall person would not enjoy the property. They are very helpful and nice towards the patrons.
