Nettes Personal. Gutes Essen. Saubere Zimmer Wellnessbereich super leider funktioniert nicht immer die Sauna

Mir haben die ruhige Atmosphäre des Hotels sowie die Freundlichkeit und Sachlichkeit des Personals gut gefallen. Bedauert habe ich, dass das Schwimmbad geschlossen war.

Unmöglich sind die Parkgebühren, wenn außerhalb kein Parkplatz ist

Sehr großzügiges Zimmer. Mit Sitzgelegenheit, Kaffeemaschine, Minibar ausgestattet. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Viele Parkplätze, leider nucht kostenfreie. Keine Möglichkeiten E-Fahrzeuge zu laden.

Der Vorteil ist, dass es Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen ist. Leider waren die Stiefelabdrücke vom Vormieter noch auf dem Teppich. Das Bett hat eine sehr harte Matratze, wer's mag kommt auf seine Kosten. Ein großes Plus ist die Sauna die recht geräumig ist, leider ist der kleine Pool immer noch außer Betrieb. Der Service und die Küche sind überaus zuvorkommend und ich kann jedes Gericht der Karte empfehlen.

Fint hotel. Tæt på motorvej, virkelig lækker morgenmad! Besøgte det i forbindelse med tur hjem fra Frankrig, så der skulle bare overnattes. Poolen lugtede dog virkelig meget af kloak, og der var ingen dør til dame omklædning, så man kunne se lige ud til badet fra poolen af.. ikke så smart, medmindre man skal gå med badetøj fra hotelværelset af.

Too pricey for offering. Business-like hotel at freeway exit, but no service, no warmth, all digital process gone too far, running toilet (not fixed day 2), ridiculous parking cost, fluctuating water temp that got scorching hot. Ugh.

Very nice and clean hotel. Room are spacious, breafkast buffet offer a large variety of food. Pool space is very relaxing.

Prettig en vriendelijk personeel. Prima kamer. Toilet vertoont ouderdomssporen en zou vervangen moeten worden. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad.

Hotel was just OK for the 3 nights I stayed. If I had to stay there longer I would probably change hotel though. I requested through the app that I would like to have my room cleaned, I got an email confirmation that my request had been accepted, however this never happened. The toilet was leaking all the time and out of the 3 nights I stayed there, it was only the last night when the hot water was stable and consistent to have a shower. Bedside table and the desk that was in the room, had some sticky marks from glasses which apparently were from some sort of juice or beverage. On the bright side, the staff was really helpful, food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really nice.

Habe noch nie derart dreckiges Hotel erlebt, dafür war der eine Stern noch übertrieben. Sechs, setzen :-(

Would not recommend. The rooms and hotel service were extremely disappointing. Our room was full of insects, cockroaches, and bedbugs. We had booked a triple room, but when we informed the hotel manager about the issue, she was very unkind and unprofessional. She offered us another room that only had one queen bed and a sofa bed, which did not match our original booking. We therefore requested a refund, which the hotel refused. We checked out immediately. To our surprise, other guests had reported the same problems in their reviews. Never book a stay at the Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf!

Zufahrt zum Hotel sehr verschmutzt durch Abfälle. Beim check-in erhöhter Betrag und erst durch Nachfrage Info über 100€ Kaution. Zimmer erste Etage: Vorhänge hingen zum Teil aus der Schiene. Toilette innen stark verkalkt und braun. Im Kühlschrank 2 geschmolzene Eis am Stiel, sowie eine Flasche Zitronensaft. Safe ( mit Schlüssel) so klein, dass nur Geldbörsen und Handies passen. Zimmerreinigung fand bis 17h nicht statt. Positiv: Betten und Früstück

The rooms were pleasant and spacious. They were renovated. I was happy the room had windows that could be opened. The airco was not working!!! Bathroom was not that clean, some moldy spots and hairs in the bath tub. Great shower! Staff was very friendly. I slept very well there.

Worst hotel ever! WARNING! Bugs and insects is in the whole property! And in the bed! The hotel has Bed Bugs and spiders everywhere!

Hotel comodo, confortevole e molto silenzioso. Parcheggio grande, a pagamento, lobby ordinatabebpulita. Camera pulitissima, così come il bagno. Frigobar vuoto, disponibile solo 1 bottiglia d'acqua. Checkin e check out velosissimi

The room Is very large , comfortable and quiet with perfect cleaning. The hotel is wide and beatiful.

We specifically looked for a property with ev charging and this hotel was offered. The night receptionist did not know about any charging station in the premises. The air-conditioning in the hotel room was also very warm even if we choose the lowest Celsius options, it was no use. Other than that, the room was okay.

Es gab oft Nebengeräusche: Fahrstuhl, Flugzeuge, Wassergeräusche.

Für eine Übernachtung nach einer Familienfeier, hatten wir ein Zimmer im Mercure gebucht. Der Check-In, einer freundlichen Empfangsdame, war sehr angenehm,unkompliziert und sehr professionell. Leider war das Zimmer, wenn auch für unseren Zweck ausreichend, ein wenig enttäuschend. Beim Eingang fiel sofort die ausgebrochene, veraltete “Sicherheitskette” auf, die an der Tür baumelte und natürlich nicht mehr “Ihren Zweck” erfüllen kann. Erfreulich war der saubere Gesamteindruck und der “erstmal” tolle, große Flachbildschirm, den wir erwartungsgemäß mit unseren Zugängen zahlreicher “Streaming-Apps” nutzen wollten. Zu unserem Erstaunen, wurden jegliche Funktionen, inkl. evtl. Hardware Optionen, seitens des Hotels geblockt und das Fernsehprogramm bzw. Senderauswahl unterirdisch; somit, als einziges Entertainment Highlight, trotz modernster Modellausführung und Möglichkeiten, für uns nutzlos. Das als Queensize ausgewiesene Bett, bestand aus zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten ohne “zusammenhaltendem” Topper. Daher war eine “uneingeschränkte Zweisamkeit” :) leider schwer, Betten an sich aber gut. Es gab allerdings ein extremes Sicherheitsrisiko, dass umgehend behoben werden muss und uns wahrscheinlich nicht aufgefallen wäre, wenn wir wegen der extremen Aussenkälte und veralteter, lauter Klimaanlage, nicht hätten “länger” warm duschen wollen. Aus dem Duschkopf strömte, nach ca. 10 Min. auf mittlerer Hebeleinstellung, kochend heißes Wasser.“Schockreflex hat funktioniert”

Das Personal war sehr zu vor kommend sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hingegen wird nicht wirklich gepflegt. Sehr viele Baustellen die Heizung in dem Zimmer war sehr laut und ohne Heizung war es zu kalt. Nachts nach 0:00 Uhr immer novh sehr laut auf den Fluren was man leider im Zimmer sehr gut hören kann.Die Stadt Kaarst erhebt pro Gast und Nacht 3,- Euro City Tax. Die man zu entrichten hat. Doch alleine der Vorplatz(Stadtparkplatz) des Hotel sieht nach einem Müllabladeplatz aus sehr sehr Schade. Weil das Personal des Hotels sehr herzlich ist uns sein bestes tut. Der Zimmerservice muss sich noch einspielen.

I would not recommend. Restaurant has a very limited basic menu and was the same menu for the 2 nights I ate there. I asked reception for the shower gel in the bath to be filled up and they failed to fill it up after asking. The corridor was not heated and cold, decor very tired.

We reserved a double bed room but they sold out all the rooms before we arrived so we ended up in a twin room. The front desk staff was very accommodating but for a couple to sleep in 2 separate twin beds and then the coffee maker didn’t work so unfortunately we did not have a positive stay - high water pressure was the only positive aspect of the stay for us

AC is not cooling well.

The hotel is convenient for Kaarst and is about 20 minutes taxi out of Dusseldorf. I’ve stayed many times and is comfortable. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff are a little surly but efficient. The food from the restaurant is limited but very tasty and the server at dinner is always welcoming and friendly

The hotel is in Kaarst not in Dusseldorf.. in terms of transportation and access it is not suitable at All,...people who works there are so rude and unprofessional.. you can an hour waiting to be check in with negligence from their part . As well they gave us a small room with a huge toilet,for disabled people .. they regused to change .awful hotelcand not recommended at all .

We hadden verzoek gedaan voor een babybedje voor onze zoon van 10 mnd. en gevraagd als het niet lukt met ons contact op te nemen. Bij aankomst op de hotelkamer stond er een extra bed voor een volwassene. Na 3 keer vragen bij de receptie en ruim 2 uur wachten bleek dat ze alleen nog een kapot babybedje hadden. Zeer slechte communicatie. Verder is het hotel ok. Prima ontbijt.

I didn’t stay. I tried 5 times to change the date of stay. I didn’t have cancellation protection so they are within their rights not to accept my request. I thought that because I have stayed there more than 10 times in the past year or so, they would be sympathetic. I would have accepted a “no” but I didn’t even get a reply to 3 emails. To ignore ones customers is shameful

I always enjoy staying at the mecure Kaarst. Staff are excellent. My only negative comment is that breakfast is way overpriced, including €7:50 for a cup of make-it-yourself coffee.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, sehr ruhig gelegen und gute Anbindung zur Messe.

Hervorragendes Hotel etwas außerhalb von Düsseldorf, an der Schnittstelle eines Gewerbegebietes und eine Wohngebietes gelegen. Mit ÖPNV etwas schwieriger erreichbar, aber ausgezeichnet an die Autobahn angebunden. Sehr aufmerksames personal, ausgezeichnetes Essen und Frühstück

Hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking, good breakfast, friendly staff. Location right off highway was great to drive to sights, but not walkable area.

Location is good for me in Kaarst, a fair distance away from Dusseldorf. Pleased with staff service and hotel quality. Dinner menu too narrow.

Ein eher außerhalb gelegenes Hotel, aber mit guter Anbindung nach Düsseldorf. In der nahen Umgebung findet man einen Aldi und Lidl. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man hat eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber. Trotz der Unterbringung einer Sport Mannschaft, konnte man in Ruhe schlafen. Selbst die Flugzeuge, die recht tief fliegen, hört man kaum bis gar nicht im Zimmer. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

Für eine Nacht mehr nicht liegt sehr abgelegen

Allt var bra utom frukosten och personalen vid frukosten som knappast visade sig utan höll till och hörbart umgicks någonstans bakom frukostrummet. Den s k äggröran var alldeles förfärlig, påfyllnad av t ex juice skedde inte, äggen var överkokta och kalla, etc, etc.
