Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and up to date. Pool was closed due to weather but it looks nice as well. The ice machines were easily accessible. They had a nice complimentary breakfast and I know it’s small but I love the lamps with the usb and C charging spaces!

This was a a basic hotel. Has the older hotel oder but they have made an effort to make it comfortable and clean. Nice bedding on a comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave in good working order and a large TV. Shower was new and there was a good shower head. Breakfast was very basic but free. The man at the front desk was very nice. Laundry and ice machine available. People were utilizing the pool but i did not think it was clean and some nicer seating would have made a big difference. Came to the area to see the battlefields.

They were in the middle of a remodel, so our room had scraped doors, but other than that the room was very clean. We didnt use the option of free breakfast so I cant say how that was.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was just OK. The pillows were terrible. The area surrounding the hotel was filthy and could use a lot of cleanup especially in the back. Also lounge chairs at the pool need fixed or replaced. And the free “breakfast” could use a LOT of work.

Property was clean where the beds were located, but when you opened the door you are hit with a terrible mildew smell and the bathroom was terrible m, with paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling.

It appeared clean but the smell said otherwise. Our room smelled like mold/mildew. It looked clean but obviously something was not. I fanned the door several times throughout the night but the smell still kept me awake. The breakfast…well was not much to choose from. I took one orange only to find out it had expired once we got on the road. Staff was neither here nor there, polite or rude.

The room smelled of dog urine that did not get better with "airing" out. There was a large collection of possibly (hopefully) food on the wall near the floor, to the left of the mirror/under the sink. As soon as someone in a nearby unit began smoking it was a if we were sitting in the same room as them.

Best part it was clean and quiet. The breakfast below average in its offering. The motel is dated and I never had a toilet that low to floor but the shower was good and bed comfortable.

Our room was on the ground floor on an inside corridor. There was no natural light so it was pretty dark. That made it a quiet place to sleep. The room was small and the breakfast was meager.

The first room assigned to us was terrible. Not terrible in its condition, but terrible in its location. It was so dark that it was like being in a dungeon. The only window was overlooking a bricked in hallway. Unacceptable. So we asked for another room and they did not have another room with a king/non-smoking as requested (and paid for). So we ended up in a double room. Perhaps a refund should be coming our way.

Overall comfortable room, made less so by an incredibly noisy AC. We switched to “constant fan” to help with street noise and it helped. They have bottled water in the breakfast area and i recommend you get some at check-in, as the tap water is a little odd tasting, and I’m talking about just using it for pills and brushing teeth. TV was very good, once the desk guy got it back to the right “source.” Breakfast is “meh.” Coffee, yogurt, package muffins, and apples/oranges. The coffee is good!

Bed was too high! I had to sleep in chair first night and second night I had to use the chair to get into the bed. Very disappointed. Everything else was great except the person in room 101. They kept knocking on the wall and hitting it. Woke me up one hitting it.

Even though we were in a handicap accessible room the bed was extremely high which made it difficult to get into, the tub was difficult to enter but did have grab rails. We were there for two nights and on the second morning the bed was just thrown up, not re-made, and they did not replace the coffee pods for the second morning. Just a little disappointing for the price.

I paid for trip online. Sent my kids on a trip. Front desk was going to charge 100.00 dollars for a refund hold. Had 2 email my card information to hotel. This would have left my kids no money to eat on. If the hotel is going to do this after payment is confirmed online then I rather not deal with this situation anymore!!! Horrible customer service ever.

Very quiet. Despite this the shower water pressure was poor. Biggest problem was the totally awful breakfast. Some (badly diluted) juice, a few muffins and some fruit (oranges going off). It is the worst breakfast I have seen at a hotel…nothing cooked at all. If it is a “continental breakfast” other hotels say it is. This didn’t. Overall a bit tired. The 9.0 rating is astonishing.

The beds in our room were very high. We had to buy a step for our moms to be able to get in the bed. They DO NOT have breakfast. Just coffee and maybe a snack muffin. It advertised breakfast, which is false advertisement, because it’s totally not. We had 3 people booked and had to ask for extra towels every day.
