Condo could use a facelift. It has one bathroom which is a little inconvénient for larger family. Condo is nice in a quiet area. Pool needs a facelift as well and not children friendly but does the job

It was really hot on the mezzanine, the climatisation was on fonction but not enough for the upstairs. We went downstairs during the night because of that. Also, it Says thats it has a pool but it was 2 kilomètres from the condo! Too far with kids so we didnt went.....

Nice spacious apartment right at the ski/Mtn biking hill. The kitchenette was well equipped and the room and bathroom were clean. It was convenient to have indoor parking below the building. T.V. Remote needed new batteries, but we were not really there to watch tv.

Location is good for skiing and snowboarding, but the property is very confusing to get around in. The property is advertised with a pool but the pool is off site down the street. There are limited places to eat and barely any staff to ask for assistance if needed. No one is ever at the reception desk to answer questions or relay concerns. The rooms are also quite dated. My recommendation would be to stay at the Delta hotel next door and skip this place completely!

The ONLY thing I didn't like is that the pool for the hotel was 2 km away at other condos associated with the hotel, so it was not convenient for us to get to and we didn't get to use it.

One the good side, the room was clean (nice bedsheets, nice clean and fluffy towels), the instructions to get into the parking, and in the apartment were fine (even though it’s quite maze if you don’t know the place). The apartments are located at a 10-mn drive from the wildlife area. BUT: The studio didn’t look AT ALL like the pictures! It was dark and old, it seemed made with old second-hand pieces of furniture and mismatched decor. The corridors were full of dirt. The light in the kitchen didn’t work. The fireplace was out of service. The stores were hard to use and could not be fully opened, the window was broken and there was an invasion of bugs coming in from the crack (we had to put a towel in the crack so the bugs wouldn’t fly into the room). Cherry on the cake: The indoor swimming pool was not on site but at a 3-minute drive from the apartment. It was supposed to be a first romantic getaway and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed.

Nous avons été très déçus par cet hébergement. Les photos publiées sur le site ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité : elles montrent de jolis appartements modernes et bien décorés, alors que nous avons trouvé un logement vieillissant, avec de vieux meubles et une déco dépassée. Côté propreté, ce n’était pas satisfaisant : cheveux retrouvés dans un lit, rideau de douche sale, canettes oubliées sur le balcon. De plus, l’équipement était incomplet : aucune ampoule dans le lampadaire du salon (nous devions allumer les lumières de la cuisine le soir), ventilateur de plafond abîmé (il manquait une hélice, donc inutilisable). Concernant le côté pratique, pour un appart’hôtel censé accueillir plusieurs personnes, c’était très limité : pas de sacs poubelles supplémentaires, seulement une vieille éponge usagée pour la vaisselle, aucun produit de base mis à disposition (hormis sel et poivre). À 5 personnes, les poubelles étaient pleines dès la première soirée. Le seul point positif est la localisation, proche de nombreux sites touristiques. Mais globalement, le rapport qualité/prix est très décevant et le logement ne correspond pas à la présentation en ligne.

I had a wonderful stay here. The place was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. The space is generous, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing experience. We also used the kitchen during our stay and appreciated having everything we needed to cook. However, we did notice that some of the plates were chipped or damaged, which could be a safety concern. I’d recommend replacing those for future guests. Overall, it’s a clean, spacious, and pleasant place to stay, and I would be happy to return.

I liked the kitchenette, but our bathroom had mold. The overall property is in good shape. The check in and key collection was entirely done through texts and email instructions which was convenient. The only staff I met at key was a bit surly. Good location though and lots of restaurants open around it in the off season.

Booked through Expedia for 2 nights and property said it was only booked for one night. Tried to show confirmation from Expedia that it was indeed for 2 nights. Person at reception did not even look at it. Very stressful to get to your destination with kids and room is not already booked. Also never received an email from property, which person at front desk said was supposed to be sent. Cannot retrieve key without code in email. Strong smell in room. Some mold in bath.

Condo was in a OK condition, but the curtains weren't replace or even washed for years. When we enter the unit, terrible smell was coming from the unit and we sprayed with Fabrics and still not cleared, we open the doors and kitchen fan and even bought candle from IGA and lit it. After several hours it was ok, but the management of the unit should tell the owner to at least wash and place the curtains. Never given poor review like in my many years of travel,

I like the coziness of the property. Staff responded very promptly to my inquiries. Issues I had were that the pictures that were shared and posted online were completely different than the actual place. Pictures online seem much more modern than the actual place although the actual place was fine aesthetically. House could have better lighting. Rooms just had a single lamp for the most part. Shower was a bit small. Beds were hard with minimal padding but they weren’t terrible to sleep on. Windows did not open at all and there are very few vents in the house so not much ventilation. House was fairly close to attractions for the price.

The reason for not giving five stars was No AC! It was warm the night we were there and would have loved air conditioning. The rooms are dated but nicely cleaned. There are utensils available in the room plus a fridge and a microwave.

Condo 6518 great for larger families, plenty of bed options, kitchen was fully stocked with everything one could need and more. Comfortable place, great view of the mountain, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor parking, tastefully decorated, and above all clean. Loud large Fridge in the middle off the room 1,5m from the bed. Making loud noises very often. Woke us up every hour during the night. A banging noise can be heard through the walls but no music was being heard from the other rooms. But other than that, convenient and a very comfortable bed. Good kitchen with all the appliances.

I loved how the administration staff was so helpful. We had a water issue at our suite and the staff was able to assist us with another suite right away. We were more than happy to get the help that we wanted right away. The suites were clean and loaded. Highly recommend your stay here.

Manque d informations claires à l arrivée, on avait deux numéros, un pour l ascenseur et un autre pour la chambre. Il y avait un panneau électronique à l entrée pour prendre les clefs, aucuns des deux numéros ne fonctionnait. J ai dû faire le numéro de téléphone de service et attendre en ligne une dizaine de minutes avant de parler à quelqu'un. Entre temps nous avons essayé avec des clients qui étaient déjà sur place, sans résultat. Quand tu attends avec des enfants ce n' est pas super! Une fois entré tout était parfait.

Personne à la réception malgré qu'il y était indiqué jusqu'à 21h. Jamais reçu le courriel d'accueil avec mes NIP pour les clés et autres. La personne au service du numéro de téléphone m'obstine que j'ai reçu un courriel, il est irrité et soupir à plusieurs reprises (je suis un professionnel en informatique..., je sais où son mes "spams"...). Le système de clé est en anglais, pas de traduction. Pas de coupe de vin dans la chambre. Le planché est sale (ramassé un éclat d'eau au sol et la serviette était grise noire après). Le foyer est verrouillé. Même avec le peu de gens présent on entendait les voisins très clairement. Sérieusement... avec 10-15 réservations par années partout au Québec, c'est ma pire expérience. Personnel froid, impatient, on se sentait clairement de trop. Je me demande pourquoi ils ouvrent hors saison si les clients sont un problème pour eux. Je ne peux pas recommander cet établissement. Pourtant, ça pourrait avoir du potentiel ! Mais c'est organisé en AirBnB et au "volume".

In der Wohnung hat man alles was man braucht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, frische Handtücher, im Haus war eine Waschmaschine! Die Einrichtung ist uralt aber für den kanadischen Standard eher normal! Wir waren im Sommer da, und alle Restaurants und Kaffes im Umkreis hatten geschlossen!

The village has 0 open. Checked in at 4pm was all closed up. Elevator and hallways were very dirty. Pool is not even on site. Have to drive over so we did not bother. Likely better in winter, would not book again. Also had 5 people listed on reservation and there was only beds for 4. Had to use an air mattress for 5th person. AC was great, and kitchen was roomy and had everytbing you needed. Bathroom was good too.

Very friendly you must be well versed with self service travel. This is not a hotel - they are rented apartments in a residential building with no services on site- all done via email so you must have data to retrieve the information. New school. We would do it again. It’s a little dated, the building is at the least 40 years old

This property is amazing. Great staff, very clean. Easy check in. Close to restaurant's and grocery stores. Close to attractions and a 30 minute drive to Quebec. I highly recommend staying here.

The unit was not the cleanest and the entire place was like a ghost town. No place to eat without driving into town ten minutes away. I stayed at 9 different places in this vacation and this was the most disappointing of them all as this was definitely not what was expected.
