This place is a DUMP!!! Zero management, dirty, and facilities don’t work including elevator. Stayed here thankfully for only one night and definitely feel scammed by the beautiful pictures posted online prior to my booking. The actual property and amenities are either old, dirty or non existent. Bathroom had no shower curtain and water fell all over floor. Went up to roof top restaurant and no one was working, two other guests were standing around wondering what to do. Room was booked with dinner included but hotel manager refused to honor the booking and fought with us. We left and had dinner elsewhere. Save your time and money and avoid this disaster property!!!!

We were promised jain food but they had very limited options for lunch and dinner.No safe parking place is there.They have a small parking space at the back of hotel where anybody irresponsible will be given your car keys to park it.They put a dent on my new car and scratched it's paint on the front while parking it.When I talked to the owner Mr.Sahib and the front desk no body was willing to own it and I was not compensated.We came back feeling awful.

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Very helpful and polite staff. Ganga view from our room was mostly trees (3rd floor) but top floor common anea and restaurant floor view was spectacular. Restaurant is fine dining, somewhat expensive, but high level of service and food quality is good. . Nice ambiance with live sitar music. Included breakfast also good, with many options available, both Indian and continental, hot and cold. The highlight of our stay was going to the Ganga Aarti with Mr. Vijay (included with hotel stay). He took a group of 8 of us and did a good job of including both Indians and foreigners. He took very good care of us despite a heavy rainstorm, kept good track of us in the chaotic environment, helped us to participate fully. and arranged a tuktuk for us for the way back because of the rain. Was one of the highlights of my trip to India! Free yoga in the morning which was very good, and high tea at 4pm.

My stay at EllBee Ganga View has been the worst hotel stay ever. Faced issues right from the check-in until check-out. The hotel has parking for only 4 cars inside the gate; rest of the cars need to be parked outside. No person from security at the gate. On check-in, we were provided room 206. The bedsheet in the room was torn and had curry spots. When asked for an additional spoon to stir my tea and extra bathroom slippers, I was told the ‘Deluxe Double Room’ is supposed to be a single-occupancy room and thus, it has been equipped for a single person only. The Refrigerator was humming loudly. The Air Conditioning in the room didn’t have a Heating mode. Had to sleep in a cold room for the night. When this was brought up with the hotel staff next day, they provided us with an upgraded room no 404 which was supposed to have heating. But the heating did not work there either. We asked the manager (around 1pm) to get this fixed before we move our luggage to this room, but even around 5.30 pm, this was not fixed. The hotel staff didn’t even have a Heater available. We received a heater around 10.30 pm. While we were out for dinner around 8.30pm, the hotel staff including the manager, the head of housekeeping, and one person from maintenance went into our room in our absence, without calling us up to ask for permission. Very sad to state that this hotel has been marked as 4-star where the facilities and hospitality are both abysmal. Would not recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. We recently stayed at the EllBee hotel in Rishikesh for two nights, booked through the Expedia app. Despite the promising appearance on the Expedia website, our experience was mixed. The welcome drink, a sweet rose water concoction, was a nice touch. However, the overall hotel had an unpleasant smell and seemed poorly maintained.Upon entering our room, we encountered a musty odor, suggesting it might have been closed for an extended period. Despite this, the room did offer a good view of the Ganga. We faced issues with cleanliness, especially in the shower, bathtub, and toilet, but the staff promptly attended to our request for cleaning.We had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning shower, and the new room lacked blackout curtains, allowing unwanted light in at night. Additionally, the restriction of providing only one key card per room was inconvenient. The staff, particularly at the reception, could be more accommodating in this regard.While the hotel has potential with its Ganga views, improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service are needed for a more satisfactory stay."

Showerwon’work, have to call for repair all the time Breakfast is terrible appears the cook is not a professional. Only attraction is the location, nearer to Holy Ganga arati daily in the evening Not the with to pay RS. 3000 and odd rupees a day. Never I will choose this hotel in future.

The hotel have advertised themselves as a 4 star hotel and without being overly emotional this hotel is not more than a 1 star hotel with aspirations of being something better. It is dirty, the staff are shouting at each other whilst customers are there. There is no one to take your luggage which is a given in a 4 star hotel. The room service is atrocious they dont even answer the phone, i had to ask 5 times for bottled water which eventually i was charged for which again a 4 star hotel gives as complimentary. The food was salty and eventually when it came the staff came with a grumpy face and no manners. The hotel is dirty totally run down, do not be deceived by its amazing pictures. I had booked this hotel for 2 nights and i left after 4 hours as i had enough of it. I had to complain that why are you charging me for water and i was told that its their hotel policy and due to the seriousness of the situation they refunded my water and that is the only compensation i got. There are no views of nothing. Totally feel misled by the Hotel and its reviews and also Hotels.com that they let this happen. It is totally disgusting. This is not a spiteful review or overly emotional. i feel very misled. Stay away

I stayed in Elbee Ganga view Rishikesh for 2 nights with my wife in April. Overall It was a good experience. Reception: All staff was helpful and friendly. They gave is a warm welcome with garland. The room they offered me was spacious and good. But it was lacking bath tub. I shared my concern for the room with bathtub and they immediately changed my room to a room with bathtub. So i would give a 5 star to the front office team for their motto towards customer satisfaction. *Room: Room was good, spacious and all the facilities mentioned on their website. In Room locker was non-operarional (seems due to dead battery). I dont needed the in room safe, So i would not deduct any rating there. Minor plumbing issue in roof shower as some water was leaking towards upside which was spoiling the false ceiling of the roof. I shared it with reception and they took it positively and assured to get it fixed. *In Room Dining:* Food was good, Portion size was very good. Price was reasonable. Location is good. Rooftop has an amazing bird's eye view of Rishikesh.

Elbee Ganga (for me) is one of those places that used to be good at sometime. While the staff is friendly and very attentive, it all ends there. The main gate to enter had bags of sand and cement for you to get in and cars and SUV’s can’t get in. So you enter the hotel with sand in your shoes. The rooms are dilapidated and closets, furniture, and beds are worn out and way past their lifespan. Bathrooms have water stains on the walls and ceilings and mine had a fly that refused to leave. The pictures on the website must be from when it was new as that sheen and feel has long gone. The two saving grace for the property are the folks who work there and the food in the restaurant on 5th floor. We were there for an evening and night so managed it but I would not recommend this place to my friends and family visiting Rishikesh.

The two saving grace for the property are the folks who work there and the food in the restaurant on 5th floor. We were there for an evening and night so managed it but I would not recommend this place to my friends and family visiting Rishikesh.

Arriving EllBee, and they did not find the reservation. Actually, they did not have the reservation. It took them 45 minutes and a call to Hotels.com to find out that their booking system was not working. In the room a nice shower - did not work though. So had to use the bathtub… the maintenance should come and repair - but … it took exactly 36 hours until maintenance came Sunday morning at 7:00…. Or actually they just came to check if the water worked, and tell that maintenance only would arrive at 8:00. At 7:30 Sunday morning the laundry was delivered. Why does the hotel not allow guests to sleep at this time? The last remark - the fantastic room we had was with view over the river - really amazing!! The traffic noice due to standard windows was everything but amazing… maybe that’s why the hotel expects that guests are not sleeping in the early morning?

My stay at EllBee Ganga View has been the worst hotel stay ever. Faced issues right from the check-in until check-out. The hotel has parking for only 4 cars inside the gate; rest of the cars need to be parked outside. No person from security at the gate. On check-in, we were provided room 206. The bedsheet in the room was torn and had curry spots. When asked for an additional spoon to stir my tea and extra bathroom slippers, I was told the ‘Deluxe Double Room’ is supposed to be a single-occupancy room and thus, it has been equipped for a single person only. The Refrigerator was humming loudly. The Air Conditioning in the room didn’t have a Heating mode. Had to sleep in a cold room for the night. When this was brought up with the hotel staff next day, they provided us with an upgraded room no 404 which was supposed to have heating. But the heating did not work there either. We asked the manager (around 1pm) to get this fixed before we move our luggage to this room, but even around 5.30 pm, this was not fixed. The hotel staff didn’t even have a Heater available. We received a heater around 10.30 pm. While we were out for dinner around 8.30pm, the hotel staff including the manager, the head of housekeeping, and one person from maintenance went into our room in our absence, without calling us up to ask for permission. Very sad to state that this hotel has been marked as 4-star where the facilities and hospitality are both abysmal. Would not recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. It was wonderful experience staying at ellbee, staff was efficient and courteous. Vijay was very helpful and extended his help and every way possible. He took is for Aarti which added feather on our trip. Overall every staff member was genuinely helpful and respectful, food was excellent with super service. Will definitely recommend to other people.

Me and my girlfriend spent one night at Hotel EllBee, but we wish we could've stayed longer. We had a wonderful experience! It was especially nice to meet Vikram, who works at the hotel. He puts great care into his work. We really appreciated him guiding us through the local Ganga aarti light ceremony, among many things.

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Very helpful and polite staff. Ganga view from our room was mostly trees (3rd floor) but top floor common anea and restaurant floor view was spectacular. Restaurant is fine dining, somewhat expensive, but high level of service and food quality is good. . Nice ambiance with live sitar music. Included breakfast also good, with many options available, both Indian and continental, hot and cold. The highlight of our stay was going to the Ganga Aarti with Mr. Vijay (included with hotel stay). He took a group of 8 of us and did a good job of including both Indians and foreigners. He took very good care of us despite a heavy rainstorm, kept good track of us in the chaotic environment, helped us to participate fully. and arranged a tuktuk for us for the way back because of the rain. Was one of the highlights of my trip to India! Free yoga in the morning which was very good, and high tea at 4pm.

This was one of your VIP Access hotels and yet they didn't give any of the services that were outlined in your program. I had requested a room with twin beds instead of one bed (since there were 2 of us) but they declined that request, even though it was available. I was away for the day and the room was not cleaned until I called down and asked for it to be cleaned. They told me that they don't clean the rooms daily unless you tell them to, I've never heard of that process in a hotel. I have to say I was very disappointed in their customer service, maybe it was a language barrier, I'm not sure...

Between September 11th and September 16th 2025, my fiancé and I stayed there. My rating for Room Service would be 10/10. Rakhi is a wonderful person who took great care of our room like it was her own. Your kindness is greatly appreciated, Rakhi.🤗 However, I would like to emphasize the quality of the food and the service they provide. There is a serious quality issue at this hotel, and you need to take this seriously. After eating their breakfast, I developed heavy diarrhea and got sick. It was only on our last day that my fiancé discovered a bug, and we realized it was caused by food that was fried in expired oil. I have not complained to the food inspector, but it is not safe for guests. Most of their guests were not hotel guests but they came only for breakfast. this means they are only getting this quality food.

No hygiene no cleanliness even cob webs not cleaned in the restaurent. Very old plumbing fixtures. Showerwon’work, have to call for repair all the time Breakfast is terrible appears the cook is not a professional. Only attraction is the location, nearer to Holy Ganga arati daily in the evening Not the with to pay RS. 3000 and odd rupees a day. Never I will choose this hotel in future.

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Very helpful and polite staff. Ganga view from our room was mostly trees (3rd floor) but top floor common anea and restaurant floor view was spectacular. Restaurant is fine dining, somewhat expensive, but high level of service and food quality is good. . Nice ambiance with live sitar music. Included breakfast also good, with many options available, both Indian and continental, hot and cold. The highlight of our stay was going to the Ganga Aarti with Mr. Vijay (included with hotel stay). He took a group of 8 of us and did a good job of including both Indians and foreigners. He took very good care of us despite a heavy rainstorm, kept good track of us in the chaotic environment, helped us to participate fully. and arranged a tuktuk for us for the way back because of the rain. Was one of the highlights of my trip to India! Free yoga in the morning which was very good, and high tea at 4pm.

One of the best hotel i have staued in Rishikesh. Good services and very nice staff.Food was delicious ans especially their garhwali food wad mind blowing.They also have upgraded my room as a gesture in occasion of my 1st wedding anniversary . Highly recommended
