First off, there is no way into the building before 3 pm, at least the day I was there. I arrived in town at 2 so I thought I'd check if the room was ready a little early and the doors were locked. Parking is eh. The building itself is beautiful, clean, scented oils going so be aware of that of your sensitive to strong smells. The room is very nice, comfortable bed, pillows, not as much. The breakfast is all packaged, the eggs were a bit sketchy and the coffee could've used a little more coffee in it but it was a very nice stay and a good value considering all that. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

We had an amazing weekend in Green Bay/Door County and I have to say the highlight of the weekend was most definitely right back at our hotel! Sunday night we had an amazing time with the crew at the bar and restaurant. Mert and Meng are awesome at the bar. Special shout-out to Justin and Dave as well. Just a solid place filled with really good people who make you feel like you’re family and know how to have a good time. Sidebar: the Thai food is amazing as well! My wife and I both had the Pad Thai and it was fantastic. We will definitely be back and won’t look for anywhere else to stay or any other bars to hang at in the evening on future trips to Green Bay.

David who works the front desk also works the bar and seems to work ALL the time is THE MAN. HE IS AMAZING. The rooms could do with a refresh of the interior design a bit dated BUT it’s very clean. The attached bar and restaurant are amazing

The small fridge didn't work. There's no microwave in the room. No telephone in the room. The front desk was never attended Everytime I walked by the front office. The breakfast is lousy, no eggs or hot items

I felt very safe in this property as a solo female traveler. The bar and restaurant were excellent. My only complaint is that it looked like the fridge in my room hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise my room was clean.

This is an older hotel and may be overlooked if judged by the exterior. The inside was spotless from the lobby, hallways and room. Very friendly staff and being away from major traffic the room was very quiet. We will stay again when in the area.

Really pleased with our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very clean, nicely decorated lobby. Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was very large and spotless. Good quality towels. Mattress was a little uncomfortable but bedding and pillows very nice. Location was excellent. Close to many restaurants downtown and great view of the river. Didn't try the onsite restaurant as it was closed on the day we were there. Good breakfast. Will stay there again if in the area.

Checked in and was assigned a ground floor by the entrance, unsafe for a single woman traveling. The bathroom was dirty at the time of check in, with urine stains sitting on the toilet and toilet seat up. this looked as if someone came in to use the bathroom and the bathroom was never cleaned. The room is beyond dated, carpet and furniture need a HUGE refresh, the towels were more like rags. the "breakfast" was barely edible.

We stayed for two days in a “suite” with 2 beds in separate spaces; 3 adults and only ONE comfortable chair. We requested another club chair, but were told they could not bring one. First because it was too heavy for the desk clerk to carry. When my 6’4” son said he would carry it up, she said there was not one available. There was a chair sitting in the hall, and I asked if we could use that. She said it was broken. So two adults had to sit on the beds. Not good for a “suite.” Would not stay there again.

Love the location!!! The hotel lobby all of this is beautiful but my room is lacking! The water pressure in the bathroom faucet was low and never changed temps just cold! We stayed is a queen for mobility access, the bathroom floors need a big towel to soak in all the water from showering. With my son and I showering daily, we have to ask for towels to prevent the floors from being so wet and slippery! Have to flush the toilet twice. Not much space in the small closet where the fridge is also stored. If you hang the clothes it will touch the floor so I had to hang my son’s bowling uniforms after ironing it to the back of the bathroom door. I requested for another room due to the mobility shower and slippery floor and water pressure but they’re fully booked. We stayed in this hotel for 10days and dealt with the water pressure issues. Unfortunately for what we needed for my son’s bowling tournament, I will stay at a candlewood suites next time! I was sold by having the room overlooking the water but that’s not the room that I got

It’s an interesting property. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious & clean, staff very nice. If you are looking for new, modern feel - this is not the right place for you. That said, we stayed for 3 nights and will likely return in the future.

Cool patio on the river. Very spacious room. A few items needing attention: 1. Deadbolt doesn’t work in room 104. Jam of door doesn’t match dead bolt 2. Inside coffee maker needs to be cleaned 3. The legs on the couch at foot of the bed at broken. Dangerous.

Large rooms. Staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. They allowed us to leave our vehicle in the lot while we took an Uber to the Packers game. Hotel was very clean and the view from our room was spectacular. Definitely our go to stay when we visit Green Bay!

They have amazing customer service. David worked the front desk and was so helpful. He went above and beyond with his customer service. The Thai restaurant has some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. The bar is so fun! They meticulously make fantastic drinks. You can tell they take pride in their craft. The bartenders Mert and Colten are fun and have great customer service. We will definitely be back!

We booked last minute and arrived late in the evening because we needed a spot for the night while traveling. The front desk staff called to confirm when we would be arriving (very thoughtful!) and were ready for us when we arrived. Parking was close to the door, well lit, and easy to get in with our bags.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and had so much character. Our room was huge and SO clean! Super comfy bed, beautiful view, and huge bathroom (spotless clean!). The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars instead of 5 is the gal at the front desk on the day shift. She was extremely snotty. When we arrived, we asked if there were any local restaurants that she could recommend. She looked at us like she had never been asked that before, and that's a common question for an out of town guest to ask. She mentioned a place and said it was a short drive. Turns out, it was a 3 minute walk (luckily, we met another guest outside and he gave us the recommendation). The next day, the same gal called and left me a voicemail tell me my credit card was declined and I needed to come to the desk. I went down and she loudly stated in front of tother guests that my card was declined. It turns out, she was typing the # in wrong. I entered the card into the reader myself and it went thru. Everyone else we dealt with was WONDERFUL! The night gal was super sweet when we needed ice, and the man I made the reservation with was very kind also. But the day shift girl at the desk is a detriment. I expect to be treated with kindness and warmth when we're spending $600 for 2 nights at a hotel, not condescension and snottiness.

David was the absolute best. He remembered us from last year on our Green Bay trip!! We are booking again in December and paying a little more just because the hospitality David provides!! Keynote: David is an awesome bartender at a cool little restaurant!! Highly Recommended!!!!

The bar staff at Nuk’s on Friday night took a long time to acknowledge us sitting at the bar and we waited at least 10-12 minutes to get service. They seemed overwhelmed by the number of specialty drinks they were making for the dinners to the detriment of those sitting at the bar even though they had 3 bartenders working. We asked the front desk person on Saturday morning for two additional pillows when they made up our room and they didn’t provide them.

From check in to check out, we had a great stay. Rooms are spacious, lobby is nicely decorated, love the historic exposed brick, the water views of the Fox River and the convenience to Voyageur Park, the Fox River Trail and downtown De Pere. Plus dinner at Nuks Thai Cuisine restaurant was delicious!

I booked a king suite last minute for an overnight trip and was happy with my stay. It's a unique and comfortable hotel with a great location for walking, just next to the Fox River trail. Parking is easy. I found it charming and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet even when the restaurant was having a karaoke event next door (I would have liked an invite lol) spacious as well. The continental breakfast was a good value. I enjoyed the ham and cheese sandwiches. You can get free water, coffee, and bags of ice from the lobby.
