This property is extremely convenient for the historic centre of Palermo with the Quattro Canti being just outside. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance as are most of the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfast is good. The staff were very obliging. Their are some aspects which may not suit everyone:- The reception is only manned in the morning so it is self check in and entry via a key safe. No lift so be prepared to carry suitcases up one or two flights of stairs. There is street music in the evenings just outside which is nice but can go on past midnight so light sleepers beware.

Good location. Rooms did not have enough storage/shelves, same as bathrooms. Not accessible for most people. Impossible to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Dangerous for anyone over40.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast delivered to our door was a nice touch, and it was hot and tasty. Unfortunately the smart TV wasn’t working properly but that’s very minor. The drive to parking was VERY tight but we made it. You’ll keep fit with the stairs but you’ll not beat the location of this place, right in the centre of all the action, lots of restaurants and shopping.

C’est un endroit très bien situé, offrant un succulent déjeuner avec un personnel attentif et dévoué. Ce n’est pas un hôtel conventionnel, sans personnel d’accueil sur place et sans espace sécurisé où laisser les bagages à l’extérieur des chambres.

Das Hotel hat leider kein Aufzug! Vorsicht mit den Koffern bis zum 3 Stock zu laufen ist nichts leichtes. Das Frühstück ist an Auswahl wenig bis sehr wenig. Es gibt immer das gleiche zum bestellen und manchmal vergessen die sogar die Eier. Die Zimmer sind von außen für den Lärm nicht gut abgedichtet es ist nachts sehr laut sollte aber klar sein wenn man in so einer Gegend das Zimmer bucht. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und man erreicht vieles zu Fuß. Ein zweites Mal würde ich mir gleich in der Nähe von Mondello etwas buchen wenn man eher am Strand chillen möchte.

A very nice up-market B&B in the heart of historic Palermo. The room was spotlessly clean and quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location is just minutes away from major attractions such as the Cathedral and Royal Palace. Be aware that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the apartments so may be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Ho soggiornato solamente una notte , ma e' stato sufficente per avere un'idea veramente positiva dell'hotel situato in zona centralissima , ottima posizione x visitare a piedi la maggior parte dei luoghi di interesse. Pulitissimo e ristrutturato penso recentemente visto gli arredi moderni e funzionali,non da meno l'accoglienza e la disponibilita' del personale. Se decidessi di ritornare a Palermo non avrei dubbi,ritornerei sicuramente all'hotel Incanto

When I first arrived, I was a bit scared. - a narrow street and locked door - no stuff at the entrance, no lift. I could not find how to get in. Kind people who speak Italian , passers-by, helped me. They took my luggage upstairs . I would not be able to do it.myself. But the room was surprising big, comfortable and modernised, so was the shower. Bed was confrontable with good bedding, and changed during my week stay. Room was cleaned daily, . A very convenient location. You can't find better. Though stuff does not speak any English, I was able to communicate via WhatsApp and always was getting a quick reply. Al what I askes - extra pillows. tea kettle - were fulfilled. Breakfast was served on time, but it was to what I would like to have and with no much variety. But around there are plenty of nice food places. So I would say 0 by the end, when I accustomed to the circumstances - It was a pleasant stay.

Outstanding location. Beautiful property in a historic building. Loved the spacious room and the design. Good breakfast. Our room overlooked a very busy street. It was super noisy at night and hard to sleep, even with the balcony closed. Also, our air conditioning didn’t work properly, and it was hot and stuffy. Not sure why the issue didn’t get addressed despite us bringing it up to with the staff.

Pro: great location in heart of city. Walk to everything. Clean and modern. Cons: very noisy at night/ most rooms are street facing and not properly sound proof. AC in room super weak and ineffective for a room that size with high ceilings. I asked for an additional fan and was told not possible. This was a really hot august in Sicily.

Fantastisk placering, og et fantastisk sted. Med udsigt over byens midte. Hotelværelset er velindrettet med skøn og nødvendig air-con - fantastisk indretning med alt hvad man kan ønske sig, incl. fantastiske senge.

This was my favourite hotel out of the 6 I stayed at in Sicily. I was originally trying to cancel it because I accidentally booked it with the non refundable rate. I asked the hotel if they would let me cancel and rebook a refundable rate but the communication back and forth was taking so long and it was getting frustrating so I just decided to keep the reservation and I am so glad that I did not cancel. The room we booked was just like the pictures and had two walkouts to the balcony with amazing views! We loved people watching from it and seeing all the entertainment in the Quattro Canti square. They also served us breakfast in the room which we had on our balcony. The location was just perfect and the hotel room was very nice and modern. It is a bit noisy because it is so close to the main square so if you are sensitive to noise then this might not be the place for you but I didn't mind it. They also provide robes and slippers which was great. The only tips/suggestions I would say is that you need to ensure the shower door is properly closed otherwise water gets all over the floor, and this must have happened many times previously as the laminate flooring in front of the bathroom bubbled up. Also they provide a nespresso machine which is a great touch but they charge to use the capsules. Considering the cost of the the hotel room I think they should offer those and a bottle of water free of charge instead of charging in the mini bar.

Leider hat die ganze Woche das WLAN nicht funktioniert und es gab nicht wie im Internet geschrieben steht einen privaten Strandabteil. Der Strand war 45 min weit weg. Zudem wurde uns 20 Euro zu viel Kurtaxe in Rechnung gestellt, konnte sich aber klären.

InCanto was a great choice for our stay in Palermo. Very central location, easy walk to any part of the city center. The staff was kind, very good communication, what i really appreciate as i was driving there and they help me a lot to get in to a safe place to park. The room was huge, the quality of everything bed, the breakfast, bath products was great. I loved the cheese toast, the mermelada and the oat milk cappuccino. They are very attentive and care about each detailed. I hoghly recommend this place.

Nicht zu empfehlen, Kommunikation eine Katastrophe! Wenn man sich nicht die WhatsApp Nummer über die Webseite besorgt, pennt man auf der Straße!! Transfer bestellt und bestätigt, kam natürlich auch nicht. Von meiner Tochter die AirPods aus dem Zimmer gestohlen, laut Vermieter sind seine Leute es nicht gewesen…… Einmal und nie wieder !!!

When I first arrived, I was a bit scared. - a narrow street and locked door - no stuff at the entrance, no lift. I could not find how to get in. Kind people who speak Italian , passers-by, helped me. They took my luggage upstairs . I would not be able to do it.myself. But the room was surprising big, comfortable and modernised, so was the shower. Bed was confrontable with good bedding, and changed during my week stay. Room was cleaned daily, . A very convenient location. You can't find better. Though stuff does not speak any English, I was able to communicate via WhatsApp and always was getting a quick reply. Al what I askes - extra pillows. tea kettle - were fulfilled. Breakfast was served on time, but it was to what I would like to have and with no much variety. But around there are plenty of nice food places. So I would say 0 by the end, when I accustomed to the circumstances - It was a pleasant stay.

This was my favourite hotel out of the 6 I stayed at in Sicily. I was originally trying to cancel it because I accidentally booked it with the non refundable rate. I asked the hotel if they would let me cancel and rebook a refundable rate but the communication back and forth was taking so long and it was getting frustrating so I just decided to keep the reservation and I am so glad that I did not cancel. The room we booked was just like the pictures and had two walkouts to the balcony with amazing views! We loved people watching from it and seeing all the entertainment in the Quattro Canti square. They also served us breakfast in the room which we had on our balcony. The location was just perfect and the hotel room was very nice and modern. It is a bit noisy because it is so close to the main square so if you are sensitive to noise then this might not be the place for you but I didn't mind it. They also provide robes and slippers which was great. The only tips/suggestions I would say is that you need to ensure the shower door is properly closed otherwise water gets all over the floor, and this must have happened many times previously as the laminate flooring in front of the bathroom bubbled up. Also they provide a nespresso machine which is a great touch but they charge to use the capsules. Considering the cost of the the hotel room I think they should offer those and a bottle of water free of charge instead of charging in the mini bar.

Sehr Zentrales Hotel! Leider ist die Rezeption nie besetzt und die Dame ist über Whatsapp auch nicht immer so gut erreichbar. Die Dame hat uns aber ein Transfer zum Flughafen und zum Mondello Beach organisiert. Dies hat wunderbar geklappt. Frühstück stellen sie einem vors Zimmer was ich auch toll finde!

This property is extremely convenient for the historic centre of Palermo with the Quattro Canti being just outside. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance as are most of the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfast is good. The staff were very obliging. Their are some aspects which may not suit everyone:- The reception is only manned in the morning so it is self check in and entry via a key safe. No lift so be prepared to carry suitcases up one or two flights of stairs. There is street music in the evenings just outside which is nice but can go on past midnight so light sleepers beware.

Location could not be better. Steps from Quattro Canti. The apartment was large, clean and nicely decorated. The balconies were perfect for eating a very delicious, free, daily breakfasts. Bathroom was huge and new. Staff was attentive. Charming building. Loved the entire stay

Incanto was in the heart of centro storico. Very convenient and central to all the sights of Palermo. A little noisy at night but other than that cannot fault. Would gladly stay again.

InCanto was the perfect location for our short stay in Palermo. Located in the heart of the historical area, you are steps away from many of the beautiful go-to spots with out needed transportation. The staff were friendly and supplied us with maps in English with suggested sites to see. The breakfast was cooked to order each morning with home-made goodies. I would highly recommend this location.

A very nice up-market B&B in the heart of historic Palermo. The room was spotlessly clean and quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location is just minutes away from major attractions such as the Cathedral and Royal Palace. Be aware that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the apartments so may be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Location was perfect. Able to walk streets with plenty of restaurants etc. only 2 issues . Instruction for air conditioning were not there. I asked for help and was told the wall it was on. We never got it working, Other issue, info stated breakfast was a 8:00, if you need it earlier let them know. I told them we leave at 7:30 for the train could we get breakfast at 6:30 -7 and was told they can’t provide that early. Why ask then say no. So we had to spend another 20 euros for bakery items at the train station.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast delivered to our door was a nice touch, and it was hot and tasty. Unfortunately the smart TV wasn’t working properly but that’s very minor. The drive to parking was VERY tight but we made it. You’ll keep fit with the stairs but you’ll not beat the location of this place, right in the centre of all the action, lots of restaurants and shopping.

Die Unterkunft war okay und sauber. Jedoch haben wir am letzten Tag kein Frühstück erhalten. Die Unterkunft hatte uns mitgeteilt, dass wir uns bei WhatsApp melden sollen, wenn wir vor 8 Uhr Frühstück brauchen, da das Frühstück direkt auf die Zimmer gebracht wird. Das haben wir auch gemacht und keine Antwort erhalten. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation schwer.

Das Hotel hat leider kein Aufzug! Vorsicht mit den Koffern bis zum 3 Stock zu laufen ist nichts leichtes. Das Frühstück ist an Auswahl wenig bis sehr wenig. Es gibt immer das gleiche zum bestellen und manchmal vergessen die sogar die Eier. Die Zimmer sind von außen für den Lärm nicht gut abgedichtet es ist nachts sehr laut sollte aber klar sein wenn man in so einer Gegend das Zimmer bucht. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und man erreicht vieles zu Fuß. Ein zweites Mal würde ich mir gleich in der Nähe von Mondello etwas buchen wenn man eher am Strand chillen möchte.

The B+B was located in an alley in the historic centre of Palermo. It was NOT accessible by car. The facility was in an old building, dimly lit with 8-9 flights of steps up to access the B+B situated on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator and no one around to help us. We accessed our room via messaging with complicated instructions about a Dropbox key on the front door and another on the 3rd floor. This was after driving around the city for 2 hours in our rental car to find parking ( the recommended lot was inaccessible to a medium sized car and closed on Sunday - the day of departure.)So we found one finally 600m away. Breakfast was good, but 45 mins too late for one of our family who had to leave for the airport at 9am.. Apparently the breakfast staff said we had not booked the time on the breakfast form, but only had messaged the host. Our host appeared the next day and apologised for our unhappy stay, and kindly helped us carry our suitcases downstairs and to the parking lot. I only recommend this for athletic young people with a backpack.

Would recommend for a stay in Palermo!! Alin was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was incredible, the rooms were tidy with all necessary amenities and hotel was situated in a very convenient location to explore Palermo.
