Stefania was a very kind and helpful host during our 2 night stay, staying past closing to meet us as we checked in late, and providing a lovely breakfast service each morning

1. Shower was completely clogged within seconds- how was that not caught during a proper clean of a shower? 2. No proper check in on our first day in which we arrived at 14:00. 3. Receptionist/breakfast person was very opinionated about her political standpoint of America’s sitting president (calling him a child kill*r and pedo) and it made us uncomfortable. Those are things you should not discuss at your lodging as you do not know who you audience is. Very inappropriate 4. The view was beautiful

Lovely room with a great view. Great breakfast and most of all great staff. Stefania was lovely and so helpfull, a credit to the hotel.
