O hotel tem uma boa localização, embora um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos, contudo tem uma estação de metrô bem em frente. O transporte público na Alemanha é muito bom. O staff é educado e prestativo.O rapaz que nos atendeu falava um pouco de português. A academia de ginástica eh pequena. Não usufrui do café da manhã. Havia água no quarto e uma cafeteira. Há um local para café da manhã, próximo e um bar. O hotel tem um bar legal, mas os drinks não estavam muito bons. No geral, aprovado.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The employees were all very helpful, kind, genuine and professional. I definitely would stay there again in the future. Parking is a bit of an issue during peak season since the garage fills rather quickly and with all of the construction around the neighborhood parking can be a bit difficult to locate but not impossible. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The food and drinks are excellent as well!

Fabulous hotel. Lovely staff, great food and drink, comfortable room. The gym and sauna is not to be missed too - well fitted out, well kitted out. The hotel is also 2 mins from nearest U Bahn. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 days at the hotel and couldn't fault a thing. Arrived early morning not expecting to check in but they were happy to accommodate us and even upgraded us. It was my partners birthday and they sent cakes, gift & complimentary drinks to the family room. This was very unexpected but a very welcome and kind gesture. Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of hot and cold options. The gym and sauna were clean and well maintained. Location was quiet but a short stroll to museum idland and Alexanderplatz

Das Hotel war super! Die Lage ist sehr gut, es ist fußläufig alles schnell erreichbar. Einzig der Kissenbezug hatte ein bisschen Verfärbungen und sah somit nicht ganz sauber aus. Abgesehen davon gibt es aber nichts zu bemängeln.

Had a weekend break with my daughter in mid March. The hotel was in walking distance from Jannowitzbrucke station which has a regular service to the airport. It was relatively quiet and close to the Spree waterway. Most of the main sights were in walking distance, and it was very easy to get to both Alexanderplatz and Museum Island ( don’t miss the famous bust of the Egyptian Queen Nefertiti on display in the Neues museum!). There is a good selection of cafes, restaurants and bakeries nearby. The hotel itself was modern with excellent reception staff who speak good English and other languages. The guy that checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was spotless and although the room wasn’t the largest it was more than enough to crash after a long day sightseeing. Modern bathroom and good shower with Elemis toiletries supplied. Would certainly stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants a good stay close to the centre for work or a weekend break. Thank you for a lovely and very enjoyable stay !

Stayed 4 nights. Buffet breakfast every day 07:00 until 11:00. Room very nice and clean. Interior of the hotel is really nice. Really good location. U Bahn 150m from door. 10-15 mins walk to all the museums. Easy to get around from hotel and lots to see and do.

The rooms was dated, particularly the bathroom. The bed base made very loud creaking noises whenever I got on or off it, or moved around in it. The ‘VIP room upgrade’ was simply moving me from a street side room to a ‘courtyard’ side room. Both rooms exactly the same. They do charge a bit more for a courtyard side room but this looks very much like a made up room category in order to ‘game’ the Expedia VIP programme and be able to say they have given an upgrade when really they haven’t. Other hotels I’ve stated in give a genuine upgrade. The courtyard was nothing special and half my view was a blank white wall. And the windows didn’t open. So quite claustrophobic. Made worse by the fact the room was overheated when I arrived - thermostat set at 25 and it felt hotter than that. As I couldn’t open the windows I had to go out for two hours while the room cooled down.

Super friendly staff, conveniently located, very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated hotel! I would stay here again on the next visit to Berlin! It was a little noisy facing the courtyard with birds chirping at all hours and some street noise that was picked up. But overall, a very pleasant stay!

Excellent location! Walking distance to the major sites. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Very fresh and every option you can think of! Staff in breakfast area and check in are very friendly, professional, and hard working. Really enjoyed staying here! The only negative is there was no way to stream from phone to tv like other hotels and none of the channels are in English except Bayern 3 radio.

I had the worst possible experience in this hotel. When I came in, they told me they had a system crash and so they had overbooked the hotel. They said they had tried to contact me the previous day, but they could not reach me. So they booked me in a hotel in an area far away from the city center and left me with no other choice. The hotel staff was rude and I even had to tell the manager to not raise her voice at me, as I was explaining my obvious disagreement with the “solution” I was being offered. I had never had an experience like this, as they sent me to another hotel with no confirmation or formal document that guaranteed I was indeed being expected there. So disappointing.

This hotel was a great choice. Its in a quiet area and easilly walkable to all public transport service. I arrived pre lunch time and my room was ready. I was checked in By Dominique who was helpful and very charming. I found the experience pleasnt, informative and swift. The room was spacious and the bathrom was equipt with a bath and shower. Thanks to the whole team

It was a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and quiet and the public spaces in particular decorated in a creative way. It’s a very quiet area though and there isn’t immediately much to choose from by way of eateries in the evening - we did find good places but there’s no obvious buzz on the doorstep (which will be good for some!). If you’re happy with walking or public transport this place provides a calm base for seeing the city.

The restaurant was closed for the whole of our stay....4 nights. This was very inconvenient. No apology given or compensation. Had I known the restaurant was closed I would not have booked the hotel

Sehr zentral, U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, sehr praktisch. Lobby und öffentliche Bereiche sehr ansprechend und modern. Zimmer dafür unspektakulär, wir fanden es zu dritt sogar eher eng in einer Suite. Sehr sauber, es wurde jeden Tag frisch gemacht. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück (> 30€ p.P.) Garage (25€ pro Nacht) unverschämt, wie ich finde. Nette Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Generell nichts unfassbar besonderes, alles in allem aber ein guter Aufenthalt.

The hotel is really well located with a U-Bahn tube station outside and a short walk to an airport connection train station. Coffee shops and bakeries are on the same road. The hotel is quite utilitarian and not a luxurious stay but it’s comfy and clean. Our courtyard room was decently sized with a quiet room, blackout curtains and alright shower. The room could do with a bit of modernisation - plastic glasses, no Smart TV or Bluetooth speaker connections. Daily housekeeping was great and the room was always very nice and fresh on return. Hotel breakfast is quite expensive (approx €21pp per day), but there is a bakery on the corner and a good coffee shop opposite, and plenty of places less than 10min away for a much better and affordable experience. Worth it for the location and a straight forward, fuss free stay.
