The stay itself was fine, but getting 16,000 emails asking me to rate my stay is not. I would have rated it a lot higher if I hadn't gotten so many emails about it.

Complex is run down, they try to keep it clean though carpet in hallways and room showed wear areas, room and hallway space felt cramped, coffee was lukewarm, the front desk workers and cleaning staff were pleasant to interact with. Pool was not clean so didn’t swim, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for two nights.
