The staff was very friendly. The room was ready when we arrived and very clean. We came with a small dog who was welcomed in this pet-friendly hotel. Breakfast was very good and had many hot options (two types of pancakes, scrambled eggs, hot cereals, etc.). Unfortunately, the pool and exercise room were closed for renovations but we will certainly come back if we are again in the area.

The water pressure for showering is horrible and they now charge $5.00 per car per night for parking. For the cost of the room neither should be a factor in staying there.

Very nice property maintained to the Hilton standards. My only complaint is they charge a fee for overnight guest parking. It’s not bad enough they charge $284 for a standard room, but to slap you with a parking fee is ridiculous. They’re not located in a large metro area where parking spots are at a premium.

I’ve stayed at this place alot and 4 times over the past year the fire alarms go off in the middle of the night if its cold or snowing. The owner knows about t cause it happens all the time and doesn’t do anything to fix it! Even the employees tell me it happens all the time.

The fire alarms went off at 12:30 AM and 6 AM and I’ve been told this isn’t the first time and clearly they haven’t eradicated the problem. Not happy at all. And they weren’t clear about the pool being shut down.

Modern bathroom with glass showers, large vanity with extra shelf above the sink. Love lots of space for toiletries. Beds are comfy with soft pillows. Breakfast is above average for hotels. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Nice pool and fairly nice gym. Parking is plentiful. Very convenient location just off Hwy 89 and 93.

Both pool and gym were closed. I know this is due to a water issue but customers should NOT be paying full price when the facilities are not open. Very disappointing. Would not have booked here if I knew the pool was closed.

Room was very dirty. Hair in sink, in toilet and on towels. Very dusty on walls and not vacuumed. I asked for a different room which was better, but still found lots of dirt on floor, unwiped surfaces and hair in bathroom. Staff was very friendly and they did discount my room, which I thanked them for, but this place is definitely not for anyone who needs a clean place to stay.

Looked like the room and bathroom had been thrown together too quickly after some kind of damage. Single, very small sink whose countertop didn't cover the cabinet base. Mold in shower. Barely lukewarm water in shower. Wallpaper was coming apart at seams. No outlets on entire wall on one side of bed. Basically, needs a lot of work to come up to par.

Filthy toilet with black stuff in the toilet bowl. Pubic hair left on the sink from a previous guest. Also waited 20 minutes for coffee at breakfast while the breakfast girl flirted with her boyfriend. Very frustrating unclean stay. Will never go back.

The hotel is nice and convenient to get to. The room is clean and spacy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just one minor thing - the air conditioner in the room is noisy. It is a bit annoying at night when everywhere is so quiet that the conditioner noise tends to be more irritating.

This hotel isn't quite as close to the highway as others in the area, which means the highway noise is practically non-existent, but it's still very convenient to access. THe king-bed room was a very nice-sized room with plenty of places to put your luggage or other 'stuff.' The room was clean and new-looking with modern decor. The pocket door to the bathroom was a clever space-saving choice. The bathtub drained slowly, but the shower water pressure was powerful. Plenty of outlets throughout the room for plugging in chargers, etc. Air conditioning worked well. All the front desk staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Pumpkin spice waffle batter at breakfast was a nice surprise. Free cookies at the front desk over the weekend were a fun and delicious treat. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently across the street from a restaurant but still drove there because of the rain. The hotel rate was reasonable and included a hot breakfast. The barn door to the bathroom malfunctioned and was stuck in a closed position (some issue with the track). Unfortunately, I couldn't open it and was confined inside without the cellphone. Luckily my wife was just outside the door and called the front desk. We had to wait until a staff member could come by to work on it to free me. We switched rooms but found out it was too close to the elevators. We were then offered another room that turned out to be across our initial room with the door problem.

The front desk associate at check-in, set the tone for our stay. Yura, was very kind and understanding. I especially appreciated her kindness after a ten hour car ride. She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. There were a few miscommunications at check-in on my part and Yura was very gracious in helping me out. Having worked in hospitality decades ago, I want to commend Yura for her excellent customer service and general people skills. She made our experience wonderful and I truly appreciate her. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next day was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Tom was very courteous and very pleasent when I checked in. He informed me of breakfast times and locations. Pool and gym locations. Tom asked if i wanted to know about any restaurants close by if I wanted to go out for the night. Tom is Truly in the right field of customer service even though my stay was for one night I would return.

We came to this hotel to attend my brother's celebration of life. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet in the room although there were many travelers. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great. We would stay here again - hopefully for a happier reason.
