The carpet was stained and dirty, there was a hole in the wall and the bathroom vent was falling out of the ceiling and fan switch didn’t work. The bathroom tub was stained and dirty. The door frame to the bathroom was rusted. The shower head was coming out of the wall. We asked the staff for another room but they said they were all booked but would have maintenance fix the vent, it took him forever to show up, by that time my daughter was taking a shower, he said he would come back and left his ladder outside our door. After about 45 minutes my wife tried to call the front desk there was no dial tone when she discovered the phone cord was missing and had to walk to the front desk. Which staff told her the maintenance person was closing down the pool and would be there shortly. My wife told the desk person about the phone and they said they would tell maintenance. More time had passed and my other daughter had to use the bathroom and went to use the one down the hall in case the maintenance person showed up. On her way to the bathroom she saw a syringe on the floor. More time had passed and when I went out to the hall the ladder was gone and maintenance never showed. I had to walk to the front desk and told them it’s too late now just forget it. First thing next morning my wife asked for a refund and was told since it was booked through a third party we would have to go through them.

We chose this hotel just to rest up on our road trip. The hotel and room was generally clean. There was some mold in the shower and a small hole in the ceiling. However, the area was quiet and the hotel served its purpose.

My room was still dirty upon arrival, the environment is not family friendly nor safe. Many people were smoking weed in neighboring rooms making hallways and surrounding areas smell. I also was needing to park in a handicap spot and all the handicapped parking spot’s was filled, with multiple cars illegally parked there; they had no placard or plates showing they could park there.
