One of the 2 elevators was down for maintenance, so a few wait times were incurred. Good coffee, eggs & potatoes were "very" bland, yogurt was set out, but not on ice, getting a little warm. We would stay here again, good location, overall good value for your money.

The property was great in that it was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The pool and fitness center were excellent. Breakfast was great; not marvelous but good enough to get the day going. What wasn't great was the housekeeping because I expected for my room to be attended to "every other day" as per the handout. I checked in Thursday late at night, put the "do not disturb " sign friday daytime, removed it on Saturday daytime and expected housekeeping upon arrival Saturday night. Unfortunately, my room was kept as is. I think housekeeping should be requested "on demand" as opposed to guaranteed "every other day". Otherwise, my stay was great. A minor complaint. I will be looking to stay here again.

All ice machines were marked out of order. The bathroom wasnt as clean as can be.. tissues were clearly stuffed in the box from another. The evening staff were rude and the lady that checked us in had an earpod in while checking us in.

The room was nice, and the staff was courteous. Breakfast was free, but the food was very low quality even by breakfast buffet hotel standards . Pool heat wasn’t working, unfortunately.

This hotel is wonderful - the service is solid, it’s clean, it’s well maintained, modern, awesome breakfast, good parking. My ONLY complaint is the pet policy. I don’t like dogs!! I should not have pets being paraded through the same lobby where I eat my breakfast! Ewww!!

convenient location. bathroom was gross dirty.I took lots of mold, soap skum & dirty bathroom counter pictures. . breakfast was minimal, ( those preformed egg cheese taco things were just weird) for a hot breakfast, had to make my own. staff made good use of buffet. Front desk staff had their young child 'playing with coloring books' while they worked. If you need a room, decent bed, ok. Isolated location, nothing within walking distance, no restaurant, minimal vending, no ice. I kept saying to myself " this is a Hilton ???" reservation was stupid. told I'd be $$ penalized for changing it. for ADDING a day to my stay. within hours of initial reservation. 2 times $50 'just in case' charge, refunded each day, room never checked. nice way to play with lots of $50. Was in town for a stressful event, only got 1 shower,cause the shower was moldy, skummy, gross. Since I had to make 2 seperat reservations, I told front desk I wouldnt mind a different room, 2nd night, clerk sweetly smiled & told me they really don't like to change folks rooms. overall a decent bed, otherwise sad, disapointing place to be

A clean, well kept property with a friendly front desk crew. The hotel rooms are beautifully maintained with comfy beds and clean updated bathrooms. The A/C in my room worked great on this very hot day. The breakfast buffet is good quality with something for everyone! It was getting restocked by the attendant in between bringing out fresh coffee and cleaning the tables in the attractive dining area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Check in was fast and efficient. The hotel smelled fresh and clean. Our room was spotless, the beds and pillow linens were fresh and crisp. The mattress very comfortable. Plenty of towels along with shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast was good with a variety of items.

I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. Regarding the room, it unfortunately didn’t smell good, there were stains on the walls, and everything felt quite old. We even had to disinfect the bathroom ourselves, as we didn’t really trust the cleanliness.

made a 1 night res. realized id like to add a night. despite the fact that I was attempting to spend MORE $, this was considered a changer in res & I would be financially penalized if I dared try to spend MORE. Had to make a 2nd res. Had my CC hit each time for 'just in case' damage. Both mornings the $50 charge was refunded, no one checked for damage or missing items. You just get to use my $. All the rooms that give you access to $50 every night..... Front desk staff was pleasant. One had her young child 'hanging in the lobby' with coloring books while Mommy ran the front desk. Lovely child, not the best care situation. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a lemon amonia type cleaning product smell that I could taste. I thought o 'oh nice, they really paid attention to the bathroom. WRONG. the big heavy glass shower doors were aparantly sparkly clean. Dark marble sink counter seemed ok. what they DO clean - toilet, sink, outside of shower glass. When I looked into the shower the entire seam where the walls meet the floor was packed with mold. That 1st night,I took the only shower of my stay, As soon as the glass doors fogged up, the built up water skum on the inside of the shower looked like a pebbled glass treatment. This can only be seen when the shower is steamy. I took a washcloth with my finger inside it, put soap on my fingertip & wrote DIRTY SHOWER for the next guest.This clearly shows the shower was Rarely, if ever sanitized. crap vending, staff enjoys breakf

The staff was awesome and pleasant but when I got to my room it was really dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I probably stayed at total of 15 minutes and left.

Easy check in, and great staff. It was Christmas week and many brought their children on Christmas day so they could be together. I appreciated that! Breakfast is good, and spaces very clean. Bedrooms are updated with smart TVs, but everything else is a bit tired. Especially the carpets and bedding. No additional amenities here, except an office station. Definitely a quiet spot, and definitely would come again..

I told the front desk that the bed was uncomfortable. You can feel the springs. Also the hallways were so hot you felt sweaty before you left.

I've never had issues checking in to a hotel through Expedia prior to this visit. The front desk clerk insisted that my room was not paid for, despite my showing a reciept through Expedia and even the charge on my bank statement. I left the front desk, called my bank to confirm there were no issues with my card. Your front desk clerk had no idea what he was doing and forced me to pay twice! All I wanted to do what get settled after an extremely long day of travel so I paid again just to get the heck into my room because this sort of inconvenience was the last thing I wanted to handle while that tired. Also your text message service is useful but sending a text at 1am to apologize for your clerks mistakes during my check in is unacceptable as well since it woke me up! Also, he was just plain RUDE to me, mumbling frustrated comments under his breath, asking for my cards multiple times... Your daytime staff was helpful and pleasant. I'm unlikely to stay here again nor will I recommended this hotel to anyone.

Well, we werer there for my mother's funeral so it was a sad time. the day after the funeral by husband began urinating blood. Since he is on Coumadin I knew lots of water would help. The manager got me quite a few bottles of water and named a hospital nearby. His situation got worse and the PM manager Ram helped us get an UBER ( using his own app. Got us in the car and my husband was hospitalized for 2.5 days This could have been a very serious situations as he had blood clots in his bladder. Ram tried to refuse taking the money for the fare but I threw it at him. These are some special people at the Hampton Inn I will be returning and ONLY stay at that hotel

Front desk was prompt and professional. We checked in late after work and were greeted with enthusiasm. That woman deserves a raise for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Limerick-Philadelphia Area! We were not familiar with the area but ended up being very pleased with the location! It felt safe, looked nice, and they had some tasty local non-chain restaurants nearby! They also had a Wawa 2 minutes away which was very convenient. We went for Paracon at Pennhurst Asylum which was a quick 12 minute drive away too, which was perfect. The room and hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and had a nice variety. My only small complaints would be that the refrigerator in our room made an annoying noise when it was running and the elevators worked, but were jerky. All in all though we had a great time and would be happy to return!

We had a great stay. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Ram and check in was quick and easy. Cookies were set up for guests, such a nice touch :) Accessible ♿️ The room was large, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. There’s not much around - places to eat within driving distance, but nothing within walking distance.
