Typical family type all-inclusive. We only needed it to kill time whilst waiting for a late flight home, so were only there for part of a day but it was enough to confirm this is a fairly typical family type all-inclusive. Cafeteria style "all you can eat" lunch was being served when we arrived. Nothing special. The place was well kept but the "family room" we had was a bedroom and two beds that were also the "sofas" in the living area. Noisy. Could easily hear people in the neighbouring rooms. Had dinner in the evening at an "a la carte" restaurant (Turkish) which ironically had no choice. They served up mezze plus mixed meats main. The mezze was good. The mixed meats not so much. Quite tough and not much of it for 3 people. Typical big shared pool with a couple of water slides but all sunbeds were taken (according to someone we spoke to there is a mad rush at around 06:00 each day to secure them). A couple of smaller pools were a bit quieter. Probably works fine if you have small children but it wouldn't be a first choice for us.

It was a great hotel, especially the staff made it wonderful by being so helpful and polite, they were always cheerful and positive. My only recommendation would be to have more wc’s and more drink stations around the property, with toddlers it’s hard to walk long distances to find wc.

Gutes Hotel mit einem sehr vollen Pool leider. Liegen werden reserviert und ist ein absolutes NOGO!!! Essen ist super lecker alle Mitarbeiter sind super nett wirklich sind alle sehr fleißig und was ich sehr gut finde das sie auch essen dürfen vom Buffet. Der Strand ist schön aber leider sind die duschen zu weit weg und es gibt keine Getränke am Strand und das geht nicht. Man kann wenigstens eine Kühlbox mit Wasser zur Verfügung stellen.

Visited in mid July for four nights. Enjoyed the delicious food, the great service, the fun pools with slides, and the nightly entertainment. Great for families and kids. Taverna restaurant and the Turkish night in main restaurant were fantastic. A hotel is being constructed next to the property. Unless your room is facing the construction, you will not notice it.

Great hotel for families with active kids. My 7 year old played football for 6 hours! There were plenty of kids to play with. There are several pools (including indoor heated pool) so you don't feel like you are fighting for your space. The food was great (healty options available too) and hotel staff members are very friendly. Definately, best value for money. We would be happy to come back again.

The hotel is very clean and fresh (everywhere feels new), it has 5 pools, a large big one for everyone with a couple of big slides, a quiet pool, a separate slide pool, a baby pool and a younger child pool. The beach was lovely and quiet, it is public but you do not feel this. The food was fantastic all week whether is was in the main restaurant, the main day pool restaurant (lunch) or one of the 3 á la carte’s. There is another steak restaurant which is payable but we didn’t use this. The room was nice and big with two different sections, felt like an upstairs and downstairs as there where a couple of steps separating the levels which was great as we had two cots upstairs and we stayed in the big double downstairs. We had a ground floor level room which lovely and not over looked. It’s a 20/25 mins stroll into the local town which was okay. The bars were always quick to serve you and the entertainment was a good level all week. Overall we had a lovely stay and were sad to be leaving. Not many times I say this as I like to experience new hotels and places but I will be looking to stay here again as we had a great time and the setup was good.

Great hotel in a quiet area, very clean and staff were helpful. Food choices were excellent. As usual drinks options standard not branded other than beer on draught Mini fridges in the room were charged to fill , which was a first for me on all inclusive. Overall though lovely hotel and would return.

Konaklamamız iyi geçti, eğlenceli bir otel, yemekler harika, odaların temizliği çok iyi, fakat havuz alanındaki tuvaletleri hiçbir zaman temiz göremedim. Temizlik frekansı artırılmalı, kadın bölümünü erkekler temizlememeli. Plaj havluların kalitesi ve boyutu iyileştirilmeli. Odadaki havlular iyi fakat bazıların uçları yırtıktı.

We stayed a week at the hotel. Can’t fault the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The food was exceptional! Being vegetarian, the variety of food available at all meals was amazing. The food, everyday was fresh, tasty and we were spoiled for choice. We’re not used to staying at large hotel like this one and initially found it very busy and crowded. But as the hotel is big enough, we soon found areas to suit us and provide a quietish space and having all the amenities at hand. Would visit again!

Second visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. For families this hotel is a must, clean spacious rooms, lots of pool options and quality food. The food and the child friendly pools are what made us come back. Great holiday and great hotel.

We had a ground floor level room 2011 which lovely and not over looked. It’s a 20/25 mins stroll into the local town which was okay. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. From the friendly and helpful staff & delicious food option to the clean and generous sized room, we honestly were sad to see our holiday come to an end. We had our infant son with us and felt it was such a family friendly place to holiday at. Service was amazing not to mention the activities that are available also. Will definitely be visiting again!

Second visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. For families this hotel is a must, clean spacious rooms, lots of pool options and quality food. The food and the child friendly pools are what made us come back. Great holiday and great hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and this was our second visit. Following a hiccup at check in (hotel did not have one family room available on time) the rest of our stay was excellent. The staff, accommodation, food and services were great. Would definitely go here again :)

Great hotel for families with active kids. My 7 year old played football for 6 hours! There were plenty of kids to play with. There are several pools (including indoor heated pool) so you don't feel like you are fighting for your space. The food was great (healty options available too) and hotel staff members are very friendly. Definately, best value for money. We would be happy to come back again.

The staff are wonderful, they are friendly and helpful. The al a carte restaurants serve fabulous food, they are a delight to visit. The cocktails are disappointing and served in tumblers, they don’t have a fancy drink vibe about them. The resort is full of activities, the pools are beautiful and the grounds are lush.

I booked two rooms and hotel staff did not accept other people to check in to the room so I had two rooms for myself only. Even receptionist and Manager focused me to buy third room for my colleague. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. They are NOT flexible and NOT customer friendly.

Herşey dahil konseptli ve otelde sürekli yiyecek birşeyşer var dondurmasından turun gözlemelere atıştırmalıklara kadar. Ve ana öğünler de çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok kibar güler yüzlü. Odalar bebekli aileye çok uygun oturma alanı ve uyku alanından oluşan iki bölmeli odalar var. Otelin bahçesi çok büyük adeta bir botanik parkta gibisiniz. Bir sürü tropical bitki ve ağaç var. It is far from the city ((fethiye)) and it is far too from the port so-called ölüdeniz where the sea trip start. The taxi service the hotel use is very bad ((very expensive)) and they use the ((accounter)). In my onion they are not legal. I wished that the hotel has a bus shuttle one time or two times at least per week. I paid 365 euros for transportation by taxi for three visits for the city

Gutes Hotel mit einem sehr vollen Pool leider. Liegen werden reserviert und ist ein absolutes NOGO!!! Essen ist super lecker alle Mitarbeiter sind super nett wirklich sind alle sehr fleißig und was ich sehr gut finde das sie auch essen dürfen vom Buffet. Der Strand ist schön aber leider sind die duschen zu weit weg und es gibt keine Getränke am Strand und das geht nicht. Man kann wenigstens eine Kühlbox mit Wasser zur Verfügung stellen.

Great hotel in a quiet area, very clean and staff were helpful. Food choices were excellent. As usual drinks options standard not branded other than beer on draught Mini fridges in the room were charged to fill , which was a first for me on all inclusive. Overall though lovely hotel and would return.

Visited in mid July for four nights. Enjoyed the delicious food, the great service, the fun pools with slides, and the nightly entertainment. Great for families and kids. Taverna restaurant and the Turkish night in main restaurant were fantastic. A hotel is being constructed next to the property. Unless your room is facing the construction, you will not notice it.

We stayed a week at the hotel. Can’t fault the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The food was exceptional! Being vegetarian, the variety of food available at all meals was amazing. The food, everyday was fresh, tasty and we were spoiled for choice. We’re not used to staying at large hotel like this one and initially found it very busy and crowded. But as the hotel is big enough, we soon found areas to suit us and provide a quietish space and having all the amenities at hand. Would visit again!

Typical family type all-inclusive. We only needed it to kill time whilst waiting for a late flight home, so were only there for part of a day but it was enough to confirm this is a fairly typical family type all-inclusive. Cafeteria style "all you can eat" lunch was being served when we arrived. Nothing special. The place was well kept but the "family room" we had was a bedroom and two beds that were also the "sofas" in the living area. Noisy. Could easily hear people in the neighbouring rooms. Had dinner in the evening at an "a la carte" restaurant (Turkish) which ironically had no choice. They served up mezze plus mixed meats main. The mezze was good. The mixed meats not so much. Quite tough and not much of it for 3 people. Typical big shared pool with a couple of water slides but all sunbeds were taken (according to someone we spoke to there is a mad rush at around 06:00 each day to secure them). A couple of smaller pools were a bit quieter. Probably works fine if you have small children but it wouldn't be a first choice for us.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities. Not a gripe but some of the food wasn’t great or to my taste but when I found the type of food I like it was fine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. We especially enjoyed the evening entertainment – live music, shows, and a fun animation team that engaged both children and adults. The SPA was excellent, with relaxing treatments and a beautiful Turkish bath. Perfect for both couples and families – lots of pools, activities, and friendly staff. A truly memorable holiday, a hotel where we would love to return again.

great experience, very clean, good food, great activities and best is the staff. the only thing that it fails is the drinks and overpriced amenities (kid rides, shops, popcorn etc), we had a great holiday and definitely recommended for families with young children

This was our 2nd vacation in this hotel. We enjoyed our stay overall (the slides, the kids club, the entertainment, the pool). The food was fine (chef’s special and Levante restaurant were always the best) but others were slightly degraded than last year (please bring back pide and lahmacun. Please prioritize quality over variety). Please prohibit smoking in all common areas, bars, restaurant and around the pool.

Fantastic grounds, lots of places to loose yourself, beach fantastic goes on forever. One downside no shuttle bus to Sarigerme that would be great, with small children a long walk and no large taxis for buggies
