Pésima atención al cliente, no cumplen con lo que indica el wifi no llega a los cuartos, y dicen que no pueden hacer nada mi familia y yo estábamos de vacaciones pero necesitábamos trabajar en las noches y no teníamos o tener tuvimos que pagar gigas extras de un plan Para poder conectarnos Pésimo modo de la persona que atiende no nos nosotros las instalaciones solo nos daba las llaves para ir a buscar nosotros el lugar nos nos indicó donde quedaban las cosas como la piscina etc cada que le preguntábamos se mostraba molesto en contestar mi mamá tiene problemas de columna tiene 71 años y no puede subir gradas y el asesor no funcionaba y la respuesta era no puedo hacer nada si no funciona Pésimo es poco para referirnos a la atención al cliente que tienen en ese lugar

Sıcak su yoktu. Ön tarafta bulunan apartlardan sıcak su temin edildiği için hiç sıcak su kullanamadık. Cadde üzeri olduğu için mekanlarda ki yüksek ses rahatsız edebiliyor. Temizliğinden memnun kaldık.

The taxi driver could not find the hotel. It goes under the name of “Street61”, but the reception is in Dolphin’s hotel. In my building Karaoke until 01:00am. The ceiling was 1.60 meters at most places inside the studio. No table in the room which was crammed with a single and double bed. They asked £35 for one week use of safe box in the room. The allocated beach area to Street61 and Dolphin group of hotels had none stop Muzak piped in from early morning. In the afternoon it was even loader level. The list is long. Worst place that I have ever stayed in.

No water for 2 of the 3 nights stayed. Surely this is a loss of facility and I should receive some sort of compensation. The bar below street61 said I could use their toilet as I couldn’t even flush the toilet. Awful!

Fantastic little studios with a hob, sink and decent powered refrigerator. They were very clean and the decor was great. There is also a balcony overlooking the main street in Sarigerme. The accomodation is above the Street 61 bar restaurant, which serves excellent food and the staff are friendly and accomodating. The only issue is noise/music from the bars, so if you want a more quiet environment it would be better to choose different accommodation nearby such as the Dolphin Apartments which are from the same group. Recommended 😊

I stayed there for two nights and couldn’t sleep even for a night. The bar downstairs had loud music on till 2am and they wouldn’t turn it off while my room was shaking. After 2am there was always a bunch of lunatics by the pool screaming out loud and the hotel wouldn’t do anything.

Odamız cafe&bar üstündeydi gece 21.00 dan 02.00 a kadar ses oluyor çocuklu aileler için Sorun olabilir. Temizliğe gelince biraz daha dikkat edilmeli. Genel olarak temizdi havlular temizdi ama çarşaflarda lekeler vardı bu rahatsız etti beni ben kendi çarşaflarımı ve yastığımı götürmüştüm. Buzdolabı kesinlikle beni rahatsız etti kirliydi. Su koyduk sadece yiyecek koymak istemedik. Onun dışında sorun yaşamadık. Çalışan arkadaşlar da herhangi bir sorunda ya da odamızla ilgili durumda ilgilendiler. Teşekkür ediyorum. Genelde temizlik, konfor açısından bir problem yoktu. Ancak kaldığımız apart ile karşısındaki otel aynı kişiye ait olduğundan resepsiyon ortaktı. Ancak bunu öğrenebilmemiz için bir kaç kişiye sormak zorunda kaldık bu konuda herhangi bir bilgilendirme yoktu.

Sarıgerme içindeki bir kaç otelden biri. Karşılamada temmuz yoğunluğu vardı genç kızımız fazla vakit ayıramadı bize oteldeki hizmetler ile ilgili ne dedi 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen anlamadık. Oda güzel ve temiz idi ancak havlu ve yastık kılıflarında çarşaflarda kırmızı ve kahverengi lekeler vardı. Değiştirilmesini istedik tamam dendi ama yine benzer lekeli havlu ve çarşaflar geldi. Migros yakındı havlu peçete aldık onu kullandık. Gece saat 3 e 4 e kadar devam eden ve sabah 8 de 9 da da başlayan karşımızda ve altımızdaki bar restaurantlar tüm uyku düzenimizi bozdu havuz neredeydi kullanabilirmiydik ulaşım minibüs vs neredeydi bilmiyoruz. Kendi arabamız ile Sarçed plajına gittik eğlenmeye çalıştık.3 günün sonunda sabah 8 de ayrıldık belki daha az yoğunluğun olduğu bir zamanda gelsek daha iyi bir deneyim olabilirdi. Ancak vasat ve yorucuydu

The taxi driver could not find the hotel. It goes under the name of “Street61”, but the reception is in Dolphin’s hotel. In my building Karaoke until 01:00am. The ceiling was 1.60 meters at most places inside the studio. No table in the room which was crammed with a single and double bed. They asked £35 for one week use of safe box in the room. The allocated beach area to Street61 and Dolphin group of hotels had none stop Muzak piped in from early morning. In the afternoon it was even loader level. The list is long. Worst place that I have ever stayed in.

Fantastic little studios with a hob, sink and decent powered refrigerator. They were very clean and the decor was great. There is also a balcony overlooking the main street in Sarigerme. The accomodation is above the Street 61 bar restaurant, which serves excellent food and the staff are friendly and accomodating. The only issue is noise/music from the bars, so if you want a more quiet environment it would be better to choose different accommodation nearby such as the Dolphin Apartments which are from the same group. Recommended 😊

The hotel is located in a good place to eat and drink however, it is not good to sleep as the music is very loud around the building and they only turns it off after 2am. The bed was under the window and I could sleep till 6am and the sunrises. So, I could sleep only 4 hours. The shower does not work well in my room. And there were not WIFI available in my room as well.When I arrived they were not locating my booking. I do jot recommend this place. Only if you do not care about the topics above.

Absolutely awful! The reception guy was so rude upon check in that I actually mentioned it. He didn’t care. The room was not in the main building instead I was sent to a room above a loud bar away from the main building. The telephone didn’t work and the blinds were broken. I had rubbish right outside my room door. Stacks of it! It was also extremely noisy with music blaring all evening. I could not sleep. I checked out at 1am and cited that the noise was unbearable. The receptionist didn’t care and just ignored me. My taxi came and I was so happy to leave there to go sleep elsewhere.

Sarıgerme içindeki bir kaç otelden biri. Karşılamada temmuz yoğunluğu vardı genç kızımız fazla vakit ayıramadı bize oteldeki hizmetler ile ilgili ne dedi 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen anlamadık. Oda güzel ve temiz idi ancak havlu ve yastık kılıflarında çarşaflarda kırmızı ve kahverengi lekeler vardı. Değiştirilmesini istedik tamam dendi ama yine benzer lekeli havlu ve çarşaflar geldi. Migros yakındı havlu peçete aldık onu kullandık. Gece saat 3 e 4 e kadar devam eden ve sabah 8 de 9 da da başlayan karşımızda ve altımızdaki bar restaurantlar tüm uyku düzenimizi bozdu havuz neredeydi kullanabilirmiydik ulaşım minibüs vs neredeydi bilmiyoruz. Kendi arabamız ile Sarçed plajına gittik eğlenmeye çalıştık.3 günün sonunda sabah 8 de ayrıldık belki daha az yoğunluğun olduğu bir zamanda gelsek daha iyi bir deneyim olabilirdi. Odada şarj aletimi unuttum ve resepsiyonu arayıp kargoya vermelerini rica ettim. İlgilenebilecek kimse yok halletmeye çalışalım dediler fakat 2 ay oldu şarj aleti gelmedi. Bölge olarak da pek tatil yapılası bir yer değil, çok küçük yapay oluşturulmuş bir kasaba gibi ve denizi kötü ayrıca plaj paralı. Tatile gelenler hep yabancı ve eğlence anlayışı mekanlar da ona göre. I stayed there for two nights and couldn’t sleep even for a night. The bar downstairs had loud music on till 2am and they wouldn’t turn it off while my room was shaking. After 2am there was always a bunch of lunatics by the pool screaming out loud and the hotel wouldn’t do anything.

Fantastic little studios with a hob, sink and decent powered refrigerator. They were very clean and the decor was great. There is also a balcony overlooking the main street in Sarigerme. The accomodation is above the Street 61 bar restaurant, which serves excellent food and the staff are friendly and accomodating. The only issue is noise/music from the bars, so if you want a more quiet environment it would be better to choose different accommodation nearby such as the Dolphin Apartments which are from the same group. Recommended 😊

The hotel is located in a good place to eat and drink however, it is not good to sleep as the music is very loud around the building and they only turns it off after 2am. The bed was under the window and I could sleep till 6am and the sunrises. So, I could sleep only 4 hours. The shower does not work well in my room. And there were not WIFI available in my room as well.When I arrived they were not locating my booking. I do jot recommend this place. Only if you do not care about the topics above.

On arrival the receptionist didn’t know where we had booked , I had printed off the booking information but this didn’t seem to help , We had to spend the first night in the wrong accommodation however manager in the morning gave us the correct accommodation

The taxi driver could not find the hotel. It goes under the name of “Street61”, but the reception is in Dolphin’s hotel. In my building Karaoke until 01:00am. The ceiling was 1.60 meters at most places inside the studio. No table in the room which was crammed with a single and double bed. They asked £35 for one week use of safe box in the room. The allocated beach area to Street61 and Dolphin group of hotels had none stop Muzak piped in from early morning. In the afternoon it was even loader level. The list is long. Worst place that I have ever stayed in.
