Lots of steps and stairs throughout the property. There is no bellhop or luggage roller. So be preprared to carry your luggage a long distance up and down steps to get to your room. The room key is required to turn on the lights to the room; this information was not conveyed but is common throughout Europe once you know. It also turns on or off the air conditioning. You need two room cards if you want to return to the room cool.

Arrived very late - found it difficult to find entrance in the dark but once I did Receptionist let me in and was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Quiet due to time of year. Staff friendly. Pools looked great but didn't get to have a swim as only available from 10am and I was up and out early. Poolside bar and restaurant available at set times- didn't use this. Parking on site was 5 euros a night but safe to park outside on road so did that. Apartment very private with own patio and garden area to relax in. Quite spooky returning late at night as so quiet and no lights in apartment block. Free Wifi. Link to messaging service with Reception but none of my enquiries were ever answered so easier to just walk to reception and ask! Easy access to main road and short drive to nearest beach - beach in Manilva itself ( Dequesa) was excellent and nice and quiet too. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Appartement spacieux, confortable et propre. Nous étions 5. Une vue magnifique 2 belles piscines mais un peu petite par rapport au nombre de logement. Restauration au prix abordable et pratique avec des enfants.

Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access!

El apartamento está muy bien, y las vistas al mar, espectaculares. Jardines bonitos, muy bien cuidados. La cocina escasa en cuanto a utensilios, no hay tostador ni papel aunque sea de cortesía. El secador de pelo hay que pedirlo en recepción. Lo que no nos ha gustado es que no hacen respetar sus propias normas, me explico, hay una piscina para mayores de 16 años la cual se supone destinada a personas que buscan tranquilidad. Pues estaba llenita de niños con sus papas y nadie lo impidió...todos los dias de la estancia. Si buscas 'relax' quizá no sea el mejor destino.

Leuk resort, zowel voor alleen volwassenen als voor gezinnen met kinderen. Het uitzicht is geweldig, de locatie is prima, personeel is vriendelijk. Er is vermaak voor kinderen, de sfeer is goed. Helaas was de vakantie veel te kort ;-)

El entorno y apartamentos son bonitos y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Está dividida en distintas zonas, a nosotros nos tocó la más alejada por lo que la zona de jardines y exterior no estaba muy cuidada. El apartamento en si está bien aunque el colchón del dormitorio principal necesita un cambio. El tema de la piscina es lo peor pq hay tanta gente que desde que abre no encuentras tumbona libre y otra cosa es que se permite todo dentro de ella pelotas, paletas, flotadores... Si queréis una estancia tranquila para disfrutar de la piscina este no es el lugar. Por lo demás es un sitio tranquilo y las playas del entorno son muy bonitas pero al estar tan alejado hay que ir en coche y no hay tiendas cerca.

You need a car if you stay in this hotel. It's located in a steep hill away shops and restaurants. From the map, the beach looks like a few minutes walk from the hotel, but because it's on a hill, the road is snaky and the walk back is a serious hike. We didn't know this so we had to use Uber every day which costed us a fortune. Apart from that, the apartment was good enough. Don't expect daily cleaning though

Upon arrival into the apartment, the toilet pan was filthy, there were ants in the apartment, on the balcony and found there way into one of the food cupboards. No toaster in the apartment , we had to ask for one which was filthy and full of old bread crumbs. We also had to ask for clean towels upon which we were told by reception, it is not a hotel! it is self-catering and there is a laundry. The apartment was not serviced for the seven days that we stayed. Finally some of the staff were very unfriendly especially at the pool bar. Definitely would not recommend a stay at this property to anyone.

El apartamento tenía suciedad en algunas zonas,las camas sin sábana encimera ninguna de ellas,faltaban almohadas,cristales sucios,arquetas en el porche y césped mal cuidado.Pocos útiles de cocina(sin tostadora)y sin jabón de manos en el lavabo ni siquiera.Muy bien la animación tanto infantil como adultos,pero instalaciones descuidadas y abandonadas(fuentes decorativas con vasos de plàstico dentro,sin limpieza,óxido...)

I rarely make bad reviews but this resort is at best mediocre. Our room in Ronda building was old with parts of the outside wall colibg off and the fridge was broken in many parts. The cleaning was terrible, next to the fridge there was huge amount of dust and left over food. At check in we were not provided with enough towels and bedsheet for 4 - after several calls we had to pick them up ourselves at reception. Staff is also mostly junior and hardly speak English. Good point is the location, the view and the pool which is clean

Gostamos do local, tem uma vista fantástica, é muito sossegado, ideal para descansar. Os funcionários da receção são simpáticos. Como pontos negativos salientamos a falta de máquina de café, secador de cabelo e forno e, o pior foi o cheiro a esgoto que se fazia sentir numa das casas de banho, que se propagava por todo o apartamento se a porta não estivesse sempre fechada, a TV também era muito pequena. No geral damos classificação Média.
Gostamos do local, tem uma vista fantástica, é muito sossegado, ideal para descansar. Os funcionários da receção são simpáticos. Como pontos negativos salientamos a falta de máquina de café, secador de cabelo e forno e, o pior foi o cheiro a esgoto que se fazia sentir numa das casas de banho, que se propagava por todo o apartamento se a porta não estivesse sempre fechada, a TV também era muito pequena. No geral damos classificação Média.

Loved our room and the view. We stayed in a one bedroom and the kids used the two couch/beds in the living area. Plenty of space and it was nice having the kitchen. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options. Pool was too cold us adults but the kids didn’t mind.

I rarely make bad reviews but this resort is at best mediocre. Our room in Ronda building was old with parts of the outside wall colibg off and the fridge was broken in many parts. The cleaning was terrible, next to the fridge there was huge amount of dust and left over food. At check in we were not provided with enough towels and bedsheet for 4 - after several calls we had to pick them up ourselves at reception. Staff is also mostly junior and hardly speak English. Good point is the location, the view and the pool which is clean

Arrived very late - found it difficult to find entrance in the dark but once I did Receptionist let me in and was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Quiet due to time of year. Staff friendly. Pools looked great but didn't get to have a swim as only available from 10am and I was up and out early. Poolside bar and restaurant available at set times- didn't use this. Parking on site was 5 euros a night but safe to park outside on road so did that. Apartment very private with own patio and garden area to relax in. Quite spooky returning late at night as so quiet and no lights in apartment block. Free Wifi. Link to messaging service with Reception but none of my enquiries were ever answered so easier to just walk to reception and ask! Easy access to main road and short drive to nearest beach - beach in Manilva itself ( Dequesa) was excellent and nice and quiet too. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Hier ist man nicht bereit auf Kulanz etwas zu regeln. Es kam zu einer Doppelbuchung meinerseits. Statt mir zwei Nächte wie gewünscht zu belasten hat man einfach 4 abgerechnet . You need a car if you stay in this hotel. It's located in a steep hill away shops and restaurants. From the map, the beach looks like a few minutes walk from the hotel, but because it's on a hill, the road is snaky and the walk back is a serious hike. We didn't know this so we had to use Uber every day which costed us a fortune. Apart from that, the apartment was good enough. Don't expect daily cleaning though

Leuk resort, zowel voor alleen volwassenen als voor gezinnen met kinderen. Het uitzicht is geweldig, de locatie is prima, personeel is vriendelijk. Er is vermaak voor kinderen, de sfeer is goed. Helaas was de vakantie veel te kort ;-)

Le confort des appartements est correct sans plus, les fournitures basiques, et l'état des appartements nécessiterait une rénovation. Les repas: pdj et repas du soir sont de bonne qualité, avec pas mal de choix.

Unfortunately the property is in need of an update. It feels like nothing has been done since 2009 when the property was built. The kitchen drawers didn’t shut properly, the drain fell off the wall. The mini football pitch was badly damaged and dangerous. There were pictures of table tennis but no tables and talk of tennis in the advertisement. The pool was nice and the staff friendly
