This was the best vacation experience we have ever had and we have been to many hotels and resorts. We came for our 25th anniversary and it was amazing! All the bartenders and wait staff were the best and a special shout out to Jaime and Andrei for all the poolside activities, tequila tasting, salsa lessons, tortilla making class, bingo. Also the morning yoga offered everyday was awesome! We will definitely be back with our 2 grown kids next time!!

A quiet resort on beautifully landscaped grounds. No fights for sunbeds! The all-inclusive option was great: no buffets, all table service, very good food. Beautiful restaurant on the beach. Excellent social activities were offered, including a tequila tasting, a wine and cheese event, and a fiesta night. Our room was huge and spotless, and housekeeping did a great job. Staff were universally great. Highly recommend.

Relaxing peaceful and beautiful! The staff makes you feel like royalty. We had a couple of problems with our hot tub and then in room pool not working but they were able to fix the problem. Food is amazing though I do wish there was a little more variety. The beach is not swimmable but it is so beautiful and there are no crowds. They will serve you right on the beach. The pools are wonderful. The hotel and property are extremely safe and clean. Dont go here if you want a party or to be noisy or have kids. This is a place for adults that want to enjoy drinking quietly by the pool

Relax and recharge at this 5 star resort. Zoetry has less than 60 rooms so it has a quiet and peaceful feel. The food, pools, beach, grounds, decor are all amazing here. The service is incredible. The saltwater outdoor restaurant on the beach was perfect. Zoetry is a special gem in Los Cabos.

We stayed at the room with the in-room spa. It was a wonderful experience the way we were greeted. Very friendly staff. Our room wasn't ready so they invited us to use our all-inclusive benefits right away while we waited. We had lunch by the beach. It was good but not as fancy as I thought for a Zoetry hotel. Either way, the staff was wonderful all around and made the experience nice. When our room was ready, we were impressed with the view. However, when the night came around, the room had a very funky smell next to the headboard. We requested to be moved. They were so helpful and nice about the move. Very responsive staff. The new room had a better view and we were able to have fun! Our room was cleaned daily and they did a great job. Room service was also included with the all-inclusive but it did take a while. We had a lot of fun. My best memory was the walk-up pool bar. The bartenders were super chill. I did have a bad memory, however. They asked if we wanted a significant discount at the spa massages and we were offered a one hour and thirty minute presentation for find out if we wanted to be part of their membership program. The first person was cool and gave us very valuable information about the program. However, at the end I had to be rude and tell them multiple times I didn't care for it. They didn't seem to want to take no for an answer and feel bad for people who aren't me that can get suckered into that membership if it's not convenient for them. Got the spa!

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). We loved the activities offered and made it so nice to just stay on the resort. They have two onsite restaurants and this is limited considering other resorts have 4-6, however, the variety and changing of menus each night was phenomenal. I had such a unique selection and after 6 days I still hadn’t had everything they have to offer! Also the quality and presentation of food was amazing. Service from all the staff was fantastic, they were prompt and made sure all of our needs were catered to immediately.

The views were amazing. It’s not a party resort so it was nice and quiet, calm, and relaxing. Marcos had high energy and made the resort events enjoyable.

Our experience at Zoetry Casa del Bar was exceptional. I disagree with many of the reviews on the Expedia page - I expect they may have been done prior to the resort’s renovation. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. There are more than sufficient options for dining at the two restaurants, poolside bar/restaurant and lounge, and the food quality is excellent. The smaller size of resort means no lines for drinks and fast service. There is a swimming beach 10 mins down the beach that we walked to every day (bring your flip flops as some areas on the walk are rocky). One thing the resort does not advertise is that in certain months (we went in March) you can watch humpbacks right from your table at the ocean side restaurant or even from your hotel room! We saw some every day. I would absolutely recommend Zoëtry.

Frim the time that we arrived until we departed our 5 day stay was short of amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our pool waiter made sure he knew our names and needs. Housekeeping kept our room crystal clean. The food in the Saltwater Restaurant was amazing. We had dinner on the beach and there are no words that can describe that experience other than spectacular....we had lobster that melted in our mouths. The bellmen made sure you felt welcomed at all times. I appreciate the front desk staffer for suggesting an upgrade. I love Zoetry.

From the moment we arrived, the person checking us in named Robert was very snarky and condescending with us. We booked our trip through Expedia so we were under the impression we had already paid for half of the room. Instead of him, explaining it to us, he was very disrespectful. We were able to sort everything out, but it left such a terrible impression on us as this was our first trip to Cabo. Once we got into our room, our tub was dirty. We ended up not using it. The food takes a minimum of 40 minutes to an hour to receive your appetizer. Our first dinner there we had to wait one hour to receive the wine we ordered and to receive our first appetizer. My fiancé had proposed to me hours earlier on the beach and we had advised them that we were celebrating something special. They forgot our dessert and the food took so long, We decided to leave. When we ordered room service, they forgot to bring us our order and we fell asleep waiting. On another occasion, we ordered room service, It took two hours to receive it. The property is not that packed so we never understood why it took so long.They have three different restaurants and the only restaurant worthwhile is the pool bar restaurant. There is a server there named Erik who was incredible. He was the only saving grace in that place. The food is very basic and not worth the almost $700 a night to stay there. We were so disappointed. The stay there ruined what should have been a magical five days and being newly engaged.

Everything about the resort was great, but the food was not very good. This may just be my personal taste, because other people appeared to be happy. The staff was wonderful, and our room looked better than some people's apartments. Better food options would help make this resort better.

The service was excellent. The room was great and spacious. I wish the pools were more cold, my shower didn't have hot water and dinner options had more of a variety, but it's great to know you can dine at their sister hotels with the all inclusive package as well. However, despite those things, I would definitely stay here again because the service and resort was spectacular.

Wonderful surprise. The rooms are generous, nice ocean views, bed fantastic, variable speed AC, no children and the most delightful breakfast at waters edge. Small boutique hotel well managed and centrally located. Good was excellent. Parking convenient. My new fav place in Los Cabos.

The new room had a better view and we were able to have fun! Our room was cleaned daily and they did a great job. Room service was also included with the all-inclusive but it did take a while. We had a lot of fun. My best memory was the walk-up pool bar. The bartenders were super chill. I did have a bad memory, however. They asked if we wanted a significant discount at the spa massages and we were offered a one hour and thirty minute presentation for find out if we wanted to be part of their membership program. The first person was cool and gave us very valuable information about the program. However, at the end I had to be rude and tell them multiple times I didn't care for it. They didn't seem to want to take no for an answer and feel bad for people who aren't me that can get suckered into that membership if it's not convenient for them. Got the spa!

I liked the view and the anesthetics of the property. The staff was really helpful and catered to our needs. We did have a few issues with the room we were given. The screen on the patio was missing, the toilet paper holder was hanging and our phone did not work. But like I said the staff handled it for us. Kevin upgraded the room for us with an even better view of the ocean. The food could have been better maybe more authentic. I just wanted a taco and was not able to get one because they didn't have them. I would visit again.

This is my second staying here and I’m a huge fan, the service is always excellent, the accommodations are great, the pools and view of the ocean are mesmerizing. For an, “all-inclusive” the food and drinks are on point. The staff is friendly and the people who stay they always seem to be super friendly as well. It’s not a crazy spring break type of vibe if you’re looking for that, but I’m not, I prefer some R&R in the sun and enjoy that aspect of a smaller boutique hotel. My only slight knock is that the WiFi in some locations can be hit or miss, but I’m on vacation, so it’s not a career ender.

Loved everything about the resort except the room. The layout was very odd. What was called a living room was a dark corner at the door with no window, only a sofa & tv. The only use would be for a child to sleep. It came at a premium

This was the best vacation experience we have ever had and we have been to many hotels and resorts. We came for our 25th anniversary and it was amazing! All the bartenders and wait staff were the best and a special shout out to Jaime and Andrei for all the poolside activities, tequila tasting, salsa lessons, tortilla making class, bingo. Also the morning yoga offered everyday was awesome! We will definitely be back with our 2 grown kids next time!!

Oscar (pool server) and Micheal (dining room server) were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and genuine. Room service staff were also great. Very attentive to quality and care. The staff and service are really exceptional. Management was also very focused on everyone enjoying themselves, and being well taken care of in every way. We will go back.

The staff was wonderful, Erik at the pool, Fabian consierge, Oscar, Erick at Saltwater, room service staff, front desk staff .. forgive me if I got some names wrong, there are so many of you that enhanced the overall beauty of our stay. Room service was always exceptional. The pool and swim up bar are awesome. The view on the beach and whale watching amazing. It's a visually stunning property! We would love to go back! Fresh juices at breakfast delicious. The beet hummus toast and egg salad breakfast were so, sooo good! Dinner at Saltwater was very good. The staff were beautifully accommodating, we had a large group and we were quite enthusiastic. 😊 We took the sunset Arch tour excursion, stunning. Watched the sunset and saw some whale activity. All around it was a fantastic stay - we had one hiccup the last night but otherwise everything was exceptional. Thank you!! Hope to see you again soon!

There were 2 restaurants and 1 bar plus room service. We ate solely at the resort. Some foods were better than others but there were still a good amount of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the huge pillows. Internet access was great throughout the whole resort. The transportation access was a bit lacking, not too many times available and it was pricey. The service was amazing. All staff! From the concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, house keeping, food service!

From the moment we arrived, the person checking us in named Robert was very snarky and condescending with us. We booked our trip through Expedia so we were under the impression we had already paid for half of the room. Instead of him, explaining it to us, he was very disrespectful. We were able to sort everything out, but it left such a terrible impression on us as this was our first trip to Cabo. Once we got into our room, our tub was dirty. We ended up not using it. The food takes a minimum of 40 minutes to an hour to receive your appetizer. Our first dinner there we had to wait one hour to receive the wine we ordered and to receive our first appetizer. My fiancé had proposed to me hours earlier on the beach and we had advised them that we were celebrating something special. They forgot our dessert and the food took so long, We decided to leave. When we ordered room service, they forgot to bring us our order and we fell asleep waiting. On another occasion, we ordered room service, It took two hours to receive it. The property is not that packed so we never understood why it took so long.They have three different restaurants and the only restaurant worthwhile is the pool bar restaurant. There is a server there named Erik who was incredible. He was the only saving grace in that place. The food is very basic and not worth the almost $700 a night to stay there. We were so disappointed. The stay there ruined what should have been a magical five days and being newly engaged.

The staff were wonderful - Alexis, Christian and Suar and the whole team at Saltwater were excellent. Beautiful, awesome drinks and food and top notch rooms. We will be back as soon as we can. Perfect for a quiet 3 night getaway surrounded by beauty and impeccable service.

Service and staff was excellent. Our initial room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but then they moved us into our proper room the next day and they did a great job. It was a beautiful place. Great time.

Relaxing peaceful and beautiful! The staff makes you feel like royalty. We had a couple of problems with our hot tub and then in room pool not working but they were able to fix the problem. Food is amazing though I do wish there was a little more variety. The beach is not swimmable but it is so beautiful and there are no crowds. They will serve you right on the beach. The pools are wonderful. The hotel and property are extremely safe and clean. Dont go here if you want a party or to be noisy or have kids. This is a place for adults that want to enjoy drinking quietly by the pool

Wonderful surprise. The rooms are generous, nice ocean views, bed fantastic, variable speed AC, no children and the most delightful breakfast at waters edge. Small boutique hotel well managed and centrally located. Good was excellent. Parking convenient. My new fav place in Los Cabos.

The property is great if you are looking for a quiet time. It feels very boutique compared to the oher massive resorts in Cabo which is exactly what I wanted. It's ideal to go with a partner or a friend, or if you go alone, understand there won't be much socializing as it is super quiet. I really enjoyed it. Very peaceful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you like to swim in the ocean, this property is great because in most of the beaches in Cabo you can't get into the water but this propertu is a 10min walking distance from the Hilton Beach (which you can swim) and a 5 min Uber ride from Chileno, Santa Maria, and Palmilla, which you can also swim. Otherwise the pools in the property are really nice. Overall I would recommend and go back.

Our experience at Zoetry Casa del Bar was exceptional. I disagree with many of the reviews on the Expedia page - I expect they may have been done prior to the resort’s renovation. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. There are more than sufficient options for dining at the two restaurants, poolside bar/restaurant and lounge, and the food quality is excellent. The smaller size of resort means no lines for drinks and fast service. There is a swimming beach 10 mins down the beach that we walked to every day (bring your flip flops as some areas on the walk are rocky). One thing the resort does not advertise is that in certain months (we went in March) you can watch humpbacks right from your table at the ocean side restaurant or even from your hotel room! We saw some every day. I would absolutely recommend Zoëtry.

The resort was beautiful and it is right on the beach where you can walk right out and touch the ocean. You can’t get in the ocean, but that was OK for us. It is a small resort and traveling there in January means that the hotel is half full or less which made for a non-crowded pool and easy to access restaurants. The food was good but service was very hit or miss. One morning at breakfast was fantastic and then we would move to the pool, and nobody would help us at all. We had to go to the bar to get drinks which is fine, but you would expect more from a full service all inclusive. The next day there was no service at all, even though there were employees standing around. Things could have been much better for what we paid, but all in all, overall it was passable. We were pleased to see higher tier liquors as part of the inclusive package. The main standout of the resort was room service. We ordered quite a few things that were not on the menu, and they accommodated us without an issue and the teammates delivering the food did a great job every time. We leaned towards ordering room service, rather than going to the restaurants the majority of the time.

We stayed 6 nights at Zoetry and I found it was not enough. First of all, the dinner menu at Saltwater changes every two nights and that gave me a reason always return to them. I’ve been to many resorts that offers Buffet which could be low qualify and a waste of food. So I really appreciate the fact both restaurants are A La Cart, and the food qualify is amazing. I also booked the complimentary Bali Bed or Cabana whatever you like to call it, ahead of the trip which was the best decision made. Staff are super friendly and tried their best to go above and beyond. A few of our friends do not speak English and I noticed some staff used their phone to translate and attempted to assist as much as possible, which really impressed me. Too expensive for the return. Very limited food options (read on). Only 56 hotel rooms surrounded by 100’s of Condo’s & Timeshares = a weird vibe. Every member of the staff seemed sincere & eager to please. These are genuinely nice people! Our oceanfront junior suite was a delight. We were up-sold on check in to a building closest to the ocean. We enjoyed listening to the rolling surf & enjoyed a private balcony watching the waves crash onto a deserted beach. It was FANTASTIC! Now the food; options, service & taste were VERY DISAPPOINTING. There is one very small restaurant which for dinner serves as a main dish 4 taco options, a fish, or bone marrow. The taste is bland & it’s best to snack before going to dinner - you’ll be sitting a long while before receiving a disappointing meal. The only other option is sitting outside, at the beach, at night with a cool to cold brisk wind blowing (so you better have a sweater & a shell). Again few food options, served VERY slowly. Eat fast, the food cools very quickly in the wind. Some good dishes. The only other food option is room service with limited options, mostly bland tasting. The Rancherous breakfast did have some flavor & room service breakfast was the best meal of the day served quickly by very nice staff. The cleaning staff was exceptional!
Too expensive for the return. Very limited food options (read on). Only 56 hotel rooms surrounded by 100’s of Condo’s & Timeshares = a weird vibe. The grounds of the property were laid out beautifully. Immaculately manicured flower beds surrounding stairs with trickling water works were positively delightful. Easy access to pools. The service and food was amazing here. Really make you feel at home. Everybody we interacted with at the resort was very accomodating, I would highly recommend. Some of the nicest people working here, and by far the best food ive ever had at an all inclusive. Not a party resort by any means, it is a lot more calm and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Our only complaint is that the food quality wasn’t amazing and that there are only two restaurants which can get a bit repetitive after 3+ nights.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). We loved the activities offered and made it so nice to just stay on the resort. They have two onsite restaurants and this is limited considering other resorts have 4-6, however, the variety and changing of menus each night was phenomenal. I had such a unique selection and after 6 days I still hadn’t had everything they have to offer! Also the quality and presentation of food was amazing. Service from all the staff was fantastic, they were prompt and made sure all of our needs were catered to immediately.

There were 2 restaurants and 1 bar plus room service. We ate solely at the resort. Some foods were better than others but there were still a good amount of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the huge pillows. Internet access was great throughout the whole resort. The transportation access was a bit lacking, not too many times available and it was pricey. The service was amazing. All staff! From the concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, house keeping, food service!

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean ! Very welcoming staff and always happy to help. Arrival gifts of fruits candies and bottle of mezcal was very nice. The beach was beautiful and nice to walk along. The only downside side was the quality of the food which could use huge improvements. All meals were mediocre at best.

From the moment we arrived, the person checking us in named Robert was very snarky and condescending with us. We booked our trip through Expedia so we were under the impression we had already paid for half of the room. Instead of him, explaining it to us, he was very disrespectful. We were able to sort everything out, but it left such a terrible impression on us as this was our first trip to Cabo. Once we got into our room, our tub was dirty. We ended up not using it. The food takes a minimum of 40 minutes to an hour to receive your appetizer. Our first dinner there we had to wait one hour to receive the wine we ordered and to receive our first appetizer. My fiancé had proposed to me hours earlier on the beach and we had advised them that we were celebrating something special. They forgot our dessert and the food took so long, We decided to leave. When we ordered room service, they forgot to bring us our order and we fell asleep waiting. On another occasion, we ordered room service, It took two hours to receive it. The property is not that packed so we never understood why it took so long.They have three different restaurants and the only restaurant worthwhile is the pool bar restaurant. There is a server there named Erik who was incredible. He was the only saving grace in that place. The food is very basic and not worth the almost $700 a night to stay there. We were so disappointed. The stay there ruined what should have been a magical five days and being newly engaged.

There was frequent low pressure in the water in the room. I couldn’t flush the first day and other guests reported that they hadn’t been able to shower. They asked at every meal about allergies but then they still didn’t know our allergies. Which is excellent they ask but why does the hostess ask if the waitress doesn’t get told? The breakfasts were delish with awesome fruit platters. Get that. The beach restaurant should have sushi at supper. It was the best thing that restaurant offered and it was excellent. (I have a shellfish allergy and my daughter has a red meat allergy.) Otherwise the staff is kind and attentive and went out of their way to make my birthday feel celebrated. I would definitely go back without hesitation. We felt safe the entire time.

Zoetry is a place to truly relax. It is quiet, beautiful and its staff extremely customer service oriented. Huge kudfos to Javier (restaurant manager), servers Gabriel (both, the one serving the pool and the one at Saltwater restaurant). Spectacular service!

Zoetry is the perfect resort to stay at while visiting Los Cabos. It’s small and therefore it has less people, less noise and less stress. It’s perfectly positioned midway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. The room was top notch, the service impeccable and dollar for dollar perhaps the best deal in the area.
