Great location, great pool, beautiful bathroom, great stay except the walls are very thin and the doors open to the outside (street). All the noises from other rooms, and outside atmosphere prevented us from having a good night sleep. I'm sure that if our room was facing the pool it would have been a much nicer experience. Also, a 10am check out at a vacation destination seems a little excessive, no one does that.

Nice room but small and loud. The shades had to be closed because of a lot of foot traffic near the building. It was ok, clean. Even with the hotel rates being so high i was still charged for parking.

We really enjoyed our stay and was perfect for a quick weekend trip. Parking across the street, (make sure to go in and get the card to help you park) very convenient location for everything. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Opt for a private balcony if possible. It was awesome being able to walk to everything and watch a cruise depart from the pool! Will be back and would recommend! Oh and bring earplugs for sleeping since you’re not escaping the roosters anywhere on the island!!

Hotel is worn out, AC is one of super noisy one. USA has a lot to learn from Japanese silent air conditioning design. Cleaning is okay, location is good. No free car park but they have agreement with the garage next to, like half price.

This was an amazing property. Wish we had stayed for more than a night and we're already planning a trip to Key West again just to stay here another time. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Parking deck is directly across the street. Beautiful pool. Near the water (cruise port), a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, and the Truman Little White House was basically next door. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Parking was $25 per day, my room faced the garage, no bar or restaurant, noisy from early morning (leaf blower, truck making U-turn, people walking on wood floor outside the room). Employees are always the best asset. Very pleasant staff.

Had a great time. Property is clean and well maintained. Any call to the front desk was answered promptly and everyone was very helpful. We will definitely be back. Aileen was also ver helpful. 3 guys from Texas very much appreciate y’all.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that our studio came with a tub and partial harbor view. Room was just as described on booking site, and exceeded our expectations as I had come across some negative reviews. The only recommendations I have for improvements are please do deep cleaning on shower tiles as they were nearly black, just for hygienic reasons. We also would have enjoyed robes to change into when going/coming from the pool, and upgrading towels and pillows; also we could have used more pillows which were promptly brought up to us after calling front desk. We only say this for future improvement's. We definitely enjoyed it enough to want to come back on our next trip, and upgrade to one bedroom suite!

This place is old and filthy, floors made me feet black within 3 minutes of me walking barefoot. Woodwork beat up, filthy dirty, stained flooring, worn out furniture broken coffee maker. Just plain nasty! I will never come back or recommend.

Guest services is very kind and accommodating. The property is clean with convenient access to the pool and walkable to town. The entry to our room is shared with another and was a bit noisy at times when the neighbors were entering and leaving their room. The room was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed for the week.

This property is a time-share, not an actual hotel, which was not clearly communicated. While Expedia indicated that parking was available, we assumed the property had its own parking. Instead, parking was at a nearby garage for approximately $30 per day, which was an unpleasant surprise. Our room was connected to another via a locked door, and the guests on the other side repeatedly attempted to open it. This was unsettling and made us feel unsafe. The property advertises “water” during specific times, which turned out to be flavoured water. While this might appeal to some, it seemed unnecessary and irrelevant. We also had an odd encounter with a maid who spoke no English and tried to enter our room. We couldn’t figure out why, which added to the discomfort. Our ground-floor room had neither cell reception nor a functioning Wi-Fi signal. When we raised this issue, staff gave us a password for an internal/staff network, but it didn’t work either. The front desk claimed there was an island-wide internet outage due to problems with the service provider. Love the place. Perfect location, walking distance to Duval and many other places, super clean, ocean front, staff treated us like kings. The room’s kitchen very spacious equipped with everything you need, beds and pillows awesomely comfortable (you don’t find this everywhere). The bathroom is not spacious but the shower very comfortable. swimming pool area beautiful. Planning to stay again soon and bringing more people. And smell awesome evewhere!

It was difficult to find someone to get us into her room due to the fact that the flight was delayed. Had to check into another hotel for that evening until the following morning. Is very inconvenient and lost a days stay

This was an amazing property. Wish we had stayed for more than a night and we're already planning a trip to Key West again just to stay here another time. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Parking deck is directly across the street. Beautiful pool. Near the water (cruise port), a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, and the Truman Little White House was basically next door. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Just a short two day trip. You park across the street at in the parking ramp. Hotel is beautiful. I just wish it had more available. Store, Restaurant or even Spa.

This property is a time-share, not an actual hotel, which was not clearly communicated. While Expedia indicated that parking was available, we assumed the property had its own parking. Instead, parking was at a nearby garage for approximately $30 per day, which was an unpleasant surprise. Our room was connected to another via a locked door, and the guests on the other side repeatedly attempted to open it. This was unsettling and made us feel unsafe. The property advertises “water” during specific times, which turned out to be flavoured water. While this might appeal to some, it seemed unnecessary and irrelevant. We also had an odd encounter with a maid who spoke no English and tried to enter our room. We couldn’t figure out why, which added to the discomfort. Our ground-floor room had neither cell reception nor a functioning Wi-Fi signal. When we raised this issue, staff gave us a password for an internal/staff network, but it didn’t work either. The front desk claimed there was an island-wide internet outage due to problems with the service provider. However, we verified this wasn’t true as there were no connectivity issues at another hotel we stayed at. Given the accumulation of issues, we ultimately decided to check out early

Parking was $25 per day, my room faced the garage, no bar or restaurant, noisy from early morning (leaf blower, truck making U-turn, people walking on wood floor outside the room). Employees are always the best asset. Very pleasant staff.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Sunset Harbor is an absolutely beautiful resort. We had a fantastic view of the marina and the pool. We were on third floor and our well appointed room had vaulted ceilings, a small kitchen, and a super comfortable bed with the best pillows. This resort is so close to Duval Street, Truman Waterfront Park, and one of the main trolley stops. We booked for one night but expanded our stay to 2 nights because we didn't want to leave. Special shout out to the Surly Siren Saloon for one the best burgers! Highly recommend!

Room was great for long stays and families. A little outdated but the location was amazing! Easy walk to Mallory square and Duval street. Only complaint is a rooster waking us at 5 am but that’s Key West!

The rooms are 'tired' but functional. Sliding doors worn out. AC sounded like an engine on a cruise ship! If you don't want to be wakend at 7am every day from leaf blowers or 8am with Coast Guard playing Star Spangled Banner.. its quiet. Walking distance to Mallory square, Duval and cruise area. BEWARE of the $30 daily "resort fee" Not sure why because the only amenity is the pool. No bar. No restaurant. Also the $40 daily parking fee + taxes etc. Staff was friendly.
