Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and always on hand. The bed was comfortable & well presented. Whilst the breakfast was tasty, due to how it is served could take some take to order and wait for it to be cooked. Something to factor in if you short on time in the morning. The towels in the room are also rather small and thin so they don’t feel very premium but maybe that’s me being picky. The big one really is other guests allowing their room doors to slam at all hours which made our room shake and disturbed us. Maybe soft closing door hinges could help. Also the ongoing building work next door is nowhere near completion so good luck sleeping in any time after 7am due to the noise. A shame about this but I appreciate it’s something outside of the hotel’s control but if we had know this before booking then I would not have booked to stay here.

The hotel is in the old town which means that taxis or Ubers cannot get to it. It's a short walk from where you get dropped off, but it's a good idea to have figured out walking direction before getting dropped off perhaps? The front disc staff were extremely helpful with everything and anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the room was fine 🙂
